I will debunk the myth that this PSC is somehow different from others. I did it as a citizen of the Russian Federation. Firstly, they are sent to the cashier on the spot. Everyone knows that it's legally free, but they don't do it for free. For August 24, they charge almost 6,000 tenge. There is a huge queue at the checkout. Then they issue an application in 5 minutes. Wait, they say, maybe it will be ready in the evening, I made it out in the morning. I arrived in the evening - it's not ready. They were issued the next business day. The staff is quite rude, apparently it's just accepted. Other organizations do not see the IIN on the day it is issued, you need to wait a few more days. Summary - A PSC is like a PSC, long, expensive. There is no point in going here on purpose, and if you have settled nearby, then it is quite for yourself.

I designed the IIN. For one person, 2 payments were made at the checkout and refused to make a refund, as a result, I paid 8,500 instead of 4250. No one could say anything clearly, they were sent back and forth, the name was incorrectly written in one of the receipts.
