The PSC is the most disgusting in our city. If you want to blow your brains out, then definitely go there! They don't know themselves, and they won't listen to you. In other PSC, the same certificates are issued, but here there are eternal problems, then such certificates are not issued, and only from them! That's another problem. I am already silent about rude communication with citizens.
