It's just awful! A wasted day. Payment through Kazpost does not go through all employees are aware but do not warn, as a result, the registration of a driver's license was suspended. I served the queue in vain, I need to come another day and hope that the payment has passed. There seemed to be a lot of people in the hall with this problem, everyone is outraged, but the staff of the center offer to take a new queue number in the hope that payment will be made for the time you will be sitting in line again. I have never seen a worse organization. I would put zero stars if there was such an opportunity!!!

Everything is beautiful, convenient, not for long ...
But there is one thing.. the capital's would-be specialists screwed up looking at the original documents - they put an inflated volume of internal combustion engines. And this is additional costs, loss of time, and so on..
