I bought a car and went to the car dealership on Saturday. The first stage, where it was necessary to hand over the old numbers and the registration certificate, passed, although with a long queue, but successfully. But the second stage was getting new numbers and a registration certificate, it was a nightmare for almost 3 hours. I do not understand the principle of operation when issuing numbers and registration certificates, it seems that we live in the age of automation, but it was like I found myself in the Stone Age. Several employees take out the manufactured plates and registration plates and shout the names into the crowd, into the crowd "Karl"! The whole crowd tries to stand closer to the delivery table so as not to miss the happy moment of delivery. At the same time, many employees actually issue numbers and registration certificates under an "honest name", i.e. without checking the documents of the person they are handing over to. But some still ask to show their ID. I do not understand the principle of production, noting that those who came much later than me have long received numbers and left, but they still do not call my last name. I tried twice to draw the attention of the staff to this, but they just shrug their shoulders and say that people wait 2-3 hours for their rooms. Why??? I still don't understand why, some people get numbers within 10-15 minutes, while others wait 2-3 hours. Why??? And only after the end of their working day (on Saturday, the car dealership works for 13 hours), almost 3 hours later, when there were already several dozen people left, after another appeal to an employee who (thanks to him for this) took a pack of ready-made technical passports from the table, searched in it for a minute, found in it mine, and I was able to get my numbers and registration certificate in a minute! That is, my number and registration certificate were ready for a long time, but for some reason no one noticed them and did not give out so much time! Why???!!! The only thanks I want to say is that despite the fact that they work until 13 o'clock on Saturday, but the issuance continues, I understood it until the "last" client, since I received my numbers after 14 o'clock.
Everything is great. I made a purchase through Caspi, arrived and received new numbers and a technical passport in 15 minutes. The young guys are working just fine.
Are those who write good reviews bots? It's just that the place is really terrible and unintended.
There are huge queues, the bases are always closed, and employees practically sleep at work.
An imitation of violent activity by eye, the perfect place to understand what it is.
Those who are coming here, immediately know that you will definitely lose the whole day here.
