PSC staff at 81/2 Zhambyl Street
they are very friendly, responsible, and polite. I have repeatedly addressed them and not with any oblique eyes.
People, why are you so angry, they do not work with one person .....,
do not stoop to the bazaar woman.
P.S. And I wish the PSC staff health and patience.
I have repeatedly contacted the PSC at this address as a trusted person and each time I was faced with incompetence, boorish attitude and thirst for profit. They refused to accept an application for an IIN, they insisted that the service costs 4,000 tenge. Moreover, the management is aware of this outrage. The application was accepted only after my call to the contact center at 1414.
Convenient work schedule until 20-00, very convenient. Helpful staff, help, prompt. When receiving the queue number, it is apparently noted that foreigners and the queue is announced in Russian.
If there is no huge queue, then everything is going well in principle, sometimes you don't even need to take a ticket! But if the guys have "stitches" and a lot of people, then the staff can't cope! A lot of people are waiting in line, although they may be refused service at all! So I would advise the Administration of this institution to allocate a couple more units of staff, at least during peak hours!
And don't hesitate to ask without waiting in line!
I really liked the part where the electronic queue works. Convenient, fast! But if you need to visit egov, it is much less convenient there. The queue is not electronic, it is unclear whether to take it to a specific operator or to all at once. The staff help, they are polite, but there is a little lack of organization of visitors in egov.
It's something with something. They don't know anything about it. I called them beforehand to find out where to apply for a border crossing mark, they told the migration police. I went there, they tell me that I went to the PSC, I came to the PSC, they gave me a mark for 3 months, although I have a RVP for another 10 months. They are thrown from one to the other, no one knows anything
There are queues in the morning. They received the IIN of a non-resident. The first time there was a refusal due to a low-quality scan (on the second floor). It is necessary to stand in line to receive a voucher, which you receive a refusal and with a refusal you again stand in line for a voucher for re-submission. A madhouse. But the second time was served on the 1st floor and everything went right away, a positive response came the same day. But in general, the employees themselves are friendly and responsive
I updated the data after replacing the passport. Now the banks of the IIN open themselves and there are few people, you just need to change where you take the coupon a hundred times, otherwise you send it anywhere! As always, there are problems with the database, as luck would have it. The toilet is on the second floor, there is a coffee machine.

80-90% of Russians cannot get an IIN. They submit an application for 2-3 times. They are standing in huge queues. Many people have a "Bad passport scan" error due to the fact that the passport is scanned at the PSC, and not photographed.
When scanning, passport photos with all sorts of holograms are uploaded to the program and they highlight the information of the owner. After 2 days, the applicant learns about the error "bad passport scan" and everything is new.
Employees are aware of this, but do not want to fix it in the software or make a check immediately about the quality of the scan?
Why can't I apply for an IIN myself via the Internet with passport photos and so on?
Queues of 500-700 people. Standing in the rain in line for a ticket on the street, etc. It's just terrible.
To say that it's a mess is to say nothing. Football players with a question from one window to another (like all consultants). When patience ran out, I went directly to the head of the subdivision. I have not seen such an unshakable calmness for a long time. She recommended that I contact the migration service for additional information, and in this tone: "here is the contractor, contact him." The question is, what is the PSC for?! I went to the migration service myself, to another address, and solved the problems with the document I paid for.
And it feels like a pandemic is just a word here. No compliance with even basic requirements, no organization.
There is always a queue in the department, where you need to get a certificate from it yourself. There is one incompetent girl who is sitting there to help, but she doesn't know the computer well
The service is terrible! No one knows anything and cannot help with this or that issue. they are sent to Svetlana Kusainova's boss, who is also rude and cannot help. Sign up with your memorized phrases, we only have reservations. Even though I said that I have two small children and I am pregnant and have been going to them for two months now. she did not say that there is a benefit for pregnant women, although I asked, she still sent me to book in 5 days. Thanks to the operator on the phone (109), who solved my question and made an appointment. I was accepted after 30 minutes. What Kusainova's boss Svetlana could not do.
Huge queues, it is very difficult to get a service ,endless crowds of people, not always competent staff, often there are no specialists on site, it is much easier to get in after lunch

PSC!! When we arrived to study IIN, it turned out that they were studying with visitors in another building at a different address. But we decided to come in to find out some information, the work was all polite and responsive, it was nice to thank everyone
Awful.
The computer is constantly getting lost, and therefore the queue is also.
Workers are, roughly speaking, stupid chickens who at first say that everything is simple, and then as it turns out nothing is simple, it's a complete hassle.
A little competent specialist is sitting at the entrance, people make a lot of mistakes every now and then they are outraged. Illiteracy and stupidity amaze by what criteria they are selected , half of the PSC are simply Not specialists
In principle, everything was done quickly, the car was re-registered, and the buyer was given a GRNZ within an hour. The consultation was excellent, everything was explained and sorted out. And yes, there was a requirement for a distance of 1.5 meters and masks to be pulled over the nose 😄
A solid unit. It's been a month since I got there, I've been processing documents. Online application-a queue with a furious crowd on the street in front of the PSC-re-registration-again a queue where if you don't get impudent until the evening-I finally get into the hall and see the naive eyes of the operator's girl, who can not understand what is wanted from her...
Disgusting. A crowd of people. They're pushing back and forth. Not only is it difficult to get there now, all the steps in the PSC are icy.Apparently this is the beginning of the quest.
03.09.20g two entrances for the reserved population and through the store (car tires) entrance in turn. So where there is a terrible mess in turn, the room is small and there are many people. And all these are commanded by a mess of a man of medium height in a suit.
