I waited in line for 15 minutes. The girl at the reception checked the coupons and if someone passed before another number, she sent them back to the queue. The only thing is that the numbers in the PINFL queue are not announced and they are not displayed on the scoreboard, you need to monitor your queue directly at window No. 17.
As a result, I quickly submitted everything. On the same day, 2 hours later, he returned and received the document. All well done!
It's a terrible department, you take the number of the electronic queue at the entrance, and as a result, the reception window has its own queue, which accepts just everyone in a row. Thus, if you follow your turn by number, then in principle do not even hope to receive your service ... I spent 2 days on this department, it turned out that there is some kind of rule according to which people who are "urgent" pass without a queue!!!

There are a lot of people, which is why there are long queues, for some reason some windows are accepted without numbers on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no clear system of which windows and why there is no electronic queue
It says everywhere that the department is open until 18h. Yesterday I arrived at 17:00 to correct an error in the pinfl - they refused admission because the employee in the 17 window works until 17h. I did not receive a clear answer where I can get information about the individual schedule of each window. I came in vain, I wasted my time because of the strange schedule arrangements
Why did they put up a phone number on the site if they can 't get through to it in any way , for the beauty of what ? And the site is unfinished in order to submit an online application for 3 hours, sit and figure it out, we did everything at random, in principle, as always!!! Outrage
Waiting in a crowd is not worth it. From 9:20 there were 28 in the queue for the pinfl, it is better to go straight to the Yakkasarai or Chilonzar center, where there is no such queue
