Была здесь в конце июня, делала загранпаспорт. Очереди не было. Быстро всё сделала, оплатила и после праздников на второй день получила. Но к обычному оператору там очереди огромные. Можно и два часа просидеть.

Мы раньше могли только мечтать о том, что все нужные тебе справки можно получить в одном месте с организованными электронными очередями, большим пронстранством и местами для ожидани (небольшого) тут же всё оплатить оформить. Это радует. Удобно.
Стало очень удобно, по сравнению с тем, как было раньше. Большое просторное помещение, кондиционеры, обслуживают быстро. Один минус, не могла найти их контакты, чтоб позвонить, может, уже появились в справочных службах
Более менее организовано все. Тебя встречают, спрашивают, дают соответствующий номерок. Сидишь ждёшь (не долго) свою очередь. Все доступно и понятно объясняют. Получаешь то, за чем пришел.
