The room for the delivery of biomaterial looks unpleasant. The site positions itself as an American company, not a word is said about genotek, but my tests were sent there. I wrote to genotek, they replied that they did not have a contract with this company. The contract stated that the result would be 70 working days later. After the deadline, I wrote to them by mail, I received a password reset from the genotek website by mail. About 100 years have already passed. days, genotek is still processing the application. Do not waste time and money, contact either another company or genotek directly.

Some kind of one-day company: no signage, no staff, arrived by appointment - there is no one, the office is closed during working hours. I do not recommend it.
