In my opinion, there are so many people who are accepted on a "rolling" basis. Without emotion, during the reception, they still have time to chat with each other. I can't find out more about the essence of the appeal, it's like in my experience. It seems to me the same with others. As they say, I heard the beginning and then I know everything myself.
