It's a terrible dry cleaner! The staff is rude from the doorstep. They raise their voices in response to attempts to ask again and clarify. The attitude towards the client is simply insulting. They said, "if you want your sweatshirt not to fade, then contact another dry cleaner." They accused me of not knowing anything about dry cleaning (despite the fact that I, as a client, do not have to know everything about their work). I am surprised that the company did not go bankrupt with such staff. I do not recommend even going to this place.

The hoodie was ruined. Firstly, there is no feeling at all that they have been washed. Secondly, there was a stain from chemistry. The $150 hoodie is ruined.
