I've never seen more lame service... We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the order. Without waiting for the meat main course, they asked for the bill, only then, after almost 2 hours, they brought a barbecue, which was no longer relevant. The tables are dirty, although there are 2 floors and a lot of tables, and everything was occupied, they cannot serve so many customers. They referred to the cook, the poor guy is to blame for not having time to cook, although it seems like the question is not to him, but to the head, why does his number of cooks not correspond to the number of seats. People kept pressing the buttons to call the waiter (which caused a separate irritation, since this repetitive sound sounded every 3 seconds on the speakers for the entire establishment). Everyone was swearing nearby. Perhaps this is due to the end of the Ramadan fast, but nevertheless, there is no impression. We didn't go there anymore.
