The coolest place with an incredibly warm atmosphere!
We are very pleased that we chose this particular accommodation — the ski lifts are just around the corner. The place itself is very quiet, cozy and comfortable, just like visiting friends for the night.
Pleasant, friendly atmosphere, you immediately feel at home. We met interesting people and got a lot of positive emotions.
Special thanks to the hosts — the kindest, most helpful people, always ready to help and prompt. Thanks to them, the rest was easy and pleasant.

Special thanks to the bath attendants who prepared a sauna for us and steamed us every day of our stay) We especially recommend individual vaping, you're just updating.

A wonderful place with a friendly staff!
I am very glad that we chose this place to stay while skiing - close to the ski lifts, close to New Gudauri with all the parties, while quiet, cozy, warm and peaceful.
It was a very welcoming atmosphere, and we met new and interesting people.
We were lucky enough to get to know the owner and his wife - wonderful people, helped us navigate the place and more.

Great place! I recommend it to everyone, it's definitely worth the money. Special thanks to the attendant. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My friends and I had a great time.
It would be great to finish the outdoor area a little, it slightly lubricates the pleasant impression of the steam room and sauna itself. Otherwise, everything is fine!)

Beautiful baths. We were a company, we really liked it. The bath attendants are super! We recommend it.
Keep in mind that the reservation is only upon payment, so come on the first day of your vacation to pick up a convenient time.

By chance, we booked a room here back in January for April. They couldn't cancel it. He also agreed on the cancellation with the owner, said, "this is booking, I have nothing to do with it."
We decided "once the room is booked, then we need to go."
We left on Thursday, April 6th. We wrote to the hotel that we would arrive at 2 a.m. As it turned out, the Batumi-Gudauri road was open only for trucks. I had to take a detour. We finally arrived at 5.30 am. For 15 minutes they stood and knocked on the door and rang the bell. They finally let us in! But with the words "why did you arrive so late?" There is nothing to answer here.
They settled in, fell down, fell asleep. We spent Friday in the room, working. The Internet is disgusting. It falls off every 15 minutes.
You can't cook at the hotel, but there is a kitchen. You can use a microwave, kettle and table. And the refrigerator. True, the latter is constantly beeping, I don't know what's going on in it, but the manager does not react to this. He's sitting watching TV shows.
In general, I want to eat, there is only one cafe nearby- an Indian one and that does not work, but the owner said that he would cook for takeaway (I do not advise in advance).
Of the advantages of the room, a rather unusual and interesting interior (well, if you didn't buy standard rooms at all) and a sauna nearby (but this is for special fans who are ready to give 250 GEL for 2 people for 2 hours.
On Saturday, 50cm of snow fell and it continued to fall... On the plus side: let's go for a ride. Of the cons: no one is going to clean this snow from the hotel territory. When trying to figure out how to get out of these snowdrifts from the HOTEL PARKING LOT, we are told "I don't know, call 112. Maybe the director will come in the evening, drive back and forth and leave"
We went for a ride, returned at 5 p.m., everything was covered in snow, the staff did not lift a finger, there was no director. We decided that we should not hope for a miracle. We took shovels and went to clean them. Let's go. Do you think they told us something? No. The gratitude was only from the hotel guests. The hotel itself doesn't give a damn about how people and cars will pass by it.

We booked the bathhouse 2.01.2020 in advance for 6.01.2020 (6 people), paid the full price in 2 hours. When we arrived, we were told that there was no reservation for us, although we had booked physically present and there was an unconfirmed transaction from the bank with a debit of funds, respectively. We spent more than an hour in the lobby dealing with the refund, the staff offered us tea... and so, for a second, this is our last evening before departure, which we had planned in advance and completely lost, including the mood. Including waiting until the issue of the refund of the full prepaid amount for unproven services is resolved on the part of the person providing the services. I do not recommend this institution, according to our extremely negative experience, it is literally a lottery and even if you have made a full prepayment, it does not guarantee you absolutely nothing!!!!! A very negative experience and a ruined evening.
