The service is at a low level, the staff is generally indifferent to the convenience and comfort of customers. We arrived at the bathhouse having pre-booked a tub, but there is no hot water there. The deposit was taken and not returned even in the end. We sat for an hour waiting for hot water, but it was never served. I do not recommend this institution at all! Spend the money for nothing.
