I'll start right away by saying that I rate the hotel as a budget 3* hotel.
What did you like? Modern design, new furniture, linen, a very pleasant smell of gel and soap. The food is of high quality, but the assortment is small, although there were different dishes for dinner during the week.
What didn't quite like? The hotel does not have a very cozy room where we had breakfast and dinner. It resembles a dining room. There are cozy tables on the street, but for some reason they were not used.
What didn't you like at all? Cyprus has special sockets, they need an adapter. It is not given on deposit, you need to BUY it at the hotel for 3 euros or at the store for 1.5 - 2 euros. Strange. I understand that it's inexpensive, but you can't do without it, it's not an additional service, it's a necessity. I also think that Wi-Fi for 5 euros per day is wrong. Naturally, virtually no one uses this service. All "cling'' to the ice cream parlor, which is nearby or to the cafe across the street. Passwords can be asked from people sitting with phones at the entrance to the hotel. Moreover, we had a two-room family room, the windows overlooked the cafe, we used the Internet perfectly on the balcony, and sometimes in the room.
A little bit about beaches. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, there are narrow paths leading to the sea between the hotels. All beaches are municipal and free. We went to the big eucalyptus beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to it. Who does not like the hot sun, can hide in the shade of trees. And the air is healthy. You can also have lunch there. The portions in the cafe are large, the prices are affordable. Wi-Fi on the beach is free. Passwords are written in prominent places in the cafe. There is also a free large playground.
Let's go back to the hotel. Despite the small drawbacks, in general, we liked the hotel, we will recommend it to those people who prefer to travel often, stay in quality hotels, but do not chase luxury.
We rested in September 2019. This is the 2nd time in this hotel. The hotel itself is excellent, the staff is polite, smiling, always helpful. They try to speak both Russian and English. The beach is about 10 minutes away. The hotel has paid Wi-Fi, a paid refrigerator. The beaches are sandy, but the sand is black. We rested near the Atlantic Hotel, there is a toilet and where to wash our hands. Everything is standard in terms of nutrition, English breakfast: eggs in different versions, sausages, sausage, bread, butter jams, coffee, tea, juices
.They try to diversify the dinners too, but water for dinner is only for an additional fee. Across the street is Ocean Basket, a fish restaurant, a great place, everything is very tasty, cheerful staff. There is a bakery nearby and good cafes. Limassol Marina is a half-hour walk away.the local harbor of beautiful yachts is a very beautiful place. And the promenade as a whole is very beautiful in Limassol. The city itself is quite active, Russian is spoken a lot on the street, there are a lot of seals, life is in full swing during the day). More about the hotel: there is a construction site nearby, sometimes it was annoying. The host takes the organization of various Cypriot parties, be prepared that in the evening you will have to share a playground, a dining room and a swimming pool with different Cypriot guests, listen to songs and karaoke in Greek)).
We had a vacation in 2018 with a child. I really liked it. We were given a room with a large double bed and one 1.5 double bed with a small balcony, windows on the construction site, which we did not hear from the word at all. Delicious food, really delicious. The choice is small, but everything is delicious. The second plus: cleanliness and beauty, the room is stylishly furnished, cleaned every day. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea in any direction, since the beach line takes kilometers and everywhere there is a pleasant entry into the water. There is an underground parking lot, they took the car and left it there. I would definitely have returned a second time.
