I haven't been answering my phone for a month now, they turn on the answering machine!!! It's an outrage. I paid off the loan ahead of schedule, the documents were transferred, when I went to them, they said they would be credited next week. It's been 2 weeks now. Go to them again or whatever, but answer the phone because why did you specify the phone number since you are not answering.
