There is no kettle or refrigerator in the rooms, but maybe there are more expensive rooms, but I doubt it. They gave me two kettles and one of them is not working. One bucket per room is in the toilet, after dinner I decided to throw out the napkins and to be honest. There were women's supplies and chirkashi... After leaving for work, he said to throw out the bucket. We arrived in the evening, I did not find a hiking bag for special shoes, I left it in front of the door before leaving. After looking into the bucket, they simply did not throw it out with the inserted package, but wiped it out and went into my work package.

We were on a business trip with colleagues in June 2024.
A nice room that exceeded my expectations.
And the most disgusting breakfasts-you can only take one tiny dish and at the same time the porridge was served in a dirty plate.
I did not want to repeat the experiment with breakfast in the following days.
I would also like to wish the reception staff and the local cafe to at least behave with restraint and politeness, it feels like you are not at work, but the hotel residents have come to your house and demand something

The hotel is located on the central street in Rudny. Of the advantages, the room is clean enough, the furniture is in order (bed, wardrobe, table), the plumbing is also normal, including the shower (there is hot water). The room has air conditioning (but there was no remote control, maybe it's not the season?). There are two sconces with bright lamps by the bed, it is convenient. But the sockets are only on the opposite wall. There is no kettle, but they gave it to me at the reception. There are slippers, but take shampoo with you. Breakfast is not rich, but it is served quickly and in decent dishes (scrambled eggs, cheese, butter, bread, tea/coffee).

A nice hotel. Furniture, textiles, tableware are all from Ikea, of good quality. Air conditioning in the room. Nice, spacious shower room. Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush are available. Breakfast is included. I really liked everything. I recommend.

We paid for a standard room for the night, worth 17,000. The child wanted to sleep when I went into the bathroom, I was taken aback, I did not even wash the child. I thought we would solve this issue before morning and wash our daughter in the morning. After putting the baby down and getting out of bed, I was in shock, everything sticks to my feet. Hair all over the room, dirty mirror about the shower in general, I'm silent🤦🏻♀️ the staff is rude. They showed other rooms, but all are just as dirty. We packed up and left there. By the way, two years ago we were in the same hotel and there was cleanliness. After paying the money, we got cockroaches in the room, dirt, dust and someone's hair everywhere. The internet via WiFi is just dead. It was easier and faster to sit on Beeline roaming . Number 312- the water in the shower does not go away, the drain is clogged. It merged after 15-30 minutes. You take a shower in some kind of puddle. Such a thing. There is no remote control from the air conditioner. Apparently it's hanging for decoration. It's better to overpay a couple thousand and find a decent option.
And so yes, clean, tidy, the linen is fresh.
The doors are expensive, the locks are good.

When I evaluated the Troy hotel, it was 02/19/2021., And on 02/18/2021 there was a severe blizzard with frost in the region. That's why my son and I ended up in Troy. The roads were closed and we were brought from the Kostanay Zhitikara highway.
The rooms are nice, clean, cozy - yes, I confirm that. But your staff at the reception desk met us, it doesn't matter. There were 10 of us from the bus, and when it turned out that not everyone had the amount to pay (let me remind you, people got into an emergency situation), the girl began to kick everyone out into the street, motivating it by the fact that quarantine. Outside, visibility is 3 meters + frost. The unfortunate people dispersed as best they could, and they did not go by taxi either.
How could you do this to people???
It was 5.6 o'clock in the evening. People still came and asked them to go to a meeting, but alas, the price was RISING every hour. At 9 p.m., another bus calls people to the hotel. There was a woman from Zhitikara with a child, she had nowhere to go and was charged (attention) 10 THOUSAND!! Where is your conscience, gentlemen???
I found out all this later..
Moreover, when the woman asked if it was possible to feed the child somehow (there was no money left), she was answered: this is not included in the room rate...(let me remind you : we took 10 thousand)
