Wonderful place, wonderful staff, very courteous and friendly. Food for every taste. The only thing that the hotel needs is cosmetic repairs, as well as swimming pools, except where the water park is, everything is fine there)

We are very happy with the hotel, you could not get bored here even in windy February, there were 3 cold days. There is a pool with water +35, when it's cool outside, it's so nice to be there with a cocktail and a book in your hands... The pool with a slide has water +30, it is completely protected from the winds, so it is comfortable there all the time. The building has a bar on the 4th floor with warm burners, billiards and tennis, as well as poufs with a large screen. On the 1st floor there is a game room with pay machines, but billiards and tennis are free. A special thrill in the restaurant. This is not a canteen, as they used to do for all inclusive, but a restaurant. The dishes are very beautifully served, the waiters bring drinks, everything is very tasty. There is always a grill and simple dishes without spices. There are a lot of fruits, especially for breakfast. The reef of the hotel is the best in this bay, there are a lot of fish, and the water is emerald. We highly recommend it

This is a hotel that I will remember for a very long time with the best words! The hotel is quite new, not very big, but very comfortable and beautiful. This is really a 5 star hotel. The food is at the highest level, very diverse and delicious. Large rooms with a huge bathroom. The service in the rooms, bars, and restaurant is very decent. The contingent is mainly European families. I will definitely return there next year!

We checked in at 11:00.The room is huge.Tile floors and slippers for children.A comfortable bed, the three of them could easily fit.There are elevators, ramps everywhere, it's easy to drive with a stroller.
The pools are heated:the main one, where there are slides,a pool of 18+ (water 35 °, as in thermals)
Food:I worried about the child in vain, there was a PP table, there was boiled fish, chicken, vegetables, cereals.Lots of fruits.Every day there is chicken in different versions, beef, duck. Awesome pasta!On nutrition for 5+.Seafood Days:shrimp queens, tuna,squid, crabs.During the day there are outdoor animations, aqua aerobics, yoga.
All the staff are super polite.
Cleanliness everywhere!The whole day you can see how they sweep, wash and clean

Beach:sun beds with protection from the wind, there is no entry into the sea, there is a pantone.There are 2 entrances on it:one to the lagoon, the other to the open sea

Just got back from vacation. We had a rest from September 20 to September 29 at this hotel. Everything is great. The rooms are large and clean. Everything is new. They cleaned it every day. The food is delicious and varied. One day there was even fried shrimp for dinner. The food is always fresh. Live music in the evenings. In addition, there were entertainments of animators until late in the evening on a separate stage. Coral reefs and fish are a separate topic. We saw stingrays, moray eels and a wide variety of colored fish. All 10 days we enjoyed their presence.

We were at this hotel for the second time. This September and in September 2021. According to our feelings, the kitchen has become much worse. No variety in 11 days. The same dishes for 11 days, the choice is meager. There are several types of potatoes, but they are always raw. The waiters in the lobby bar do not work at all, you can sit at a table for an hour and a half and no one will come up.
The animation program is weak and often repetitive. There are no contests.
If after the first visit to this hotel in the future they planned only to come here, now it is unlikely.

There was an early flight, they didn't give us any dry rations. The whole bus was packed with breakfast bags, and we were hungry.

Hello. We stayed at this hotel in mid-November 2021. The hotel is super! I liked absolutely everything! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the area is small but very cozy. The food is beyond praise . We haven 't even tried everything in 10 years . The territory is well-groomed , someone is working on every bush , these workers are always smiling , always greeting. There is live music in the restaurant and lobby bar. There were no problems with the sunbeds at all and with the wild boar too . The towels are of good quality. I recommend it to everyone. There is a lot of delicious food in the dining room for everyone to their taste, you will not stay hungry, for sure. Even sweet things , cakes are a masterpiece . A very good cook. It 's very tasty . If you eat at the same table, the waiter begins to know your habits and tries to please you, my husband always took wine for dinner. After the second time, the waiters asked for red or white and each time they brought it as soon as it was over. Isn 't this a service , we were not deprived of attention . 3. The bar, cool guys work there, they can always pamper you with interesting cocktails, the service does not leave you indifferent, they will always come up and ask what they would like. There are also two Italian and Mexican restaurants, you can go for free to try different cuisines. If you are hungry, you can order free pizza and much more at lunch. 10. Then the temperature in the communal pool was raised. Due to the convenient location of the slides and a small pool at the end of the hotel, there is no wind. It is quite comfortable to rest even in winter. The temperature during the whole holiday was 21-22 in the afternoon and 15-16 at night. The nutrition is just awesome. It is very tasty and varied. The dishes are clean, the queue is small if there is one. The staff is always smiling. They will always offer to bring drinks.I liked the territory. The number is fire. We got a family one, it's just huge. Clear. No complaints. Drinks were replenished upon request. The safe is free of charge. From the pier you can swim in a mask, watch the fish. The water seems cold in the sea for exactly the first 2-3 seconds, then it's just a buzz. I definitely recommend it.

Hello, there is already a lot written about the hotel, a lot of videos. But as I understand it, this is not 2022. I was on vacation from 12.11 to 18.11.22. As we arrived at the hotel, the first thing we did was go to the reception. The arrival time was around 8 a.m. We immediately connected the Wi-Fi. The bracelets were put on at 10.30 so we didn't get to breakfast. But they offered tea and coffee at the bar. We had butors from home with us, tea turned out to be useful. The rooms, as it was written, are settled after 14 o'clock. We were settled as soon as the bracelets were put on. The hotel has a separate plus sign for this. The room turned out to be large, clean, and cozy. There is a balcony that we came across with a view of the sea and the construction site. We were accommodated on the 4th floor next to the reception and dining room, which is also very convenient) And lo and behold, Wi-Fi turned out to be not only at the reception but everywhere, even on the beach and it is very good. There is also an air conditioner.There are no slippers in the room, but they were brought worth asking for and giving a dollar. And they also filled up the bar with Cola sprite and fanta. I repeat, all this must be asked) About the bathroom there is a bathroom and a shower room. There is also shampoo, shower gel, hair balm, soap, toilet paper and more, and all this is replenished) We were allocated 5 towels for two of us.
Now with the food. To say that you will not stay hungry is not about this hotel. There are a lot of dishes here and 90 percent of them are delicious. So you eat and you realize that it's delicious for you and it's a buzz feeling. There are soups, a children's menu and there is meat- I'm a fan of it. For lovers of sweets, there is enough of it. There are many kinds of cakes and there are also local sweets. Vodka, wine, beer and cocktails are all available about alcohol. Well, I don't really understand it, but it is there.
There were enough sun beds everywhere about the beach and pool, but do not forget the middle of November, plus a heated pool is what you need. The sea is transparent and the fish are right under your feet plus corals. High) The embankment is long, clean, laid with paving slabs. If you rent a car, you can drive around there and back in 50 minutes. And I also recommend driving to the Marina pier, a beautiful sight. And at night there is lighting on the pier and a lot of fish)
I would like to write about the staff separately. People are very polite, responsive, smiling. The second time we decided to relax in this hotel (the first time was in 2012) and did not regret their choice.A wonderful hotel! Beautiful territory , cleanliness , good rooms , courteous staff , a kitchen with a large selection of dishes, an excellent group of animators , live music , good baaseins , a children's water park , a pier for entering the sea , and the sea simply amazes with the beauty of corals and a variety of fish. There is a La Perla spa on site, we went for a massage, Gamal and Asmaa massage therapists who know their business well - we recommend it.

Great hotel. A great place to relax with your family. For 12 days, two Ragab and Saad waiters served us at the PalmRusTranT restaurant. We express special thanks to them for their service. The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. The rooms are excellent (clean), odorless. Live music accompanied us throughout the rest (thanks for that). There are a lot of well-groomed greenery on the territory of the hotel. There were no disadvantages for us, neither in service nor in nutrition. Thank you so much for a well-organized vacation!!!!!!
