We returned from a Phang Nga tour.A very intense tour)I went with a 7-year-old child, it was interesting for everyone, the trip was comfortable.
Our guide Valeria is a wonderful guide, she told a lot of stories, an interesting presentation)When a situation arose in the morning, she quickly and quietly settled everything, which we ourselves did not understand, but did as the tourists wanted.
She suggested that you can take a cool dessert with you on the glass bridge.
What I didn't have enough money for the tour was that I didn't take much with me and couldn't buy pearls in the gypsy village, I didn't even know about it,I was a little upset,you can't pay for it upon arrival at the hotel((

A good travel agency. We bought three excursions in Tropic Tours in December 2024. On Racha+Coral, sightseeing tour of Phuket with a Russian-speaking guide and the Siam Niramid show. Everything went just fine! The travel agency has good prices, cheaper than on the street, I compared. Additionally, they gave a discount when buying 3 excursions.
The courier brought the tickets directly to the hotel and took the money. Yaroslav, the manager of the travel agency, was in touch all the time. On the eve of the tour, I wrote and reminded, gave recommendations. After the tour, I was always interested in how everything went and if everything was okay.
In general, friends, if you are in Phuket, feel free to cooperate with Tropic Tours. I am sure you will be very satisfied with the service, attitude and prices!👍

We went on a sightseeing tour of Phuket. We were very satisfied! During one trip, we managed to cover so many locations, including gorgeous observation decks! We have decided for ourselves on the places where we would like to take a longer walk. The guide Anna talked interestingly about Thai culture and customs, about Phuket and the sights visited. We had a small group and many were in Thailand for the first time, so tourists had a lot of questions)) Anna answered in detail, for which I thank her very much! The Thai guide was also great, she carefully watched that no one lagged behind, pointed out where to go at the stops and organized us. In general, the organization of the tour pleased me, the manager advised in detail, notifications about time and recommendations came to vacap, the meeting and the delivery of tourists were quick. We were in May on 2 excursions from Tropic Tour.
"Amazing Phang Nga" guide Katya. Great trip! Wide range of locations: beach with airplanes, elephants (riding, feeding, bathing, show), black monk, temple of the reclining Buddha with monkeys), observation deck. A delicious seafood lunch at the sea gypsies, a market, and a boat ride through the mangroves. Nice tour. Everything is organized clearly, the day before they wrote to WhatsApp at what time they would pick up what to take.
The second 2-day tour of the 4 Pearls islands is the 2nd version of the program. They charged for 4400V. Ilya, the guide. We were picked up from the hotel at 6 a.m., had coffee with toast and cookies on the pier, and then sailed on the water. We visited many islands, everything that is stated in the program, I can't remember all the names :) Clear organization at all stages of the tour. Super locations! You should not take a 300B long tail ride, your boat will also enter this bay and you will also swim from it. Phi Phi is not worth paying for glowing plankton for 600W, not impressed. The hotel is super, and the higher the building, the cooler the view! Lunches, dinners, and breakfasts are excellent, good choices, and delicious! We really enjoyed everything! Lots of positive impressions. Especially the observation deck on PhiPhi 1st and 2nd levels. It's not even worth going to 3, there's nothing interesting there. Thank you for the wonderful emotions

We visited 2 excursions in Phuket from the Tropic Tour: the Similan Islands and a 2-day trip to Phi Phi with an overnight stay on the island.
Absolutely amazing must-have tours!
Excellent organization, everything was fine with the payment, although we were worried at first. We paid the courier in cash a couple of days before the excursions, he checked our details, took pictures of us, and immediately sent us confirmation that the payment had been accepted - in general, there is trust.

1. The Similan Islands:
It's definitely worth taking an early departure and meeting the dawn in the ocean and being one of the first to arrive at the locations. At the pier, both upon departure and upon arrival, we were fully fed, fruits and water were distributed on board the speedboat, and there was also a full meal at one of the locations, which is very healthy and thoughtful. We had an excellent guide, Stanislav, who was charismatic and told us interesting and useful stories. A photographer also traveled with us and offered his services, for some it may definitely be relevant.
After visiting the Similan Islands, any other beaches will not seem so snow-white, and the water is not so crystal clear. This is an absolutely amazing beauty of nature, almost untouched by man, even the ascent to the observation deck is relatively wild and sometimes not very safe (aquashoos are normal). Snorkeling on Similan is a separate kind of pleasure, swimming with a turtle and colorful fish, which were previously seen only in pictures.
There was plenty of time on location, snorkeling everywhere.
In general, Similan is a place where pictures from Pinterest come to life, where Maldives nervously smoke on the sidelines. 🏝️
2. Phi Phi "5 Pearls" overnight
It should be said right away that it's not worth comparing Phi Phi and Similan, it's about different things: Similan is about untouched nature, and Phi Phi is about island life, including night life, and nature is a little different.
Anastasia was our wonderful guide, she always helped, told us a lot, and solved any issues that arose.
There was a light breakfast on the pier at departure, but we also took breakfast with us from our hotel (a very convenient option). Chilled drinking water and other beverages were always available on board, and fruits were periodically distributed. Lunch on the first day was at the sea gypsy village, and we also went for a walk there. I'll mention canoeing, it was unexpectedly great! Dinner was on the island where we spent the night, the tables were set, very tasty, but a little island. Breakfast and lunch the next day were served as part of a buffet on the same island.
The hotel room was great, the only thing that was hard to get to was walking up a steep slope, my legs were giving out, but not everyone had this hotel.
It was not the best decision to go up to the observation deck, there are 300 steps to go up, sometimes almost at 90 degrees, terribly sweaty, tired, and also 50 baht for admission. It's beautiful there, of course, a lot of photo zones have been made, there's a lot of space to walk even higher, but it's hard to get there, but I still don't regret it.
After dinner, there was a night swim with glowing plankton in masks, but it's not like the pictures on the Internet, where all the water glitters. It took us a while to figure it out, but the plankton there reacts to movements underwater and glows from it.
Then we went to another part of the island to watch the fire show. This is for party lovers: loud club music, lots of bars, buckets of alcohol.
On the second day we visited the famous Maya bay, it's worth it. Due to the fact that you can not go into the water more than up to your ankles, you can take a photo where you are alone in the photo and the crowd is not visible.
A separate admiration is the island of Bambu, here, of course, the Maldives looks like it. We met a monitor lizard, saw a rich underwater world, you can see a reef shark, a hermit crab.
We visited a lot of locations during these two days, there was plenty of time everywhere, and we were absolutely delighted.
We would go again - definitely YES, I don't understand what you can see in 1 day, but I think everything is fine with the organization there too.
We are very glad that we chose the Tropic tour, the guys are doing great. I will advise you and I will definitely contact you when I am back in Phuket.

05/07/2025. We were on an amazing Phang Nga tour! I really liked it. There are many interesting locations. A very intense tour. We rode elephants, fed them, and even went swimming with them. Cute monkeys greeted us in front of the temple. They saw a reclining Buddha. And what beautiful views from the observation deck. Be sure to take the passage over the glass bridge. It takes your breath away! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Of the latter, there was a jet ski tour – it's an unforgettable adventure!
Organization at height: instruction, equipment and instructor support. It turned out to be easy to control the jet ski, and the feeling of speed and freedom was amazing.
The seascapes are mesmerizing: crystal clear water, the horizon and picturesque shores. I especially remember the stop in the middle of the sea for swimming – the water is clear and refreshing.

We went with Tropic Tours in the second half of March 2025 on 4 excursions: Racha, Krabi Islands (early departure), Phi Phi and Bambu Island (early departure) and the Similan Islands (early departure). We received a sightseeing tour of Phuket as a gift. I would like to note the clear organization of all excursions, they are picked up from the hotel on time, the manager Yaroslav is always in touch (advised, answered all questions, called 4 days before our arrival and a courier arrived at the hotel, to whom we gave the money). There were 10 of us on the sightseeing tour, we visited many locations, and Maria really liked the guide. Racha Island is very beautiful, we were on it all day, without visiting Coral Island, which we did not regret for a second: beautiful water, soft sand, fishing boats are not needed. The islands of Krabi are simply amazing in their beauty. There is an observation deck on Hong Island, 450 steps - but I recommend everyone to climb, the views are simply gorgeous!!!! on an excursion to Phi Phi, I really liked Bambu Island - as from the Bounty advertisement. Similan Islands - I was afraid it would be a tiring journey, but everything went well. The water is amazingly beautiful in color, and when we were snorkeling - swimming with a large turtle, the impressions were indescribable! There was lunch, fruit, and water on all the excursions. Comfort tours (Phi Phi and Similan) more towels, disposable mouthpieces, wi-fi on the boat, wine and ice cream on arrival. I definitely recommend Tropic Tours, and I will contact them next time.

We were on two excursions
1. Jets
Positive:
- The transfer arrived on time
- We conducted a detailed briefing
- There were several locations: we managed to feed the monkeys , swim, eat and ride the waves
- the guide takes your photos and then you can download them from the link
- you can switch places at locations and take turns driving
- In my opinion, it's better to take an evening one, since you just meet a stunning sunset on the way back - the beauty is indescribable!
-Very beautiful nature combined with turquoise water
Minuses:
A beaten ass the next day, but it was worth it !
2.5 pearls of Andaman (2 days)
Positive:
1. There were at least 6 pearls, because the ship's crew and the guide Ilya were no less beautiful than the islands. Everything is clear, to the point, adequate, with humor. Playlist separate love 🥰
2. There was enough time at each location. We managed to see everything and buy everything and just get high🤩
3. I am sure that the weather was gorgeous thanks to Ilya 😂 I did something there for this 😂
4. drinks and water were always offered, there was enough equipment for everyone, there was plenty of space - we set the organization of the process to 11/10
5. We saw a luminous plankton at night - it was a dream in general, thank you for making it come true!!

Well, there is a mini disadvantage, but it did not spoil our time. : in the description, it is worth visiting a place where there may be sharks - there is no such thing there and the guide has not heard of it. But this is a small thing, we have seen mini sharks twice in other locations, so everything is super anyway!
P.S. And well, it is important to take into account that the tides affect the possibility of visiting the location.

We took 3 excursions from Tropic Tours. All three were perfectly organized, no complaints about the guides or the transfer. The support service is always in touch, issues of postponement or some problematic situations were quickly resolved.
The first tour of the 5 pearls of Adaman. The program is great, even the bad weather did not spoil our impressions of the beautiful islands. The captain did a great job, no one got seasick. The guide Julia had a great time, lit up, was in touch and solved all the issues. The second time we went to Cheo Lan Lake + Samet Nangshe. We went for one day, but it was enough for us. The lake is beautiful, warm water and gorgeous views. Samet Nangshe Observation Deck is a stunning beauty, it's really worth seeing. I also liked the temple very much. The third excursion was the Siam Niramid Show. A great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of the country. The show is quite dynamic. I also liked the interactive village, the dinner is quite simple, but for the money it's quite OK.
I have never regretted that I chose this particular company. All the extracurricular activities were very clear. The guides are excellent, they will always help, tell you, tell you.

I had a double impression from communicating with Tropic Tours. We took a total of 7 excursions with my husband. As long as there were no additional questions from our side, everything was going well. Standard communication, greetings, wishes for a good rest. As soon as we have any questions, we can immediately "go through the woods."
Excursion to James Bond Island: we took a premium, 500 baht more expensive than usual. The manager wrote that the programs differ in the last island, not so crowded, an increased class of service, a better boat. As a result, they were brought to exactly the island that is stated in the usual program. When I wrote to the manager about it, the answer was that apparently the wind was not suitable, it happens and that this is not the main difference. Let's say... The boat was good, but everyone on the last island was like that, they were also good. An upgraded class of service? There was nothing supernatural. There were pieces of fruit and soft drinks on board, and this is stated in the usual program. So in the end, it's not clear what they overpaid for.
Then there was supposed to be an early excursion to Phi Phi, at 4 a.m. transfer. In the evening before the tour, our child got sick. They wrote to the manager that they would not be able to go, they needed to stay with the baby. The manager replied, it's a pity, the money is not refunded, here are the rules on the site. They asked if another person could go. No one answered that. As it turned out later, it was possible. At the beginning of the first hour we went to bed, put the phone on silent. In the morning we saw that the transfer was coming, waited 30 minutes, called, wrote. Ie, we warned that it was impossible to go, it was almost 10 pm. The manager ended his working day, and no one else found out about it. And the transfer arrived, waited, respectively, other people from this transfer also waited for another half hour until they were picked up.
Conclusion: there are many different excursions, the excursions are good. If everything goes as standard, they work fine, according to the script. If the situation goes beyond the basic one, there is no empathy, customer orientation, the ability to work out objections, resolve issues promptly, and bring communication to a logical conclusion.

The 4 Pearls of Andaman tour is an incredible adventure! In two days we visited the most beautiful islands, including James Bond and Maya Bay, went canoeing, snorkeling and enjoyed the white beaches.
