It was in late September- early October 2023. Everything is fine!!! Food is just a song! Beef, turkey, veal-for lunch and dinner, in different types! Animation is just great! The guys do not compulsively do not let you get bored! I especially want to mention Kristina, everything stops without her. The sea was a little stormy all 10 days, but it was still warm. I really liked it, if there is an opportunity, I will definitely come back!
There are a lot of wild locals who probably see food and a pool for the first time. They obviously will not improve their rest ((( they are fed on average, alcohol is very light, one of the advantages is the proximity of the sea.
Three stars justifies, but really the crowd at the meal and a bunch of inadequate local children ruined the rest.
Special thanks for the room cleaning, it was always clean)
We had our first vacation in Tunisia. Before that, we were only in 5 countries - Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Thailand. Before that, I was always with my husband and was guided by the proximity to a city or village in order to lead an active vacation. I went to Tunisia only with the children. When I took the ticket, I was notified that the hotel was like a Soviet dispensary, but the territory was not small and there was a good beach. Of course, once in the room, the children's mood dropped... No TV, no hair dryer, old but good furniture, small room, bathroom with curtain. But the sea compensated, the beach had a good coastline, as in Anapa, the children flopped calmly, the sea was clean, there were no algae, jellyfish, stones. There is an aqua park, several pools, a bunch of cafes, ice cream all day. They were practically not in the room. Food without frills - beef, lamb, chicken, all side dishes and vegetables, of course pastries and fruits. There were no crabs, sushi, or caviar, but that's not the main thing for us. I don't drink alcohol, so I can't orient myself. Animation in the evening. Prisoners of the show. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is goofy, but friendly. There are no settlements nearby. Massage, pigtails, manicure - pennies. A game room with billiards, hockey, and slot machines. We rested at half the cost of what we spent a year ago in Turkey. And the rest was remembered for the sea, and a good mood.

Immediately upon check-in, they demand to pay an additional $ 50 for the room!
Dirty beach, cigarette butts, plastic, algae everywhere.
On the first day, we were robbed in our room. There is a witness that the staff did it. They didn't let them call the police, they said they would figure it out themselves, but they didn't do anything.
The reception staff is very rude and not professional.
It was in September 20 , 19 .The hotel is clean, well-groomed, the food is good, the beach is good, the animation is wonderful - the animators are well done, there are new programs in the amphitheater every day, there is a mini-park, the territory is green and well maintained. There is no need to rush first to the opening of the restaurant, there was enough food for everyone. Disadvantages: the hotel is located on the outskirts, piles of algae formed on the beach after the storm, which were not cleaned. From the water's edge, 3 meters away, the territory of all beaches is municipal, so the hotel staff did not clean, and the municipalities scored on cleaning, There was no refrigerator in the room.
Water and drinks are on site without problems and free of charge. It is indecent to take water into large bottles from coolers, and our comments are also scandalized. There is a way out - bottled water is sold nearby at a gas station, very inexpensive. For those who go to three, and then get indignant and write biased negative reviews, the advice is: dig up money and go to five.
Conclusion: the hotel is for a relaxing holiday for people in retirement and families with children. I recommend
The territory is well-groomed, there are norms for a budget holiday, the beach is sandy, the servant in the hotel is not very expensive, it costs your money, the entrance to the sea is gentle in August there is an invasion of stinging jellyfish, they feed the norms. Sometimes there are queues for food, there are children's discos every evening and shows in the amphitheater, there is a night disco, there is nothing near the hotel, there is a grocery store not far away, they do not give water to the rooms in the hotel, there is a children's club. Nice rooms with sea views 4. 5th floor for an additional fee of 20 American, located next to the airport, 5 minutes drive, there are enough sun beds on the beach for everyone, but without mattresses, in general, without leaving, solid three, WiFi current in lobi, drinks as everywhere in Tunisia
A good hotel for its price, there are few disadvantages - this is the lack of hot drinks in the dining room for lunch and dinner, as well as at the beach bar, queues in the dining room and at the pool bar. Animation is normal during the day, very weak in the evening. At the reception, they cheat when collecting hotel tax and when exchanging currency. The pros are good food, the chef is bravo! There is a nice, quiet and cozy Piano bar - there are no queues in it. There is a decent room for a disco, with a separate dance floor, and sofas. The beach is more or less clean, there are enough sun loungers. The rooms are simple, but they are cleaned every day
We were vacationing in Tropicana in July. We liked everything. Great beach, clean sea, good cuisine. The animation could have been better. The territory is well maintained, large. I'll be happy to go next time.
A normal three-piece, so do not wait for revelations. Everything is minimally good. The food is not varied, but delicious, the staff is good. The rooms are shabby, there are questions about the showers. Cleaning in the style of shaking out and wiping the floor, towels are changed every day. The sea is wonderful, the beach is of average cleanliness, I would like it to be cleaner. There are enough sun beds.
The variety and quality of the food is amazing.
The only advantage of this hotel is
Water is paid, bottled water is not provided. It is not allowed to pour water into a bottle.
The bar can pour vodka specially into a cocktail or white wine to see how Russians can "turn into an animal"
Animation is great if you are not pestered by animators
Rooms are poorly cleaned, they can move into a dirty room
The hammam at the spa is terrible
They wash everyone with one cloth, dirt and fungus
In an ordinary supermarket, you can buy all the gifts - starting from olive oil, coffee, chocolate and other delicious gifts 2-3 times cheaper than on the market
We went to the nearby Sahara Hotel
Jewelry, cosmetics from the laboratory were bought in it
After 23/00, even a glass of water is paid at the bar
A bottle of water in the bar is 3 dinars, in the store 0.5 for 1 liter of water
We went to all the water rides in the Sahara
After the storm, our beach was cleaned for 3 days, we swam near the Sahara - it was cleaned in 2 hours.
Many thanks to the guide from Pegasus Iskander - he helped to "change the concept of the hotel" so as not to completely spoil the rest
They don't like Russians.
We arrived on May 16, there were 8-10 Russians
France, Belgium, Germany - service first.

The hotel is a very mediocre three-piece, on the first line, no positive surprises. The food, the service, the rooms are all for 3. The locals are very friendly, good people. The beach would be perfect, but the place itself is very dirty, plastic, garbage, cigarette butts, rags are in the perfect white sand. The hotel does not monitor the beach, the sand is not sifted, it is not leveled. Before my visit, there was a storm and the algae had not been removed for 8 days, it was impossible to enter the sea near the hotel beach.
In September 2016, we found ourselves in the Tropicana. Egypt was closed to us and after reading the admiring reviews, we went with our family for 12 nights. After 2 days, I was drawn home from this nightmare. I still see Russian grandmothers standing in a crowd half an hour before the opening at the entrance of the canteen-restaurant and bursting into it with the opening. Men with happy eyes grabbing 5-10 pieces of chicken and after them the child does not get even 1 piece.Lack of drinking water. Try to pour it into a bottle from the cooler!!! They'll raise a howl.We went to Sahlin to get some water.Cons in everything. The sea is a minefield of jellyfish.I've been to different hotels in different countries.I've never seen it worse.I won't even go for free.....
A great vacation with your family. I advise you 100%%

Tell. I'm in Monastir for the second time. We liked the Eden park Hotel in 2017. When we arrived at the Tropicana Club, I was shocked. Well, I thought the first day. But it doesn't get any better. Two glasses of water in your hand, they don't allow you to fill a bottle in a cooler, they scold you very much. A lot of people came with children, but they don't care. They wash disposable cups. In a restaurant, you can say that, but I would call it a dining room, the tablecloths were not changed, that is, rag napkins. They searched for paper napkins themselves, cutlery and set the tables themselves. Of course, I understand a 3-star hotel, but not up to this. There were not enough cups and glasses. We lived in room 2, there was a lack of a large and footboard, I went for 3 days and asked for a view that they were recording, but I stayed there until I turned to the guide. My son's fire alarm went off, he turned to the reception promised to do it, but came up 2 times and did not do it. They took it off themselves and it turned out that the dummy was there. We took towels to the beach as a deposit and before leaving, they began to be handed over naturally, they were wet, that lady at the reception took you saw her face / face / she took her fingers and mumbled as if I had to wash, dry and iron it. There is no animation, there is nothing boring to do there. Fruits are only watermelon and grapes and then every other day. The shore was not cleaned of algae. There are more minuses than pluses. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone, so as not to spoil your vacation
We stayed at this hotel in August 2019. Before choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews on it, judging by the average rating, which was above four, the hotel seemed optimal in terms of price/quality ratio, but we were apparently unlucky and we followed the most negative scenario described in most negative reviews about the Tropicana Club upon arrival. I must say right away - we do not belong to the category of fastidious tourists, we are quite unassuming and, when creating minimal conditions for comfort, we are able to appreciate it and be content with little. But the Tropicana Club even pissed us off.
We are a family of four, 2 adults, 1 almost adult and 1 child 12 years old. We arrived at the hotel at night, check-in to the room was supposed to take place in 11 hours, but due to the feedback from some lucky people, we had hope that our family would be settled at least in the morning. Anyway, they moved in only at 14 o'clock, as it should be. I tried to find out about the possibility of paying for an additional day to enter the room earlier - no one could say anything specific, perhaps there really were simply no rooms available. At about 11 o'clock, in response to our insistent requests to allocate some kind of room (by that time, after a sleepless night, there were no more), we were fed promises that cleaning was underway, we were about to be shot, but until it was over, they could not move us in, because the rooms were very dirty. Well, OK, we thought, but probably the room will be clean. No matter how it was, the bed linen was not replaced, at least that was the feeling - it was frankly dirty with some bloodstains and streaks. There was a feeling that just the old linen had been smoothed and rearranged. The towels also gave the impression of having already been used. There was garbage in the room, and there were packages of drunk juice in the most prominent places. Only a blind person would not be able to notice them. The floor was dirty, there was sand on the floor. In general, what the cleaners were doing from 11 to 14 o'clock, when they fed us with promises, it's just unclear, I think that no one cleaned the room. The TV was with a broken screen, about a fifth of the image was missing. When they began to offer a room, I shoved $ 10 money at the administrator, asked him to give me a quieter number, since I'm not a fan of different sessions. The receptionist said OK and gave out the keys to the room in the wing of the building, which was removed from the Tropicana entertainment venue, but turned out to be very close to the Sahara Beach entertainment venues. They cursed everything and everyone. The air conditioning in the room did not work at all. After complaints at the reception, we were promised that everything would be fixed now, the linen would be changed, the air conditioner would be repaired. The cleaner honestly came when we showed her the dirt on the laundry, juice boxes and dirt on the floor on her fingers, she said "OK", after which she left and never came back. At the reception, they just spread their hands. As a result, I almost forcibly dragged a maid (already another one) who came across in the corridor, who, under our pressure, still changed the linen and towels, cleaned the trash, wiped the floor. Regarding the problem of the air conditioner, I also went to the reception 5 times. They also said "Ok", after which nothing happened again. I don't like shouting at all and always try to solve problems calmly, but this situation even made me mad. On the fifth time we went to the reception, we were lucky - the air conditioning specialist, apparently by accident, passed by and the receptionist just caught him by the hand, dragged him to me and already under my control he still reached our room. The air conditioner was terribly old, all covered with duct tape, but the air conditioner seemed to be able to start it, after which I honestly shoved a couple of dinars at him. Some reviews here say that they don't take tips in Tunisia. As if not so! Everyone takes money, in my case, there was never a time during my stay that money was not taken! Only those who write that they take money are right, but it doesn't help. That's exactly what happens. After 2 days, the air conditioner stopped working again. And again, from 4-5 times, we only managed to pull out a specialist, it was already another person. He had already come with an assistant, the two of them had been fixing this air conditioner for probably half a day, constantly disappearing somewhere. If it were in Russia, I would think that they were running somewhere to stumble. Here some people write in their reviews, saying that you want from a three-star hotel. That's why we want it to match at least three stars! If the air conditioner is declared in the rooms, then it should be and should work! The rooms must be cleaned. Finally, read the international requirements for three-star hotels. The bed linen has not been cleaned for almost 2 weeks. However, we were glad of this, because we were sure that we were sleeping on our own dirt, and not on someone else's.
I saw a lot of French tourists at the hotel and was very surprised that they come to such a hotel, they seem to have a higher standard of living, can't they afford something more comfortable? Here my wife and I had a small dispute, she believed that the French were simply settled in cleaner and more expensive rooms, but remembering Vladimir Medinsky's book "Myths about Russia" I came to the conclusion that the Russian person is simply more demanding of the surrounding cleanliness than the same Europeans, who historically lived in much more dirt. And that the French probably just carry dirty laundry, dirty towels and other garbage more easily. Maybe the spouse is right. I can also state the fact that the staff at this hotel treats French tourists more well than tourists from Russia. They have some kind of contemptuous and condescending attitude towards us, but they spread out in front of the French in such a way that it is disgusting to look at. Apparently, the Tunisians have not managed to get rid of their colonial past - they feel their former masters. In general, the real assessment of this hotel is the same as the number of stars they actually correspond to - 2 points, I can't give more, even the food, which is really good there, does not pull out much. But the disadvantages of the kitchen have also already been described and we confirm them - queues for meat, problems with glasses, in the morning with cups, the wine is loaded to the very limit, you also need to hunt for the appliances. If you come later, the tables are dirty, no one cleans them. I confirm the fact that if you come an hour after the start of the meal, the queues for meat are much smaller, but dirty tables, missing appliances, glasses, napkins. So see for yourself how it will be more convenient for you.
What else can you say about the hotel and the sea? The sea is clean and warm, in August we expected an influx of jellyfish, but we were lucky, there were none and we never even caught them, although I still recorded a couple of burns on the body. I didn't want to get out of the sea. In the morning it is calm, and in the evening waves appear, which is very cool, as it will satisfy the tastes of both those who like to swim with a mask and those who like to splash in the waves. The beach near Tropicana is really dirty - there is a lot of feces from horses and dramaders constantly hanging out on the beach. They clean up about 1 time a week, but still a lot of different feces accumulates per day. The neighboring beach in Sahara Beach is cleaned more often and it is really cleaner, if you like a clean beach - go there, no one will say a word, the beaches in Tunisia, as in our country, are shared, belong to the state.
For 3 stars, the hotel is completely good. A small cozy, delicious food, its own beach. Of course, there are some nuances. Read the full reviews about the hotel, there are many good tips on what to be prepared for.

Hotel 3*
We rested from 16 to 23.06.19
Rooms
for 4, because everything is a bit cramped, but overall not bad, decorated in Tunisian style.
There is no refrigerator, you can buy it for a fee for about 1000 rubles / 7 days and it will work only when you are in the room - electricity works according to the card from the door, it is issued one per room.
There is no remote control from the air conditioner (we did not need it, there was enough fan and an open balcony)
There were no batteries in the remote control from the tiny TV, it was also not critical, we did not turn it on.
Sea
On the first day it was windy and the sea was dirty, however, when the storm subsided, the water became clear, the beach is sandy and it is regularly cleaned, there are enough sun beds, you can take a mattress for a sunbed for a fee. We didn't see any jellyfish, maybe we were lucky.
Service
Cleaning 5+ every day, for a small tip they will twist a swan out of towels and even smile at you. And in general, everyone needs to be tipped here, and you will be surprised at the level of service - and all inclusive cocktails will be brought to the table and repeated, and the table in the restaurant will be held for you and set for arrival.
Meal
It's just beyond praise, very tasty, something new every day, 2-3 types of meat, a bunch of salads and fish of the day, desserts and fruits. Everyone has enough of everything. 1 time we were in a restaurant outside the hotel, where we were fed exactly the same for a fee :)
Excursions
We took to the Phrygia Zoo and quad biking. We got more emotions on the penultimate day by getting out on our own to Sousse on the local subway for shopping. But here's the taste and color :)
Bad attitude towards Russian tourists!!!They love the French or the Germans more!huge queues at the bar!and the fact that smoking is allowed wherever possible!even a children's pool is not a hindrance! This is a nightmare!I was resting there and just on arrival I just left my things at the reception, a Russian tourist is dying going out to the pool!!!I don't know for what reason, but the resuscitation was carried out by tourists!!!!The ambulance arrived in 30 minutes only!!!!the tin is incredible!!!!The beach was dirty after the storm and the algae in the non-hotel areas did not clean the beach at all!sand in the cigarette butts and poop of camels and horses!
We had a vacation in Tunisia in August, we chose this hotel. For a 3* hotel it is very good. We liked everything, we were not disappointed in our choice. I advise everyone 👍
We were at this hotel from October 10 to October 20, 19. After the storm, the beach was littered with piles of algae and debris
The height of these piles was up to a meter high. No one thought to clean up this garbage. The Russian women took pitchforks and rakes and cleared a passage to the sea a meter wide. And all 10 days we went swimming on the beaches of another hotel.
What are you writing about?? What are you admiring??? Upon check-in, the representative of Pegasus says in plain text - the water in the pool has not been changed for 4 years! If you don't want problems, don't go near him... What else can we talk about here?!
Garbage on the territory at every step. This place sucks.
In general, not bad, but on a budget.
The hotel saves on everything.
There are no mattresses on the sun beds
Broken sun beds by the pool
The food is not bad
Terrible hotel! Disgusting staff and attitude towards vacationers! In order for them to do something to you or help you in some way, you have to pay money for it. The food in the dining room is good. The beach is dirty, many sun beds are broken.

There is even a lot of one star!
It's terribly dirty, tasteless, for all the staff, the sea is smelly, there are drains nearby!!!
And it's a shame for our people: some - pour and drink; others - are ready with the first comer-cross!
Do you respect yourself? - do not set foot in the Tropicana, if you want to go to Tunisia - only Djerba, there is a divine sea there!
This time Tunisia disappointed us! We will explore other territories in a cordial manner!
Great hotel. Not far from the airport.I liked everything

Disgusting! It was the first and last time. This is not a vacation, but just a mockery. If you want to spoil your vacation, you can safely go to this hotel.
The attitude is to get off. The air conditioner is rattling and barely works. There's a dumpster on the beach. There are queues at the bar. The wine is diluted. In short, it sucks

A very bad hotel. The mud is everywhere, in the room in the dining room. There are not enough dishes . They did not give towels or toilet paper for three days. The sea is dirty, paper, plastic, algae.
