I stayed at this hotel in early October. The hotel opened a month ago, everything is brand new. There are few people in the hotel, so the main restaurant is closed. Breakfast and lunch are served at a restaurant near the beach, dinner on reservation at two a la carte restaurants to choose from, restaurants change every day. There is no animation at all in the hotel, there are animators, but they do nothing. Locals come for the weekend, then the animation works and shows are shown in the evening. The hotel is more suitable for relaxation. The service is good. Room cleaning is normal.
We just got back from the hotel. To the Dominican Republic for the third time. There is something to compare it with. Everything is OK on the beach. Clean, beautiful, there are always enough sun beds. But of course the sunbeds are tired. The algae on the territory of the hotel is cleaned perfectly, to the left is private property, they have always been there. There is a wonderful zoo on the territory of the hotel. There is everything: birds of many species, iguanas, turtles, peacocks and many more. In this regard, above all praise, there are two feeders where the "bread for birds" lies. Turtles, peacocks, and birds eat from their hands, even more so. By food: there is enough choice for 4, even a little more, but they do not know how to cook meat at all. Seafood with varying success. The breakfasts are the same, after a week they were completely fucked up. Lunch and dinner, although varied, more or less, but really the meat is not chewed. Maybe we got out of season, but there is a choice, there is no quality. It's worth going to a la carte, at least it tastes better there, but not the fire. I repeat, there is something to compare in other hotels in this country, Some theaters and bars on the territory did not work, again, perhaps not in season. Pools are slag. The dead, the old ones, all their fingers tore off their skin, the child picked up a rash (the child was 2, never had any pain, the rash did not bother much, did not even bother, but it was). In the pool where the bar is, people are straight, sorry, they "went over" right into the pool. My child and I did not swim there, we swam in the calmest, where there are fountains. We saw and communicated with the kids (their mothers) where the rash was just terrible! Poor children and their parents. Ducks swim in the pool in the morning, I suspect it also affects the rash. The rooms are very tired, if you go as a youth and only sleep there, then ok. But if you have a family and a child, then no. Cockroaches, leaking ceilings and doors with slits that you can hear everything. Bed linen is changed only when you throw it on the floor. Not in a day, not in three before this gesture was not changed. The staff is not friendly, no matter what language and no matter how you speak to them. No, of course, they were cool on the fingers, but the main ones were still more tired of this work. I repeat, this is the third time in the country, and the first time I have encountered such an attitude. Like, "how did you get everything, but I'll do it of course, but go to zh....." So the animation. We were not at the evening adult party, but the mini disco for children is 3 with a minus. It's very rotten, especially compared to Turkey (I never thought I'd say that). They drive tuk tuk through the territory, if you are not standing at a stop, then out of 10 times he stopped once just when you are trying to catch him. The mini club and the teen club did not work. Cocktails are only on the lowest rum locally, you can drink, but you can also ask for Brugal rum, it tastes better. In general, I flew for the ocean, it's beautiful in this hotel. But I was with my mom and my husband and a two-year-old child, so it was the hotel that disappointed. If I were alone or with a friend, I don't care at all) Well, we lived in Punta Cana, where we spent our holidays in 16, we remembered every day. The hotel itself is much better, but the beach there is the worst, in all my three times. And ladies whose husbands like to eat delicious food, like meat and don't eat seafood - it's better not to come here. But by the way, the beer is good, I liked it, in general, if you like the beach, then the velkam. If comfort and quality and food are the same. And by the way, the air conditioner in our family's building caught fire at night! A child of almost three years old and three adults did not sleep well. Dad ran around looking for a fire extinguisher himself and put everything out. Everyone around for all the figs) it's good that everything worked out)

Everything is awesome! Only the periodic absence of hot water was not happy. Because this is the Dominican Republic, it was useless to count on a quick correction of the situation...And yes, seven nights is very little for this heavenly place!
We went to the Caribbean of the Princesses, but it is filled to capacity, we settled in the 5* Princess Cabin and were completely delighted with the rest. There was nothing to complain about. This is the first time. The rooms are gorgeous, the food is above all praise, we used the Caribbean and Tropical Princesses restaurants, everything is fine there too, people are happy. The territory is huge, the animation is good, the park is full of wildlife.Everything is fine!!!
The rooms are tired, there is almost no air conditioning, mosquitoes in the evenings. Among the advantages: the ocean, white sand, sun, good staff, good food. There is a mangrove forest on the territory, a lot of iguanas, ducks, herons, etc., they eat with their hands.😀
