The hotel is not great. Three stars. But. The beach is sooooo close. The beach is narrow with three rows of sun beds and sand. The sea is gorgeous and does not storm in this place, the bottom is sandy. Mattresses and sun beds are not very good. Breakfast and lunch at the outdoor restaurant directly above the sea. These tables are custom-made for dinner. The food is not good. But they weren't hungry. The owner gave up on everything. Almost all vacationers are foreigners. The ancient city is close. I would like to return a little more comfortably, but not yet.

Positive
- The first coastline
- The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas
- The beach is sandy
- Free Wi-Fi catches on the hotel and beach
- There are many Russian tourists in the hotel
- There is a Russian-speaking staff (at the reception 1 and in the restaurant 1)
- They cook delicious (but monotonous!)
- Delicious pizza for lunch and dinner every day (but after 5 days I couldn't look at it anymore! I'm full for the year ahead)
- There is a small orchard on site (you can pick fruits if you get them)
- Antique Side is within walking distance (20 minutes on foot)
Cons
- The safe is paid $ 20 for 2 weeks and a deposit of $ 5
- Hotel guests are not allowed into the hotel database and have to connect to the Wi-Fi of the restaurant at the hotel. Each connection requests authorization.
- No beach towels
- The bottom of the sea has not been cleaned, in some places there are large stones and rebar at the depth of the belt
- There are no disposable slippers in the room
- A modest assortment of breakfasts
- No disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste
- The hotel's beach is small
- Monotonous meals with a small selection of dishes
- Few fruits (only apples, plums and melons)
- No sweets in the restaurant (there were only two versions of Turkish delight 3 times in 10 days)
- There is no musical arrangement on the territory of the hotel and in its restaurant
- Very cold water in the pool
- Rooms on the 1st floor (standard) have old repairs and plumbing that requires replacement or repair
- There are a lot of small insects in the room (crawling on the bed)
- Cleaning takes place every day, but they will put 1 towel instead of three, then they will forget to give out clean ones at all
- Specifically, the TV did not work in our room, it only worked in Turkish in our friends' room.
- The restaurant did not give ice cream, which was supposed to be given twice a week at a certain time (there is an ad, but there is no ice cream) 🤷♀️
Comment: if you want swans made of towels, leave tips for the maids! According to the photos, the hotel grounds look good, but in reality not everything is so beautiful. The standard rooms also have a big difference (on the 1st floor with old repairs, non-working lamps and ants, and on the 2nd floor with fresh repairs, beautiful furniture and a stove. We had a room on the 1st floor, and the other vacationers we met had a room on the 2nd. We both had an “all inclusive standard”)! The hotel is mainly of retirement and pre-retirement age, there are practically no young people. Perhaps the menu of the restaurant depends on the season, since in 10 days we had: boiled and stewed pork all days, vinegar rolls for 2 days, chicken for several days and beef for 2 days. There was never a fish! Since they do not eat pork according to the faith of their profession, they do not know how to cook it, unfortunately. According to previous reviews, those who rested in JUNE ate fish, ice cream, fruits and sweets! Apparently by October it was all over, I think that some of the disadvantages can be solved (fixed) at the reception, but the impression is already spoiled.
And most importantly!! We bought vouchers to this hotel for 4 stars, but on the Yandex website there is a description and in fact only 2!!! One for the sea across the embankment, the other for the view from the restaurant to the sea!

We are at the hotel at the moment. We are very satisfied! Nice room, they clean and change the linen, the staff is friendly, they try. The food in the restaurant is excellent!*Fish every day, a variety of meat dishes, sauces, sliced vegetables, fruits. The choice of drinks and alcohol. Tourists, mostly Russians and Germans. The beach is nice with its own umbrellas and sun loungers. The beach is constantly cleaned and cleaned. We are very satisfied, I recommend it to anyone who still had doubts.. A normal budget hotel! Bad reviews are written either by spoiled fives, or by those who expect to get 5 stars for a cheap price. We rested at the end of June 2024 for 9 nights. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. We checked in immediately. We got a room on the 2nd floor. The room is small, cozy, clean. There is a balcony with a view of the giant ficus trees inside the territory, very beautiful, protect from the scorching sun. The room has a hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, kitchenette with stove, pots, frying pan, turk, kettle, cutlery. The shower is working, there is always hot water. Cleaning and change of towels daily, the bed was changed 1 time. Special thanks to the charming maid Yasmin for her cleanliness and kindness. The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, all in greenery. The hotel is quiet, despite the proximity of the waterfront. The sea is one step away from the exit of the hotel. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds, sun beds are free. The sand is amazing, shallow. The entrance to the sea is very comfortable. WiFi throughout the territory, on the beach, without failures, for free. The pool is small and clean. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous! The food was normal, there was meat every day, fish 3 times, pizza, simple desserts such as cupcakes and puddings, watermelons and melons every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In general, you will not stay hungry, there is not much variety, but everything is very tasty. You can take at least as much bottled water as you want, ask at the bar. Ice cream 2 times a week. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the rest. Would you come again? Definitely, yes.

Great place, everything is there. The room is cozy, Wi-Fi is free, there is food, the sea is nearby. For those who came to the sea and on excursions, that's the thing. It is not necessary to go far to the sea, or even worse to get by bus, but went out and directly got to the beach. We had a check-in in the evening when the buffet was cleaned, but we were fed giant portions of dishes of our choice, and drinks.

We were here in early June 2023.What I want to say:
- the sea is clean and beautiful, right next to the hotel.
-during your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, you will observe the most beautiful views from the second floor of the cafe
- is there a place to walk:a long embankment, an ancient city, a park with palm trees. There are many shops and cafes nearby.
- the staff will always help out, come to the rescue, tell you. Many thanks to Vika!
If you are used to relaxing in hotels where there is a huge variety of food, children's animation, a large hotel area, you are not here.

The rest was ruined by staying in this disgusting flophouse. Even the view from the bar and the zero line of the beach do not save. You can forgive the sloppiness and neglect of the "hotel" with the purchased stars, but frankly I couldn't stand rotten food for lunch and dinner.Instant coffee from a jar, semi-finished products and overdue all around. The rooms are not cleaned, the sunbeds are smelly, the dishes are all chipped and washed like hell. I saved the supermarket and McDonald's nearby, they came for breakfast with their own food. I don't want the enemy to end up in this dump

The hotel sucks, in no case do you need to come here. We bought the tour as 4 stars, there is not even one star, every glass of plain water drunk is recorded, the waiter comes up and says sign what you took, everything is rusty, there is one toilet on the territory, which does not close at all. There is no food, from the word at all, tea leaves in a thermos, boiling water in a cooler, which is generally somewhere in the hall, I don't even want to remember, just forget it like a bad dream

This star is only for the fact that the sea is within walking distance. Everything else is a terrible "dream' The rooms are terrible, there is no restaurant, there is an outdoor cafe at the hotel, where there is no choice, it's called what you were given and eat and don't like it go from here. So we buy food at the store or have a snack at a cafe in the city. This hotel has 1 star. I won't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's just awful.
