A very well-maintained and comfortable classic hotel with a good ratio of quality to room price. In high season, however, all inexpensive rooms will be occupied, it is necessary to book strongly in advance. In low season (early March) I had no problem renting the cheapest room for 41 euros, including breakfast. The restaurant is a bit "pompous" and not the cheapest (main dishes are 12-20 euros; drinks are expensive, for example, a tiny 0.2l bottle of soda is 3 euros). But a good breakfast is included in the room rate, as well as a gorgeous view from the restaurant windows to the slopes with cedars and (in early March) snow. Some hiking trails start right a few hundred meters from the hotel, so you can really do without a car (although having a car, of course, greatly expands the choice). It takes about 2 hours to walk to the top of Olympus. The staff is moderately friendly and polite, there are no Soviets among the staff.
