I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two weeks, and overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience at room 208. The highlight was undoubtedly the spectacular view from the balcony—absolutely picturesque and worth every penny. The balcony itself was spacious, and I spent many peaceful moments taking in the scenery.
The room was equipped with all the essential utilities, including a kitchen and a bathroom, both of which were spotless. The furniture wasn’t brand new, but it was perfectly fine and didn’t detract from the overall comfort. I was also pleased to find that the hotel provided complimentary items, which was a thoughtful touch.
One of the standout features for me was the availability of a washing machine, which I could use twice for free—a very convenient perk for a longer stay. The cleanliness of the entire place, including the laundry facilities, was impeccable.
The staff were another major highlight. They were incredibly supportive, always responsive, and even offered me a discount due to the length of my stay. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome, and their willingness to assist at any time was much appreciated.
The building itself is beautiful, though I should mention that the rooms weren’t completely noise-cancelling. However, this wasn’t a significant issue for me, as the overall tranquillity of the place made up for it.
Lastly, while the water wasn’t always as cold as I had hoped for a proper cold bath, I did try it, and it was a refreshing experience nonetheless. Considering the relatively low price, the value for money was excellent.
In summary, everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the combination of a beautiful building, amazing views, and attentive staff made for a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

We lived in an apartment hotel on the 22nd floor in section #2. We spent 2 nights in room 205. One of the advantages is the convenient location. The room was tired, minor repairs are required, but you can spend 2 nights, it's fine for that kind of money. The room was clean, nothing caused a feeling of disgust. What was especially pleasing was that we found a grocery store in the same complex. There is a problem with grocery stores in Astana, they are only in shopping malls, or somewhere in residential neighborhoods, or we simply did not see them in the center.

We lived on the 22nd floor. You look out the window in the evening, everything is shining everywhere. Just great. Very comfortable apartment. There's a really good shop downstairs where you can buy semi-finished products and cook in the room yourself.

Excellent location for guests of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main sights of the capital are within walking distance.
The view from the window from a height of 22 floors is very impressive, especially in the evening at sunset.
The building itself, illuminated in the evening, looks simply bombastic :)))
Nearby there are simple grocery stores, an alcohol market, an excellent Uzbek cuisine restaurant Chir-Chic, and a fitness complex with a 25-meter swimming pool.
The staff of the apart-hotel is always "on line".
The room is clean.
There is a kitchen area and a good washing machine.
The price-quality ratio is "4.5 out of 5.0".

It's beautiful outside, but inside everything is very tired. The hall is like a mausoleum - very extensive, its former greatness is visible, but again it requires maintenance. Elevators, stairs and corridors require renovation. I also had a chance to visit the technical rooms. Communications look ambiguous. It can be seen that everything is contained "just so it doesn't fall off." I think with this attitude to the LCD, it will soon fall into even greater decline. The prices of apartments in this residential complex (rent or purchase) are really cheaper than in any other neighboring residential complex. That's the bell about the condition of the LCD.

I went with my parents for a couple of days to see Astana. we lived on the 30th floor, the view is just beautiful😍 Khan Shatyr and the Ferris Wheel were not visible from our windows, but when you look at the roads in the distance at night, which are filled with cars, you realize how lively the city is🫶
The service is good, there are no minuses and some mega pluses too, they gave the keys, showed the room and that's it. The rooms themselves are clean, there were dishes.
the location is very convenient, everything is nearby: shops, parks, sights of the city.

Unfortunately, I have not been inside and I cannot assess the convenience of being in this building in terms of the convenience and quality of engineering systems. However, I can appreciate the work of architects as the only monumental residential complex in Astana that has its own unique design, reminiscent of Soviet-era skyscrapers of the 50s. It is a pity that there are very few such buildings, and most of the buildings look like dull anthills of the same type, where developers are clearly saving on architecture.

The Triumph of Astana is a landmark of the capital. The merits of living in this house should be judged by the residents themselves. I was visiting there. There is a concierge at the entrance who knows all the tenants. The layout of the apartments is generally comfortable. A big disadvantage is that the wind rose was not taken into account when designing, so even with a small wind in the apartment there is such a howling, as if there is a hurricane outside the window.
