The service is on the level. There is an online recording. A reminder per day. Good location, there are not many competitors in the area :) There is a 15% discount when you sign up for a new master. Tea/coffee/water is available. Conditioner. TV. There is a bonus system. The masters are friendly and do their work efficiently, at least I have come across such. The palette is huge.
It may be noisy for someone because there are many craftsmen working at the same time.

I went to this salon for long-term coverage and manicure with my adult daughter 4 times. 3 times we visited the excellent top master Galina and Master Lyubov. We are frequent visitors and go every 2 weeks to get new nails. But this time we couldn't sign up for the same masters today. I signed up for another top master. It so happened that we were stuck in traffic and were 15 minutes late. TOP master Antonina was rude to me from the doorway and said that she would not have time to stick my 1 sticker on my nails (I do a French jacket) and that in general, for being late for 15 minutes, she has the right to kick me out. Rudeness is rare.
The salon lost 2 regular customers because of this master. Good luck.

I didn't like it. The place is uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable, this is not the place where you sit down, relax, relax and have fun. The table, the lamp, the manicure machine - everything is dirty. One plus is a cooler with warm water. But even in such a place, I would return to the cool master, but even here I was unlucky ((( Master Marina is a pleasant girl, polite, BUT walking clearly with a cold to work, where healthy customers are sitting opposite - well, the height of indecency. Severe runny nose and cough, although she tried to convince me that it was allergic - no! It's not allergic, it's a clear SARS! But even if you believe in her version, you still need to get cured right away, and then work with people! Gloves should be changed after each client, or at least they should not be worn to holes. Well, I cut the cuticle on a couple of fingers to the wound. The nails are cut in different lengths. Well, there is something to complain about in small things. But for those who are not used to high-quality manicure, perhaps they would have liked everything, but this is not my case. The location of this salon is convenient for me, I thought that I would be a regular customer here, but no, all those disadvantages listed above have discouraged all desire.
