Level 13 Local Expert

We were in April 2019. Probably, the owner of the hotel changed, the elevator did not work, the very hospitable staff offered their services to lift the suitcase, the rooms needed repairs. It was very stuffy. I had to sleep with the windows open. The breakfasts are hearty, but without variety.
