The clinic is very cozy and clean
They applied to sterilize their dog, and a post was posted on Instagram on the clinic's website that a 20% discount on sterilization was valid until the New Year.
On the phone , we were told that it was about 176 rubles . The umbilical hernia was also removed during the operation.As a result, they paid 317 rubles for all the procedures. Unlike other clinics, we were given just a check, without a transcript of the cost.Now it's unclear whether the discount was made or if, since we didn't ask, they didn't mention it. By the way, the comment on Instagram was deleted instead of contacting us and clarifying the situation. Therefore, the impression of the clinic remained very contradictory.🤷

The receptionist, with a calm, impenetrable face radiating disdain and discontent, offered to sit down to wait (there was no one else but us). She did not inform the doctor about the emergency and continued to sit at the counter. She deigned to go to the doctor through the clacking only after the second pet owner poked her in it. What is the answer? Just sit and wait. How long are you waiting? Just wait, they'll accept. When will they be accepted? /Silence/ Is it okay that in many emergency cases the minutes count?
If you are really worried about your pet and he suddenly feels unwell, then do not waste precious time and immediately go to another clinic. Personally, I don't set foot here anymore, although a few years ago it was the best clinic for me.

They will cordially welcome you, politely do not answer your questions, forget about you, write out a prescription for medicines that they will convincingly offer to buy from them, tell you about the benefits of expensive food that is prolonged with them, pierce with suspicious vitamins, put one dropper for all diseases and nothing, absolutely nothing, they will say what is wrong with your pet, they will carefully count the cost of their services will not help in any way. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing!🤦♀️We applied to this clinic for a vaccine for rabbits against myxomotosis. My uncle's rabbits got sick, they first encountered this. The local veterinarian said that this vaccine is needed to protect the healthy. We arrived 60 km away, because it was not available in our area. The girl at the kiosk gave us the vaccine. Rabbivak. We had no thoughts of double-checking anything, etc., since we ourselves have no experience in this matter. We vaccinated rabbits. And only then, by chance, I began to read more on the Internet, and it turned out that there is a Rabbivak-B and a Rabbivak-V! They are from different viruses! We were sold the wrong thing, although we clearly asked for myxomotosis, as the veterinarian wrote!
I'm trying to call the clinic to tell them the number doesn't exist anymore.😳
What kind of charade is this??? Who works there??? People from the street? There are just no words🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I did not like the doctor Polina Evgenievna Rybka at all. She didn't explain anything , didn't say what the dog's temperature was. She also did not explain what the drugs she prescribed were for. I couldn't fix the device on the foot normally either, although the dog lay quietly and did not move, tried to take readings from the device 3 times, constantly malfunctions. She also did not say the presumed diagnosis and did not write it in the statement. The drugs were given in accordance with the discharge, nothing helped the dog, the poor girl was still suffering all this time. It's good that we found a good specialist in another clinic, where everything was explained clearly and to the point and the treatment helped.
Maybe the clinic is good, but I would not recommend going to this specialist for an appointment.

An elderly dog with bladder problems was recently brought in. There were suspicions of cystitis. Doctors examined by ultrasound, during the procedure, severe ulcers were noticed on the inguinal area and abdomen. The doctors REFUSED to even treat it. According to the ultrasound, they said that there was no cystitis.
As a result, they took the dog to another city to another clinic. There it turns out that the dog has severe inflammation (severe cystitis). He was treated, washed, shaved and put on a catheter. But the dog remains on the verge of life and death.
Question. Couldn't the doctors of Triovet have done the same? You saw how bad it is there.
I do not recommend this clinic. Health to all tails!

We contacted this clinic with the problem of a broken claw in a cat. The claw was cut off, and treatment was prescribed. A week passes, and the cat's paw is swollen and festering. They applied again, said that the ointment did not fit, and prescribed another treatment. As it turned out, the cat began to develop an abscess, they stuffed the pet with medicines in vain. No one explains anything until you ask a million questions, and even after that there is no competent explanation. Don't set foot in this clinic anymore!
