The clinic is very cozy and clean
They applied to sterilize their dog, and a post was posted on Instagram on the clinic's website that a 20% discount on sterilization was valid until the New Year.
On the phone , we were told that it was about 176 rubles . The umbilical hernia was also removed during the operation.As a result, they paid 317 rubles for all the procedures. Unlike other clinics, we were given just a check, without a transcript of the cost.Now it's unclear whether the discount was made or if, since we didn't ask, they didn't mention it. By the way, the comment on Instagram was deleted instead of contacting us and clarifying the situation. Therefore, the impression of the clinic remained very contradictory.🤷

To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing!🤦♀️We applied to this clinic for a vaccine for rabbits against myxomotosis. My uncle's rabbits got sick, they first encountered this. The local veterinarian said that this vaccine is needed to protect the healthy. We arrived 60 km away, because it was not available in our area. The girl at the kiosk gave us the vaccine. Rabbivak. We had no thoughts of double-checking anything, etc., since we ourselves have no experience in this matter. We vaccinated rabbits. And only then, by chance, I began to read more on the Internet, and it turned out that there is a Rabbivak-B and a Rabbivak-V! They are from different viruses! We were sold the wrong thing, although we clearly asked for myxomotosis, as the veterinarian wrote!
I'm trying to call the clinic to tell them the number doesn't exist anymore.😳
What kind of charade is this??? Who works there??? People from the street? There are just no words🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

They will cordially welcome you, politely do not answer your questions, forget about you, write out a prescription for medicines that they will convincingly offer to buy from them, tell you about the benefits of expensive food that is prolonged with them, pierce with suspicious vitamins, put one dropper for all diseases and nothing, absolutely nothing, they will say what is wrong with your pet, they will carefully count the cost of their services will not help in any way. Never contact this institution!!!!
