A lovely small family hotel, the rooms are cozy, we lived in a small and a large one, we liked both. The large rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have corner stained glass windows. The view of the Cathedral is beautiful. The hosts are hospitable, helpful, and live nearby. The hostess can wash her clothes for an additional fee, and she gives them to dry. Located on a dead-end street, you can park your car right next to the entrance.

Lovely hotel, convenient location. The hotel is very clean, cozy rooms, high-quality renovation, the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly hosts. I want to return to this hotel. It is difficult to find a hotel with modern facilities and comfort in Tbilisi, so I will definitely come back here next time.

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old town, literally a 7-minute walk to the main attractions, but at the same time, in a quiet location. It's quiet at night, no cars, no people. Cosy. The rooms have everything you need: refrigerator, kettle, cups. the hosts are very hospitable and helpful, they helped us with everything. We recommend it in all respects

I liked the hotel, I recommend a small hotel, private, in the center of Tbilisi. The room is small, but everything is very clean and tidy! There is a balcony, you can drink coffee, admire the city. The bed is large and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, split, kettle => everything you need. Grocery stores and snack bars are within walking distance. I was passing through this time, the reservation was confirmed (via whatsapp) quickly. The price is normal. I will come next time, I will be happy to visit this hotel. Thank you.

We stayed with my husband at this hotel for 5 nights, I really liked everything) Clean, cozy, friendly hosts. The room has air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee. As a gift, 2 bottles of water and Cola were waiting for us in the refrigerator upon check-in) Excellent location, near the metro. We will be happy to come back here again)
