The ratio is zero!!!They will treat you better as a buyer in the market!!!They communicate with you here as if they are doing you a favor!!!We bought a shower cabin, it is unrealistic to assemble it on our own.The instructions do not correspond to the original at all.They called the store, in response; we only sell.No respect for the customer.
