Everything is fine, I love going there!!! There is a lot of choice, especially at a low price. The sellers are very polite) they will help and tell you. The quality is not good on all products, but everyone has their own budget.

I went shopping with my child. Right at the entrance, I was shocked at how cluttered the aisles were with boxes. It's scary to walk so as not to touch anything. But that's okay, already approaching the cash register, the child asked to go to the toilet (the child is 3 years old). A girl was laying out goods nearby, and I politely asked if the child could use the toilet. To which she replied: yes, of course! And she hurried to see us off. There was a fat man standing in the way, probably an administrator or something like that. She asked him if the child could go to the bathroom. To which he replied rudely, with all contempt, without looking at us. Must not. Pay 50 rubles. They give us fines for this. The girl who wanted to let us in asked again, really? In response: Well, actually, yes. I have never seen such boorish growling. I had to drop all these purchases at the cash register and write down to look for the toilet. Fortunately, there is a second-hand store next door, and the wonderful staff quickly helped us out in this situation. Three prices are not just one star for you, but -0 for you.

I would like to improve the work of the staff, to give them the opportunity to work normally, how people work is unclear. They can't do price tags, etc. there seem to be a lot of problems with the system. The staff in the store are very polite and responsive.
