A very picturesque place! We celebrated a birthday at this estate, we really liked everything. Excellent sauna on the river bank, a vat of hot water on the street next to the bath (I recommend), the river bank is equipped with a beautiful pier. A cozy wooden house with everything you need. A beautiful, very green area with a bunch of different wood products, it's great to walk in silence in this beauty. In general, I recommend it to everyone!

The territory is well-groomed, clean, cozy house..It's like in a fairy tale, the children are delighted...The shower is pleasant, it does not carry sewage, there is no dampness...I RECOMMEND THE THREE HEROES not only for families, but also for banquets, weddings and other joys of life) And if you like to fish, then take your arsenal and go ahead..

I visited this place in the autumn of 2022. We were at a friend's wedding. I really liked the kitchen, everything is very tasty. The service is unobtrusive. The biggest impression was left by the territory, everything is very cool, beautiful, cozy. I did not miss the opportunity to take a walk, see everything, sit on the bank of the river, relax. The only drawback is that the connection is poorly caught here. I want to return to this place.

A beautiful place with unscrupulous owners!!!!!!! We booked an agricultural estate for a corporate party for 6 months, on a specific date. 1 month before the event, when it was almost impossible to find a free place, the hosts called back themselves and clarified our presence on a completely different date!!!!! And the most important thing is that you can't prove anything to them. Lately I've been hearing more negativity about the owners of this institution. They work with people, but behave backwards........

A beautiful place with boorish staff. They start being rude from the moment of booking, thereby discouraging any desire to hold an event in this institution. The base itself is very picturesque, located in an accessible area, located along the river, but the attitude towards its own visitors kills all the advantages of this place. If you don't want to spoil the mood for yourself, your colleagues or loved ones, look for another place to relax. We do not recommend it.

From 08.10.21 to 11.10.21, we met with our colleagues whom we had not seen for more than 30 years. Everything was fine. The place is good, we are all impressed. The territory is large, there are equipped approaches to the river, gazebos for every taste, both closed on the sides and not closed, with and without fireplaces. There is a wood-burning sauna, swing hammocks. The territory itself on the street is decorated in an unusual and creative way, the rooms for living are all wooden or made of wood. The place is great for relaxation!

Picturesque, beautiful, convenient. Adequate hosts, polite staff. A cool playground for children - for 2 hours, children from 3 to 6 years old ran, played, sat at Grandma Yaga's - everyone is happy!
Excellent price/quality combination. It was a snowless winter and we liked the views, we imagine what beauty there is in the "green" time. We did not have time to try out the bathhouse, we will return to this point next time.

Recently, Three heroes had a rest in the manor, celebrated their birthday. This place was recommended by friends as a very cool place to relax with children. Let me clarify right away, they rested on weekdays when there were no weddings. Indeed, the place is very beautiful, everything is super done for children. We have booked a large guest house for our company, where there are 7 beds and a large living room with a kitchen, as well as one room in the central house. There is a TV and a good music system, if you do not find fault with some points of cleanliness, then in general, it is quite good. When booking, they clarified the information about the sauna, said without question, 3 hours 90 rubles. No prepayment was taken. After a while, when they called to coordinate the time of the bath, it turned out that the bath could not be removed. If someone moves into the rooms that are located in the house where the bathhouse is, then the bathhouse is not rented to anyone. No one warned about this, in general, they never got into the bathhouse, because someone checked in for two days. Upon arrival, we were provided only with a remote gazebo, where we can walk far from home. The one next to the fireplace, when weddings take place, does not give up, although there are other gazebos on the territory from the side where the wedding celebrations take place. I really did not like the attitude of the owners, who immediately said "if something does not suit, we did not take an advance payment, you can not check in." Since the nights are cold, it was very cold in the house. We had four children, including up to 2 years old, but they were not allowed to light the fireplace, they said it was not the season, but they turned on the heating. It was cool at night, so we turned on the air conditioner to warm up at minimum speed. In the morning, as a result, we heard from the owner that we had no right to turn it on. Part of the company went fishing in the morning around 5 o'clock, and lit a fireplace in the gazebo where they were sitting. They heard from the owner that we had burned a lot of firewood, and generally had to sleep. When we said that we no longer wanted to go to them because of this attitude, we heard that they would only be happy about it. In general, the impression of a good place is spoiled by the attitude of the owners. If you are resting when the wedding is taking place, you are nobody. The girls who work there are great, very responsive.

We were celebrating a wedding . The girls who were served by non-professionals are so simple. the form is no filing either . I wanted the best dishes from the kitchen, some tasteless and dry dishes were not salted or finished , almost all were thrown away without any proficiency. The decoration of dishes is like in the village many years ago, for such money, service and maintenance is nothing . I don 't advise anyone . I am completely disappointed.

I do not advise you to go on vacation if a wedding is taking place there, everything is for the wedding, and you seem to be there for free. Nothing is possible ....... not in the summer, the heating is turned on directly in the late afternoon, the room naturally does not have time to warm up, so it's cold to sleep, we slept in tracksuits and hoods on our heads, naturally there was no desire to take a shower in the morning, because it was cold. And as for the territory, yes, it is very beautiful and picturesque.
