Hello, today we drove halfway across the city to eat a belt in your store. We found an advertisement from Koko on the Internet.because you have a cool shop and have your own cafe with noodle breweries. As a result, we arrived and there is no store, but there is their second store on the second floor, only 2 times smaller and without teapots. There are also huge prices for noodles and other assortment, + we were a little rude, not hello, not goodbye , we were stupidly sitting on our phones. They were very upset because there was no information about them moving anywhere. And why would they ruin the store by moving to another worse location , ruining their entire business ?

There was a note saying that they had gone on a break. After waiting 5 minutes, we decided to call the phone number indicated on the notice on the door. The girl replied, saying that it was not her shift today, but now she would notify another girl to come to the workplace. As a result, the girl was 15 minutes late for work, walked slowly and was not particularly in a hurry to get to work. She talked for a few more minutes with her friend, who was waiting for her with us. When we came to the store, some of the shelves were incomplete, maybe you had it that way initially, but you just noticed. We selected the product and went to the checkout, where the girl stated, literally, "there is no Internet, I can't start the checkout, for some reason it doesn't turn on," when we asked if we could wait for the checkout to turn on, since we could only pay by card. In response, we received the answer "no, no way." After that, I don't want to come to your store anymore.
