When I contacted them about an urgent urgent issue, they did not help me, referring to the long queue by appointment, and they cannot accept me without an appointment. I won't say anything good - I don't know, and I didn't experience anything bad, except that they didn't help me out of urgent need, I went to another clinic (ecoterminal), where they provided me with urgent help - which I am grateful to them for!!! Thanks!!!
