We recently arrived from the hotel. I'll start with the pros: lots of food and varied, room cleaning is daily, there are always places on the beach. There was a problem with the bed , a Russian-speaking girl Daria helped us , thank you very much. Cons: there are a lot of Europeans and they get more attention, we arrived at 6 a.m. we asked to settle in faster, we were told to wait until 10, while Europeans came and they were immediately settled. As a result, we were settled only after 13:00 (they offered us for money) all the animation for Europeans (translation in a broken language, except good evening, nothing was clear). There is only English or German at the reception or wait until 9 am.the small territory of the hotel. For whom the language is not an obstacle, then you can relax perfectly. And another big plus for the pianist who played Russian compositions on the piano.

The hotel is just a bomb, a network operator, one of the best on the coast of Side. We can say that we met in a family way. Immediately after getting off the bus, the hotel staff greets you, very kindly picks up your luggage, while checking in at the reception, they offer cold champagne or juice. The rooms in this hotel are very good, there is everything you need. The restaurant serves a variety of food, the territory is small, but everything is very well located. Nice hotel, pleasant stay. There is a VERY IMPORTANT NEWANCE, a hotel for European tourists. 95% of them are German pensioners and German families with children. All the staff focuses their attention on them. Therefore, if you are from Russia, you will clearly feel it. Otherwise, there is a good level of food and service, I recommend to relax there. The beach is sandy, the entrance is too smooth, you need to go 30 meters to swim.

I recently arrived and the memories of this hotel leave only good impressions. Great hotel. It is not suitable for young people, more for older people, because it is quiet and peaceful. Room service: daily cleaning. There is a sink at the entrance, at first there is a little confusion, and then you realize how convenient it is. It turns out there are two sinks in the room). Shampoos, slippers, bathrobes, everything is there except brushes and toothpastes (please note).
Food- everything is there! Mutton, beef, duck, fish of various varieties,mussels, shrimp. Delicious grill.Children's table (porridges, yoghurts), purees, pasta. In short, that's it! Delicious! A lot! You roll out from behind the table. The sweets are delicious. But there was only one lukum. Fruit. By the way, a very decent cheesecake from 14-17. But the waffles are not delicious . Ice cream.The food is divided into zones: restaurants, sweets, near the beach, near the pool. Full.
Drinks are locally produced. But the cocktails are wonderful. Champagne at the piano with a cherry is excellent! On the other hand, you can warn in advance, ordering a table strewn with some flowers in the morning, I did not need it. We were congratulated with a mini-present - a box of chocolate.
Animation: well, that's it... Therefore, young people will be bored.
Beach: there are enough places for everyone! I don't understand the morning races of tourists for the sake of first places. Why... Stupidity.
When we stayed at the hotel, there were 17 nationalities. There were no "worries".
Separately, I want to say about the waiters. WELL DONE guys!!!!! I have not seen such an attitude anywhere. I didn't have time to eat- the plates were taken away, they smile, they are always polite, they will come up a thousand times, ask what is necessary, what kind of drink you will drink. There are no distributions based on your origin. Clever guys! Special thanks to them!!!
The staff cleans and cleans something everywhere. Have you ever seen cleaners washing stones (specially laid for beauty)With soap! At +40! I was shocked to see this. This hotel is about cleanliness.
The garden is being watched. They don't bother with massage. They will prompt and help you everywhere.
I did not take a room with a sea view, they offered. There is a small minus - in the evening it may smell like sewage, but it comes from the street and passes quickly.
By the way, when leaving the hotel, if you go to the beach and walk a little along the promontory, resting on the bridge, you can see a river with turtles. Great! (They love eggs very much, and there are plenty of them at breakfast))))))
Bottom line: a good hotel! There's no noise here, it's quiet. The food is varied for every taste. Clear.

We rested at this hotel in the period from 01.06 - 11.06.24. The hotel is good, a large territory, a huge variety of food (it seemed to us so in the first three days, then the food gets boring and it no longer seems that there is a lot of it) a good room.
But we didn't have enough entertainment and animation, it seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there. We arrived in Turkey for the first time, so there is nothing to compare it with (in terms of other hotels). Great hotel!
Russian Russian was visited by Trendy at the end of July- beginning of August 2024.
Many of the staff understand Russian and even try to communicate in Russian.
The menu is varied: lamb, beef, fish, shrimp, eggs in all kinds, pasta, fresh and grilled vegetables, lots of sweets, dried fruits. For breakfast: pancakes, milk porridges, yoghurts... no one will stay hungry for sure)
The sea is nearby, clean, very warm in July and August.
Animation for every taste: exercise, aqua aerobics, darts, water polo, pool games, once a week foam party and much, much more.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including the beach.

In general, everything is not bad. The hotel itself is good. The sailor is two steps away. The sea is very clean. It is important. The coast is clean. There are 3 additional bars on site. There are young animators who are trying to diversify your vacation. 98% of the tourists are from Germany. This hotel is for 50+ tourists. There's not much interesting for kids here. But the restaurant did not impress me, of course there is a lot of food, you will not be hungry, but it is not tasty.

A great hotel in terms of price-quality ratio!
We were at the very beginning of the season (late May - early June), there are few people, the food is varied and very tasty. The territory is clean and well maintained. The rooms are good.
The staff is friendly. There are Russian- speaking staff and animators .
The kids' club is small, but the animators are trying to keep the kids busy!

A very pleasant, intelligent, tidy hotel. Only the most positive impressions from the rest - both in terms of the public, and service, and food. A small but perfectly thought-out area, spotlessly clean. The rooms are neat, the cleaning is excellent (I'm a real bore here, but there was nothing to complain about). Decent food, excellent grill, everything is fresh and very carefully served, replenished on time.
Mostly adult guests, mostly Europeans. Yes, there are with small children, but there are not so many of them. There is no discomfort and no advantage in service, the staff is attentive to everyone, smiling and friendly.
The animation is unobtrusive, everything here is focused on a calm, measured rest, so we will be happy to come back again.
We had a vacation with our daughter for 10 years in June-July 2023. The hotel will be comfortable for those who are focused on a relaxing vacation, avoid a large crowd of children and feel comfortable in an international environment.

We returned from the hotel yesterday! We checked in after breakfast, took a room with a sea view! The room has everything you need, bathrobe, slippers, tea accessories, minibar, hair dryer, detergents)

The entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable. The beach is clean, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, although we were in July and there were enough vacationers. It is more difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool, but it seems to me that it is everywhere, in all hotels in high season. We were with a family of 4 people (2 adults and children 12 years and 1 year old). We had a rest in July 2023. Only pleasant impressions remained.

There is a lot of food in the hotel, that is, you will not stay hungry. (mussels, shrimps, fish of several types, lamb,turkey, chicken, two types of apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, bananas, kiwis and strawberries (they were given to us every day for breakfast-lunch- dinner) juicy and sweet.

There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there are even sun beds for people with disabilities and there are enough of them too.The beach is clean.

Good afternoon. I want to share a sad moment of my vacation at this hotel. There are no questions about accommodation, food, sea, animation. The only thing is that the beach is very small for so many vacationers, the sun beds are 20 cm apart. It's very stressful. The crowding is terrible. The hotel staff is not friendly, no one smiles or greets first. They just don't notice you (but not the Germans. They "squat" endlessly in front of them). I have been to Turkey 100 times and this is the first time I have encountered such a dismissive attitude from the staff. Obviously, this is the attitude of the hotel management. But all this can be safely endured. The big trouble lies elsewhere. Now the cards (VISA, PEACE) do not work in Turkey, you have to bring cash with you. I wasn't going to buy anything big in Turkey, but due to the turbulent political situation, I decided to take more money with me, put it in the safe in the room. During the week-long vacation, I went to Migros once for sweets. I spent quite a bit of money. And then during the rest of my vacation, I didn't count the money in the safe. Why count them every day if I didn't buy anything big. On the eve of departure, when I started to get ready to go home, I found that there was not enough money in the envelope. Moreover, euros are left, but there are no dollars!! I immediately turned to the hotel guide (Mustafa), but he reacted strangely, said that no one would find anything, that unfortunately this often happens in Turkey, especially now when tourists come with cash. And he didn't even come to the hotel to help sort it out. I contacted the customer service department, and the security service got involved. They took readings from the safe when, who and how many times opened the safe. Unfortunately, I put a very simple code on the safe. In short, they told me that according to their data, no one entered the room except me and the cleaners, that the safe was opened using the code that I set, no one broke it, they began to look at me, whether I was cheating or not, and in general you can't prove how much money I put there and whether I put it at all. By the way, they don't have video cameras on the floors. I don't know what to do in such situations. Should I come up with a sophisticated code for a safe? Should I rewrite the bills and check them every day? But the fact remains that some of the money has disappeared. And not a small amount. I was offered to call the tourist police, but I left 3 hours after the showdown with the security service and decided not to waste time and nerves on this. By the way, they did not give me the printout of the safe entry, referring to the confidentiality of the information. It's okay that according to their data, I was the only one who entered the safe. So be vigilant!! The rest is certainly ruined. Not only did the tours to Turkey become twice as expensive, they also stole the same cost from me. A week's stay at this hotel cost me 200 thousand.!!

The ratio of European and Russian tourists is 70/30.

Cleaning the room every day (real cleaning, not creating visibility).
Bed linen is changed every two days.
They feed you throughout the day, without time gaps, you will always find something for yourself.

We are currently resting in this hotel. I don't even know how to rate it, unfortunately last year we were at the Alva Donna de lux hotel and compare it with it. There are four of us, two children aged 10 and 6 and two adults. Children are bored. The hotel is for European pensioners, there are a lot of them, by the way. It's probably good for people with children in strollers here) it's quiet, a small area, there's a place to walk behind it.
Positive:The rooms are clean, new, and large. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has good sound insulation. Gorgeous beach (sand, clean and warm sea). There are no stones.
Cons: only two slides. There is a program at 21:00, for an amateur (again, a European pensioner), then music at the bar until 22:30. The drinks are terrible. There is no imported alcohol. There are bottles from under it (whiskey and tequila), and it tastes like... Ephesus beer.
A huge minus! The deck chairs are occupied in the morning! That's it! It is unrealistic to find a place by the pool after 11:00, on the beach as well. And there are no people on them. Just towels.
The buffet is small, but everything is edible. You won't find any frills.
The hotel has a small promenade along the sea. If you go outside and walk for five minutes, you get to the street of tourist shopping)

Sentido trendi has taken the first place in my heart for purity! I've never seen this anywhere. Our child did not sleep in the crib, we had to move the sofa next to our bed. I ran my finger along the floor where the couch was. My finger was so clean, I was stunned on the spot. The next day, I still saw the lovely aunts cleaning up. They vacuum from kercher, wash and clean even the baseboards damn! I'm shocked. The first place in Turkey in terms of cleanliness and order is definitely sentido! The rooms are cozy and pleasant. My son and I don't like mutton and it was a disaster for us. But the arrangement of the tables is terrible for the first time I see it, there are separate tables on the sides, in the middle there is one long table like in the dining room, I called it a holiday for beneficiaries. And who do you think was put there, of course the Russians and us.The service there is poor, one waiter runs around fussing, the dishes are served for a long time, they run in front of foreigners, they will open the door, they will close it. We Russians went in and out ourselves .The sea is very gorgeous.Smooth approach, clear as a tear.There are a lot of sun beds. It was only annoying, there was a water sport nearby and they flew by parachute and right along the shore. The cable was stretched very low almost over their heads and passed many times.I approached them and told them they would fix the situation. Asel, the girl who works at the reception, ruined the whole impression of the hotel. We haven't met so many nasty people yet. We arrived, tired with a small child, she put us in a terrible room on the 1st floor, the room faced the roadway and gave us one large and small bunk bed (we sat in two separate beds), and it also smelled very much of sewage. In this hotel, the sewer smells every night. When we had difficulty changing our room the next day, we realized that it smells everywhere. There are many Germans, and the attitude towards them is much better than towards Russians. And they smoke everywhere in this hotel, even in the room it's hard to stay, because when neighbors smoke on the balcony, everything pulls into the room. There is never any place on the beach even in the middle of October, I take all the sun beds with towels from 7 am, for the Germans, the beach workers leave the sun beds closer to the sea. Among the advantages: delicious food, convenient to move around with a stroller, there is a spa and sauna. The biggest disadvantage is the receptionist Assel, who only pretends that she wants to help, in fact, she does everything on the turn. When they came up to say that the Internet was not catching in our room, we were offered to change the room, this Assel heard that we were being offered to change, ran up and said, they had already changed, what else do they need?! At the hotel now. In general, I support all users with good reviews!
The territory is really small, but the alley for walking compensates for everything. I would say that this is a huge plus of the hotel and others nearby. The private promenade is very well maintained. It's just great for walking.
Everything inside the hotel is compact and very convenient.
The sea is generally 5+ fire. The most gentle entrance and sand.
And now to the cons, the food is not happy at all. We all love to eat delicious food, but this is not about this hotel. You can eat, but not wow. By 4 with a minus. The choice of dishes is very poor. Of the 6 dishes for dinner, there is only one for 5, the rest is 4-3 points. They save money!
In general, the ticket costs from 160 to 180 rubles. the room is standard for 10 days and I think that the food should be maybe not for 5 but for 4 + for sure!

We had a rest with a child. I liked the hotel.
One of the advantages is a large and quite stylish room.
They are very tasty, and everywhere and almost at any time, especially I would like to mention grilled dishes and a pastry shop with awesome cheesecakes after lunch.
A very pleasant sandy beach and smooth access to the sea, it is very convenient with children.
The staff is uncomplicated and polite.
There are many pools, the children's pool is large, and not the size of a puddle as in many hotels.
Well, the rest of the set is bars with delicious cocktails, interesting evening shows, etc.
Of the disadvantages for a family hotel, the animation is very weak except for aqua aerobics, dancing and an evening show that does not happen every day. There is nothing else.
The water slides that are in almost all the photos of the hotel did not work.
In the evening, you can only walk along the road along the sea, the city of Side is one continuous bazaar with a bunch of Chinese fakes and very annoying sellers.
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest.

Vacationed with my wife from 12 to 10/22.21. For those who do not like to read long reviews: rating 4.9 out of 5. We arrived early in the morning, offered champagne, breakfast and immediately checked in. The room was provided with the one we chose (building, floor, view from the window). The room was cleaned well, linen and towels were changed daily, the bar in the room was replenished regularly too. The whole hotel is clean, the staff is polite, in the restaurant managers of different levels help the waiters if they do not have time, the waiters catch the eye to fulfill the order. We went from the Apex tour, everything is organized clearly, without the slightest delay. Julia is a very professional and intelligent hotel guide. The main contingent at the hotel are Germans, Austrians, about 30% of our compatriots, a few Czechs, Poles, and British. The staff speaks mostly German, but they also understand Russian. The food is varied and delicious, special chips related to food: a grill bar where all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables are delicious, cheesecakes with cherries and raspberries in a pastry shop, an interesting omelet for breakfast, tortillas in a restaurant on the beach, which are prepared by the same Turkish woman as the omelet.There are a lot of fruits. The beach is good with a wide sandy strip free of sunbeds and comfortable access to the sea. The water in the sea was 26 degrees, the air was 28 degrees. There is a long multi-kilometer promenade along the sea, the same one just above the sea along the embankment. We visited this hotel for the first time in 2019. I liked everything very much!!! In October 2021, we decided to go again. But, we were very disappointed!!!! 80% of Germans are in the hotel and I have nothing against it, but the Turks simply ignore the Russians, do not see them point-blank, it feels like we came to rest "on loan". They just don't notice you. They don't even open an umbrella on the beach without a tip. No one was treated to champagne at the reception, as in 2019. That they left, that they arrived, no one notices you. They didn't even say goodbye when they left. The beach bag was requested at the reception on the third day. It's very unpleasant!!!
Besides, today they were beaten like in a nursing home. Mostly couples who are over 80.... Animation can be said no. In the evening, large groups of elderly people play board games and that's it.... there is nothing to do at all ((((( At 21.00 we already went to the room.
I am very disappointed!!!

The hotel is good, we were in 2018.The hotel itself is small, but conveniently located, there is a promenade between the hotel and the beach, where you can walk in the evenings.The beach is sandy, there are still free sun beds.Now about the hotel, the food is good, alcohol too.The rooms are ordinary, small.The service staff is trying, but the animation is bad, about nothing, this hotel is for a relaxing holiday.And of course the prices have been very high this year.This hotel is not worth that much money, it is not a luxury hotel.We wanted to return to it, but due to the fact that it has risen in price so much, we did not go to this hotel.

- sauna, steam bath are included in the price
- on-site spa complex, good level, excellent massage. We tried the hamam program outside the territory - the same money in the end, but the 2-star level is not worth it.

The accessories include towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, cap, gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The mini bar has fanta, cola, beer, water. Teapot, glasses, cups. Cleaning every day.
The food is varied. For example, for breakfast there are honeycombs, thin pancakes and pancakes, eggs, scrambled eggs, milk porridge, cereals, packaged juice, there is even cocoa. Vegetables and fruits always. For breakfast, red fish is lightly salted.
Lunch: two types of soup, rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, fish in different forms every day (fried, boiled), meat (duck, beef, chicken, turkey). The dinner is also good and varied. Alcohol in bars is imported (at least bottles), cocktails are made.
The territory is not very large, but there is a wonderful embankment outside the territory, where you can walk or jog in the morning.
