We ordered today, September 1, on Khoruzhey, near Komarovka! This is the first time we've encountered such a thing. 16p flushed down the toilet! Do we have a dry roll with sprinkles? Please figure it out! It's a shame! There were a lot of tourists and foreigners, and if they were served the same, it's just outrageous and shameful! It's a pity you can't get the money back. From now on, we will check immediately upon receipt, there is no longer any trust!

I came in a couple of days ago, the trunk fell apart in my hands. The overexposed product was cleverly disguised with coconut shavings and a large amount of filling.The quality has changed a lot in the last couple of months, which is very sad.

03/23/24 I ordered 2 t-shirts - with bananas and ham, cheese, olives. In the process of cooking, an outsider girl in outerwear came into the room, sat on a chair and smoked an electronic cigarette. The sales girl immediately changed clothes during cooking, preparing for the end of work, constantly talking and distracted with a friend. As a result, after 40 minutes of waiting, the salty product was smeared with banana filling inside. It was suggested to spread it with pesto sauce.... After my remark that they mixed up and the wrong product was smeared with sweet filling.....we decided to redo the trdelnik. The girl was in a hurry, as her friends were waiting for her, apparently, the working day was ending. The tray was given to us raw, removing it from the mold, the raw dough remained on the metal. We asked to finish the product. They put him back on his uniform and held him in the oven for 30 seconds with the door open. The girl wanted to pack it in a paper bag right away. But the cane was raw... Inside, the dough stretched and was not baked. When asked to give a book of complaints and suggestions, it was stated that they did not have a book of complaints at the point. When asked to contact the owner. It was replied that the hostess was in Turkey. By contacting me with Deputy Denis, the situation was not resolved. I demanded a refund for the raw food. The money was refunded.
The situation is unpleasant. Time is lost. I will definitely contact the necessary authorities so that such situations do not repeat with other customers.
I will not go to trdelnik anymore and I do not advise you..
