We arrived at the establishment at lunchtime.
Of the items listed on the menu, more than half of the dishes were not available. From what we ordered: beef stroganoff meat is tough, I didn't like the classic burger. Caesar with shrimps: only the shrimps were saved, the sauce is not delicious.

It was November 4th. The interior has a good design, in general, it is cozy. The coffee is delicious. But everything else... the dessert tartlet (which was pistachio) is actually not pistachio at all. Just buttercream, stale dry dough. The sandwiches are dry and cold. Unsalted potatoes are small, as if the leftovers were poured out. Poke with salmon is just 2 tablespoons, there is very little sauce.
The green salad with avocado is not bad, but no more. Yes, a fresh cucumber, a fresh lettuce leaf - that's it. Beer 300 ml - 1200 tg, the most common from the supermarket.. if I go there again, it will only be for "coffee with me"

There is a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, deer, a lot of toys. Electric moving toys-interior, carousels, the child liked it. The music is playing, it does not interfere.

A great cozy cafe! Delicious cuisine, pleasant atmosphere, polite staff. Even because of the huge workload due to visitors from the Russian Federation, they cope and keep the level. There are small flaws in the service, like the order of dishes, but now this is the least of the troubles, so I understand them. I will definitely come back. I recommend it to everyone.

An institution of the Russian grid near the City Center. According to my wife, the coffee is very tasty. 2600 tenge for a large and small glass. We took lattes. I'm not an expert in these matters, so I trust her. Nothing was ordered from the menu. With all the attempts to put a gloss on the interior, the tiles in the bathroom are from Kerama Marazzi, and the seams have parted. The bathroom is clean. The staff of 3 or 4 people was not in a hurry to place an order with a maximum of 10 visitors. Still, for money, you want to feel like a Guest with a desire to return. For the quality of coffee 5, for the interior and service, I take off a star.

This place sucks. One of the advantages is a pleasant and stylish interior, comfortable seating. I don't like everything else. There was no water in the toilets, the outlets in the hall did not work, there were many items from the menu "on the stop". At some point, the music in the halls was even turned off. In general, the idea is good, the implementation is disgusting. This place needs a good competent manager. I do not recommend visiting.

All the judges have the highest score! The only decent institution of the European modern format in the whole city of Uralsk. The kitchen is awesome, there are delicious smoothies.
