09.10.2024 we went on an excursion to Gervyaty - Zalesye - Soly.
Firstly, the route itself and the locations are excellent. It was very interesting, informative and dynamic.
Secondly, the group was great, everyone was organized and polite.
Thirdly, the weather and luck favored us. There was no rain and all the churches were opened to us at the agreed time.
Finally, the guide Anatoly is now the standard guide for me 😎😊
Everything is clearly timed, attentive and friendly to the whole group, gave out a carload of interesting information about the visited sites, an assessment-neutral presentation of historical facts.
If it is possible in the future to choose a guide when choosing an excursion, we will choose those that Anatoly conducts.
We chose this excursion without any special expectations, but received a lot of positive impressions.

We went on an excursion with Elena - an excellent guide! I talked tirelessly, and it was very interesting and we visited everything that was planned and also the church in Nesvizh! The tour is made conveniently! With an intermediate stop - coffee and toilet! We did not take lunch - well, we will not be able to fully eat anywhere else - everything is scheduled for excursions, but we did not plan, we had a snack with delicious cheesecake and coffee at the Town Hall cafe and ate sliced, fed the seals and took a walk! We returned to Minsk at the beginning of the eighth - we went to the church in the center and walked around the evening city ourselves. I was very impressed with our guide - thank her very much! We were lucky with the weather! And also in the castle in Nesvizh, Elena was lucky with the guide, too, which cannot be said about Nesvizh - the guide Daria in the castle is not very good at all (outwardly the castles are very beautiful, according to the exposition - not bad! We were on two excursions through this company. 1) Locks the World and Not the World. The guide is Elena. It was super: interesting, informative, convenient, clear, competent. A comfortable bus, a delicious lunch. Elena is a great professional, she kept her attention, joked, but clearly went according to plan. The driver is attentive. Well, the castles themselves and their territories are worth a mandatory visit. Recommend. 2) the second day tour of Minsk. The guide is Mikhail. We also went on an excursion to Grodno on September 27, the guide Evgeny told everything wonderfully, everything was clear and interesting. I answered all your questions. There are no questions for the guide, but there is a complaint about the organization of the lunch. What happened was not even lunch: lunch was held in the cafe "Guests", upon arrival at the cafe there were already plates of soup on the tables. There is no soup - water and noodles with carrots. After that, they brought out a plate of "assorted": the most ordinary salad with cabbage, carrots and onions; a piece of chicken baked with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of barely warm mashed potatoes, hardened like after a refrigerator - it doesn't taste at all, not salty, not a gram of milk and butter. And in addition to this, there was some kind of incomprehensible diluted drink - either mors or compote - some kind of sweetened water. This food is clearly not for a restaurant, as they position themselves, even in canteens they feed better… Of all this, the most normal thing was a piece of chicken. After such a lunch, there was a good sediment left. In general, it would be good to specify in advance what awaits people for lunch or give them a choice of dishes - as they do in other places. Well, or at least it was possible to give something national instead of incomprehensible potatoes and salad - the same pancakes, for example. And then lunch would have been much more enjoyable. Therefore, we ask the organizers of the excursions to organize dinners more responsibly and not so carelessly.

We were on 2 excursions of this company in August 2024. The first is a sightseeing tour of Minsk, with a very erudite, tactful and attentive guide Mikhail.We were very satisfied. 2nd excursion - to the castles of Mir and Nesvizh on August 22, 2024. A wonderful, knowledgeable guide accompanied, but a very poor quality microphone interfered with the perception of information.I was also surprised by the relationship between the driver and the student guide. We ordered 3 excursions from this agency: Castles, Belaz and Brest. Brest and Belovezhskaya Pushcha were specially left for last, since it was the "reserved tune" that was the dream to visit. As a result: a half-empty large bus with a comfortable escort was sent to Belaz (it took less than an hour to drive), and a hearse minivan with non-working ventilation at a temperature of +40 was sent to Brest! It's an outrage! The driver showed with all his appearance that his passengers did not care about his problems, you die there, cores, and die. And when they were taken to the Forest to look at the views through the window of the prison...Bullying! Brest is not worth your money, it is more budget-friendly and quieter to take the train. And no one will really see Brest, I'm not talking about the forest at all! The whole vacation is ruined! The guide did a good job, he kept himself in this hell as best he could. But such "comfortable" mini-rooms, where the knees rest against the forehead, and the temperature is shocking for all 60 in the cabin...Guys, don't cheat! Why do you send a half-empty one to Belaz, but send a small box to Brest? As a result, fainting on the bus from overheating, lack of a first-aid kit, overheating, spoiled vacation. A visit to the mill is indicated in the program of the site for an excursion to Dudutki. We went on 09/15/2024. The mill was not visited either before or after. At the entrance to Dudutki, the guide Roman told about the mill, but they did not stop at the mill itself. The tour ended at 13.05. At 13.40 the bus left the complex for Minsk. During this time, it is impossible to walk to the mill on your own, look at something there and go back. I made a request to the site, I would still like to get there. I was told that every Sunday the bus stops at the mill. Alas, I already "went there" one Sunday. Next Sunday, pay for the tour and again not see the object... After all, it turns out that a lie is written on the site. It warns that the organizers may change the order of visits to the facilities, but not their number. Volumes are saved. It is not true. About nutrition. If you mean tasting bread, cheese and moonshine, then yes, meals are included. And so they ate at the cafe for their own money, because two pieces of bread and three pieces of cheese the size of a three-kopeck coin are hard to even call a snack. I recommend finding something cheaper and more objective. So as not to be disappointed.

We took an excursion Minsk-Nesvizh-Mir.
There were fears for the tour- he would get seasick on the bus, there would be a boring story from the guide, we would not have time to inspect everything, the teenager would not be interested. All these fears were not justified.
The bus was comfortable, clean, and odorless. The driver drove very carefully, did not get seasick. All arrangements for pick-up and disembarkation times were respected. A convenient gathering place is Svobody Square.
The guide Elena is a very pleasant girl, an interesting storyteller, knows a lot of events, details, and was happy to answer our questions.
We were satisfied with the organization of the entire route, Elena quickly and smoothly moved the group to the desired locations, quickly received entrance tickets and transferred our subgroups to excursions in castles.
The route included a set lunch for 600 rubles. The food was simple, but everything was very tasty, hot, fresh, what you need after a long trip and excursions. Upon arrival at the cafe, the tables were already set, we were served quickly and politely, everyone was satisfied. They served light soup with pearl barley and mushrooms, cabbage salad with crab sticks, mashed potatoes with chicken and cherry juice with croissants.
The castle in Nesvizh will be remembered for a long time - the beauty of the territory, the interior decoration, the history of these places, the Church of the Corpus Christi - the ancestral tomb of the Radziwills - everything made a great impression even on a skeptical teenager))
But the Mir Castle in comparison is interesting only from the outside, there are no such beauties inside and the local tour was boring. Despite this, we took beautiful photos of these places.

Now, 08/16/24 we are returning from the excursion "Brest Fortress and Belovezhskaya Pushcha" and there is time to write a review about disappointment.
The time schedule of the tour shows when and where we should visit. In the beginning, Brest, then lunch, then to Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Everything did not go according to plan from the very beginning, and we were taken first to the Forest-it's 5 hours by bus. The tour itself
Belovezhskaya Pushcha is a bus ride along it under the interrupted narration of the guide (she told me interestingly), the only stop is at the oak tree, then the aviaries (ticket is purchased separately)- this is a walk of about 1 km along the fence of the grid, in an attempt to see who lives there. We didn't take tickets, we looked at it from the bus window. Honestly, I expected a little more.
Now we will move to Brest, have lunch, view Gogol Street and inspect the Brest Fortress.
Our guide found our cafe from the third time, before that we had a crowd of 40 people (okay, I exaggerated, some did not have time to go in) ran into the wrong places twice. By the way, the food is good.
After that, we went to see Gogol Street, probably 100 meters away, the bus again, the Brest Fortress.
Beautiful, monumental, inspires respect. After visiting 3 museums (not what you thought, the guide and I were looking for which one), we found out that our tour of the museum was postponed from 16 o'clock to 17. People dispersed to explore the beauty, sights on their own, and someone went to the museum for their money. By 17 o'clock, from the dialogue we heard between our guide and the staff of the Brest Fortress, it turned out that we would not have an excursion, since the travel agency had not paid the previous bills. Посетили две экскурсии: в Мирский и Несвижский замки и обзорную экскурсию по Минску. Мы остались очень довольны, прекрасные экскурсоводы Елена и Анатолий (соответсвенно)! Экскурсии хорошо продуманы по времени и комфортно организованы. В случае с экскурсией на весь день предусмотрен обед (сытный и вкусный). Также предоставляется свободное время для фотографирования и/или посещения дополнительных экспозиций (как, например, тюремный подвал в Мирском замке). Также экскурсии очень информативные. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить чувство юмора экскурсовода Елены, которая водила нас по двум знаменитым белорусским замкам. Исторические факты Елена умело сочетала с шутками и интересными историями, поэтому слушать было легко и увлекательно.
Кроме того, менеджеры экскурсионного бюро очень оперативно отвечают на заявки. Мы немного поздно спохватились, и вышло так, что отправили запрос на сайте уже в нерабочее время. Однако нам ответили, рассказали все детали и мы смогли присоединиться к экскурсии, которая проходила на следующий день.

I really enjoyed the sightseeing tour of Minsk! We are absolutely delighted! We were very lucky with the guide, Valeria (unfortunately, we did not remember the last name). Despite the fact that a marathon was taking place in the city and roads were blocked along the route, Valeria did not fade away - she continued to tell us very interestingly and in detail about the history of Minsk houses. We went to the castles of Nesvizh and Mir on January 25, our guide was Anatoly - an excellent story, a lot of knowledge, a wonderful speech! The route and time management are perfectly thought out.
We also really liked the guides in the museums of both castles - a lot of information, but an easy presentation, with humor.

We were on an excursion on 08/16/24. Alas, it was the worst excursion in my life. Instead of 4 hours, the one-way trip took 5 hours. According to the schedule, we were supposed to be brought to Brest first, but we went first to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, because there were some overlays in time by a local guide. A tour of Belovezhskaya Pushcha is really a "bus ride through the forest"; we got off the bus for a couple of minutes just once to look at the oak tree. Then in Brest, the guide took us to the wrong cafe - she did not know where the right cafe was, she asked the locals for directions. Fortunately, there was a cafe. In the Brest Fortress, our guide took us from museum to museum, and they didn't let us in any of them. An employee of the Brest Fortress told our guide that "your company has not paid us for the previous excursion groups, so new groups will not be allowed into the museums"! Before that, the guide said that we would be given a tour of the fortress without museums, although they did not let us into the museums, we just need to wait an hour. But there was no tour of the result. She herself tried to save the situation and tell something, although she had previously said that only local guides could conduct excursions there. The bus fees and departure were first announced by our guide at 17:40, then 18:00, then again at 17:40, when some people had already left after hearing about 18:00. Some of them almost missed the bus, which eventually left Brest at 17:40. Due to poor organization, we had less time for sightseeing, or we had to buy a ticket to the museum at our own expense, because the promised service was not provided to us by the company.
One of the advantages was the following: the lunch was delicious, the driver drove the bus carefully and professionally, the bus itself was in good condition, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the guide from Belovezhskaya Pushcha told interesting stories about the Forest on the tour), the Brest Fortress impressed, despite all the problems on the part of the tour organizer.
But these advantages are certainly not enough to negate the huge disadvantages that we encountered on the tour. Very sorry.

Excellent organization and an interesting tour. Alexey accompanied us on the bus - a wonderful guide! All the way there and back, he talked about the history of the country, Minsk, castles, and also shared useful information for tourists.
We took an additional lunch and did not regret it, it was comprehensive, delicious and well organized, because there was not much time for lunch to look and wait somewhere.
