I went from this travel agency twice to St. Petersburg. Everything was fine the first time. The bus, the hotel, the excursions are all super. For the second time, the hotel failed dirty rooms, the sockets are not working, the refrigerator is buzzing, there is no floor covering on the balcony. The bus was old, very stuffy, without air conditioning, without wifi. Although I said after the first rest that I would like buses with WiFi. The breakfast at the hotel was disgusting. The guide was very hasty, said a lot of information, but at the same time overloaded it. I also want to add that the travel agent indicated one tour program at the beginning, and the day before departure, the program increased by one position for which I did not expect money. I think it's not competent.
