I want to express my gratitude for the rest of the Travel Room company. We were on a Cruise on the Mediterranean Sea. The tour was organized for us by specialist Victoria.
For this tour, we were granted an annual visa to Italy.🤗
The liner is a five-star hotel on the water.
My husband and I chose a cabin with a balcony and a package of drinks. I really liked the liner, a lot of entertainment for every taste and excellent food (even better than in a 5* hotel in Egypt). As part of one tour, we visited Italy, Spain and France.
Thank you very much to Victoria's manager for persuading us to take a cruise, as we originally planned a bus tour of Europe. A cruise is a very cool type of vacation.
We are already planning a cruise along the Norwegian Fjords in the spring - this is my dream.
So if someone dreams of a cruise, feel free to book!

I would like to thank Irina, the travel agent, for the excellent organization and support of a five-day tour to Istanbul. In a short time, we were selected a decent hotel according to our parameters, compiled a program, and "caught" cheaper tickets for the right dates. Thanks to Irina, we arrived prepared for all the nuances and had a great active rest, including booked excursions and independent travel. It's so reliable - when in a foreign country you can always get help and support on any issue, you feel confident and you can just enjoy your impressions! Istanbul is beautiful, very colorful and diverse, the Bosphorus is gorgeous day and night, you immerse yourself in this world of ancient mosques, interesting cafes, the aroma of coffee, local sweets, spices..Delicious food, constant tea wherever you go, night lights and beautiful views. We saw all this thanks to Irina, the work was carried out at the highest level - and it was not easy - the dates of the trip, dates, number and composition of excursions changed along the way, but everything was chosen perfectly in the end! We were not just organized a trip - Irina shared her personal impressions, gave advice on independent stay in the city, which made our trip interesting and eventful, we did not get lost anywhere, we did not sit empty in the room for an hour, we had a lot of fun learning about the local culture and a new country for us. Irina was constantly in touch, we shared our impressions during the trip, we could ask for advice. Super escort! Even with the delay of the return flight for 7 hours, we were calm - we immediately contacted Irina, and we were handed over to Belavia employees "from hand to hand", while collecting our rights in advance with reference to the relevant documents. Thanks to Irina, we were almost the first to be on early registration, received a 4-hour rest at the airport hotel and hot meals. In general, we were very satisfied with everything - from the process of concluding a contract and assistance in choosing payment, to organizing a tour and escort. I hope we will turn to Irina more than once when planning our vacation.

We went to Japan in late September - early October 2024, thank you for this Travel room represented by Victoria. She helped my husband and I organize a tour according to our needs and budget, picked up excellent inexpensive hotels in the cities that we chose, which is important near the metro. Although the trip itself is difficult , but thanks to this separation, we saved time and effort, because the metro was not far away. We've been to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. All the recommendations about movement were sound. In advance, Victoria helped with the visa documents and purchase tickets for the shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto. In general , thanks to Victoria , we were able to realize our dream and invest in a normal budget 😊👌 They were always in touch with us during the trip , despite the difference of 6 hours . I think the trip was a success! Thank you again for your help and a job well done 😄

On September 9, 2024, I signed a contract with the TRAVEL ROOM and deposited part of the amount for the reservation of the hotel (I found the hotel and picked it up myself). On September 11, I was informed that there were no available rooms in this hotel and offered to choose another option or refund the money. After unsuccessful attempts to find another hotel, I decided to refund the money on September 13, I wrote a statement, deputy.Director Serafima said that the money would be returned within 14 days, maybe earlier than I would be informed (I didn't really understand why it took so long, but decided not to sort things out) on September 27, without waiting for a message from the TRAVEL ROOM, she called herself and it turned out that they just forgot about me, referring to the fact that they had a lot work, i.e. not up to me... and they offered to come and collect the money. I said that I would come in the evening and asked to prepare a book of comments and suggestions. The money was returned to me, but the book of comments and suggestions was not given on demand, they could not even find it. And it wasn't even an ordinary employee, but a deputy director! In parallel, I turned to another travel agency and did not regret my choice.

Мы отдыхали в отеле BEST ALANIA. Все очень понравилось - номер, завтрак, хороший бассейн, хорошее расположение. Соотношение цена-качество очень порадовало! Отдельное спасибо персоналу за заботу и дружелюбие по отношению к гостям. Мы обязательно приедем сноваУже третий раз за 2 года приобретаем тур в данном турагенстве, каждый раз остаемся довольными от отношения к себе, приятных цен и отличного отдыха.
Своим знакомым рекомендую обращаться именно к Дине, т.к. кого-то лучше сложно найти.
Спасибо большое, за хорошее отношение к своим клиентам.

Отдыхали с мужем в середине июля 2023 года в Турции (район Сиде). Безумно понравился отдых. Подобрали тур идеально под нас. Качество на высоте, цена, по сравнению с конкурентами, оптимальная. Дина ответила на все наши вопросы, даже самые безумные. Отзывчивая и всегда на связи. Отдыхнула в первый раз с этой фирмой, вернемся в следующем году за новой страной! Летал с женой на Мальдивы. Отдых организовала Марина. Все четко, ровно. Услышала с первого раза, что хочется. Предложила три отеля, рассказывала преимущества каждого. После чего сделать выбор стало не сложно. К примеру, до этого мне в Вайбер другие агенты списки отелей присылали, мол, смотри, разбирайся и сам решай.
Договор оформил, оплатил, перед вылетом Марина сама декларацию заполнила. Вообще никаких проблем не было.
Отель - пушка.
Агентство, а в частности Марину рекомендую!

Пришла с одним запросом, но по итогу не получилось, сроки были сжаты и пришлось искать тур в Турцию, т.к. чроки сжатые решила уже здесь искать. Казалось бы, что проще, но в итоге забронировали не тот отель и даже не в том городе, увидела уже в момент подписания договора. В итоге бюджет другой, дата другая, трансфер мой не подходит. От турагента, даже слова извините не звучало, не говоря уже про скидку и т.п. т.к. оплата была частично внесена не стала лезть и портить отпуск
В итоге проторчала без подбора отеля и чисто на договор 3 часа в агентстве. Отдохнула я хорошо, но сервис подкачал на все 100. Не рекомендую.
