I would like to thank the travel room company for a great vacation in Sharm el Sheikh Egypt. Hotel Rehana Beach spa aqua park Resort5*. The tour operator Ksenia advised. The hotel is very well equipped with excellent food and fish and meat and fruits the first coastline suite upon check-in as a gift a fruit basket was a bottle of wine every evening desserts are brought to the room tea coffee bathrobes slippers. The room has a view of the sea on one side and the pool on the other side. Five a la carte restaurants, of which you can visit one main restaurant and plus three more restaurants of your choice, these are Italian, Asian, Chinese, French and seafood restaurants. Three food court areas, a water park for children, a heated swimming pool, popcorn ice cream, cotton candy every day, children's animation shows for adults... Vacationed with my husband at the Park Regency – Sharm El Sheikh Hotel in January 2025. The hotel impressed with its territory, everything is well-groomed, full of flowers, palm trees, trees, it is not for nothing that the Park is called, there is a long embankment along which it is pleasant to stroll and admire the seascapes. The main beach is not bad, there were always enough sun beds, a good sandy access to the sea, there is also a pier, polite staff on the beach, and a spa. Special thanks to the animators who kept us busy and encouraged us to lose fat)))On the beach every morning, as well as after lunch, there were various types of dancing, yoga, bocce, volleyball, water aerobics, all these events were fun and cool thanks to the animators.
As for the room, we got a view of the sea, although it was a bit far away, but nothing, but we could enjoy a walk. The room was in good condition, the bed linen and towels were clean (I emphasize this, because the other hotel did not even deign to change the linen before our check-in). The furniture is not new, but in good condition. In terms of nutrition, we were satisfied with everything, a variety of dishes (beef, chicken, fish, salads, rice, spaghetti), a lot of different vegetables and fruits, there are coffee machines in the restaurant and on the beach. Seafood once a week – tuna, shrimp, octopus. The waiters work in the restaurant, they are not lazy, they bring drinks that you ask for.
I want to go back there again, if I plan a trip to Sharm, then only to this hotel, because I left pleasant memories and impressions. The only negative was the repair in the neighboring building, I couldn't sleep for a long time, they started doing it at 8 a.m., but on the other hand, the sooner you wake up, the sooner you get to the sea).

I would like to thank Victoria Burdey, the manager of the Travel Room company, for organizing complex independent trips around Europe, taking into account our wishes and preferences. Victoria organized comfortable flights and transfers between cities, comfortable accommodation in good inexpensive hotels. The trip to Japan was just amazing! This is a country that you want to return to again and again. Even the two weeks we spent there seemed too short. Every day was eventful from the very morning until late at night, and still it was not enough.

Food in Japan is a separate story. The fish there is so delicious that it feels like you're eating dessert. And the variety of dishes is simply amazing. There are a lot of shops, and you want to see and try everything. Even just walking down a street full of shops is impossible quickly – there is always something to lure you in and explore.
There is always something to do in Japan. You can visit temples, religious streets and atmospheric places. You won't be sitting in a hotel and not knowing what to do. Even just trips to different areas bring a lot of emotions, because there are so many interesting things.
Japan is a country that you don't want to leave. After a trip there, you come back a different person, full of inspiration and new experiences. This is a place that everyone should visit, and I do not regret the money and time spent. The only thing to regret is that there wasn't enough time and money to see and try everything.

The liner is a five-star hotel on the water.
My husband and I chose a cabin with a balcony and a package of drinks. I really liked the liner, a lot of entertainment for every taste and excellent food (even better than in a 5* hotel in Egypt). As part of one tour, we visited Italy, Spain and France.

Istanbul is beautiful, very colorful and diverse, the Bosphorus is gorgeous day and night, you immerse yourself in this world of ancient mosques, interesting cafes, the aroma of coffee, local sweets, spices..Delicious food, constant tea wherever you go, night lights and beautiful views. We saw all this thanks to Irina, the work was carried out at the highest level - and it was not easy - the dates of the trip, dates, number and composition of excursions changed along the way, but everything was chosen perfectly in the end! We were not just organized a trip - Irina shared her personal impressions, gave advice on independent stay in the city, which made our trip interesting and eventful, we did not get lost anywhere, we did not sit empty in the room for an hour, we had a lot of fun learning about the local culture and a new country for us. Irina was constantly in touch, we shared our impressions during the trip, we could ask for advice. Super escort! Even with the delay of the return flight for 7 hours, we were calm - we immediately contacted Irina, and we were handed over to Belavia employees "from hand to hand", while collecting our rights in advance with reference to the relevant documents. We went to Japan in late September - early October 2024, thank you for this Travel room represented by Victoria. On September 9, 2024, I signed a contract with the TRAVEL ROOM and deposited part of the amount for the reservation of the hotel (I found the hotel and picked it up myself). On September 11, I was informed that there were no available rooms in this hotel and offered to choose another option or refund the money. After unsuccessful attempts to find another hotel, I decided to refund the money on September 13, I wrote a statement, deputy.Director Serafima said that the money would be returned within 14 days, maybe earlier than I would be informed (I didn't really understand why it took so long, but decided not to sort things out) on September 27, without waiting for a message from the TRAVEL ROOM, she called herself and it turned out that they just forgot about me, referring to the fact that they had a lot work, i.e. not up to me... and they offered to come and collect the money. I said that I would come in the evening and asked to prepare a book of comments and suggestions. The money was returned to me, but the book of comments and suggestions was not given on demand, they could not even find it. And it wasn't even an ordinary employee, but a deputy director! In parallel, I turned to another travel agency and did not regret my choice.

I flew with my wife to the Maldives. The rest was organized by Marina. Everything is clear and even. I heard what I wanted the first time. She offered three hotels, told about the advantages of each. After that, it was not difficult to make a choice. For example, before that, other agents sent me lists of hotels to Viber, saying, look, figure it out and decide for yourself.
I signed the contract, paid for it, and Marina filled out the declaration herself before departure. There were no problems at all.
