A quiet and cozy hotel.
We were satisfied with the stay, namely:
The room is wet cleaned daily.
There is air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator.
Magnificent mountain view
It's a 5-minute walk to the sea!!!
The staff will always tell you where you can have a delicious meal and where to go, if necessary, they will call a transfer / taxi to the airport - very attentive and responsive service
There is a pharmacy and a grocery store in front of the hotel.
Of the cons, I'd like to mention water interruptions - warm water is difficult to adjust (it's either hot or cold), but in general you can be patient.
The most important thing is that the expectation and reality completely coincided, just like in the photos.

The hotel is located in the center of Gagra, everything is within walking distance
The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaned every day
The neighbors were not heard , although the floor was completely occupied
The view of the mountains created a pleasant atmosphere)
They were given the keys to the intercom, they could come at any time, not depend on the administrator
The host is very friendly, helped us with household items and transfer to the border!
The only thing I would like is to add a cooler with water or bottles of water to the room
Overall, everything is great, the rest was great, thank you))

Positive:
The design is very cozy, the whole hotel is designed in a single style
Availability of Wi-Fi
The presence of shampoo and shower gel
Availability of soap (but 1 for two)
Availability of towels (large and small)
A soft bed
There is a balcony/loggia
The view is awesome.
There is a kettle and mugs (no tea bags)
They give out a hair dryer at the entrance (good)
There are 2 blankets and a spare pillow
Charging for phones next to the bed on top on both sides. There are also mini lamps.
There is a good working air conditioner.
There are hangers for things
There is a refrigerator
There is a TV
There is a dryer in the bathtub and another shared one in the hotel itself on the floor.
At the entrance to the hotel, a nice girl met me, polite and friendly.
There are beautiful flowers at the entrance. There are paintings everywhere in the hotel.
There are sweets for everyone in the room as a hospitality.
Minuses:
Toothbrushes with paste are missing
The socket for the refrigerator and kettle is in a very flimsy condition
I wish I had a soft rug or something.
I would like to have a net at the window/balcony so that mosquitoes do not fly in
Sometimes you can hear the neighbors
Overall, everything is fine. Cozy, quiet, comfortable. Yes, not everything is perfect, but the price is not high either. Excellent value for money!
