for the 1st time in my life I went on a trip with this travel agency. We worked with Julia's manager. Use early booking.
She competently told us about the subtleties and nuances of the resorts we liked. We originally wanted to go to Kemer, and that's where we went.
A tour was selected for our cost. Prices are generally NOT low for everything now. Julia picked up a 3-star hotel for us. According to Julia's photo and description, we liked everything. Upon arrival, everything was as described. The three turned out to be better than some fours (we communicated with local tourists), and this allowed us to save money. But the hotel was really simple, but with all the amenities. But we didn't stay at the hotel all the time, we were always missing on some excursions.
We can definitely say that the guys are professionals in their field and know their job. Would I apply here again? Definitely yes. And a couple of vacation photos...

Great agency!
We flew to Turkey for the first time, so we didn't know what was there and how. And we were advised by this travel agency and Alain, as a good specialist. Alyona turned out to be a very nice girl, listened to all our wishes and helped us decide on both the city and the hotel. The most important thing is that she did not just show existing hotels (as many agencies do), but advised, told the pros and cons of hotels, told what you can see in Kemer (chose it), told how it differs from other cities and towns. When buying the tour, we did not buy a pig in a poke, it was a conscious choice, as we were told everything we need to know to decide.
Alyona also helped to buy seats on the plane, told how to behave in different situations (prepared for everything).
We didn't regret a bit about our choice of agency or the choice of tour.
