The apartment has an exit in the wall, small rooms, dirt, dirty floor, it is impossible to walk barefoot! There are no beds, some sofas, dead ones, usually they throw them in the trash. It stinks, probably someone is rotting there. Everything killed there is literally scuffed, there are not enough flies. They position themselves as a hotel, in fact it is not a hotel, for which they ask for 8-10 000 tenge as a budget hotel. I arrived there, looked and turned around. People should not try to go there and spend money on a taxi. I wouldn't even give you one star.

We spent the night in a 3-room apartment. Cockroaches, not cleaned, not washed, not even bed linen, but even towels, holes everywhere in the corners, a terrible smell, one room was smoked. The only thing that was good was communication with the woman who framed us
Tip: look for another option
They raised prices 4 times (judging by other reviews), 35,000 tenge (5,000 rubles) for this option…

Those are the grabbers. Take the whole calculation from the visitors to the tridorog. An apartment for rent costs twice as much as in any other office in the city, I didn't even ask about the rooms. When they look at you with an appraising glance, saying "how much you can pull .... " and then they give you the price, there is no desire to go there again. What I don't do anymore and I don't advise you.
PS Take a taxi for 350 tenge, get to the center, it won't be so expensive.

We flew from Almaty to Petropavlovsk and the next day there was a train to Omsk. I needed to spend the night. I booked the room in advance. The photos of the rooms on the website are decent, but in fact the room is terrible. The room is small. I don't know what years the bedclothes are. The walls are cardboard, you can hear any rustle in the corridor.
