Well, such a service. We discussed everything on WhatsApp beforehand, the driver had to wait for us at the counter, the plane arrived on time and no one met us, I couldn't get through, no one answers the whatsapp. After 15 minutes, we got in touch and said that they would pick us up now, as a result, we waited another 20 minutes, in the process we still corresponded and were assured that we needed to wait 5 minutes, as a result, almost an hour of waiting. On the road, the driver often drove one wheel to the side of the road, drove on Yandex navigator and naturally came to a dead end in the mountains. I had to launch my navigator and show him the way, for a total of 1.5 hours a waste of time and communication with different people who organized all this. In the end, of course, we got to the place, but next time I definitely won't go with these guys.

I liked the service of this company. From meeting at the airport to a full escort. We chose individual excursions and were not refused. The Russian-speaking staff was pleasantly surprised.
