The food is bad, if you want to get to the room quickly, pay, the sea is far away, alcohol except wine is terrible, beach towels stink, rotavirus walks into hotels, I don't know who puts 5 on such a hotel, but personally my family doesn't even want to remember anymore, and we don't recommend this hotel. He doesn't pull in 5 stars.

I would like to disappoint those who are watching the Transatlantic Hotel in Kemer, in 2020!!!
Arrived on August 19, 2020. I was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel was one hundred percent full, and not 60 as promised due to the pandemic. A lot of Turks are vacationing with their families. Well, a lot. There were no places by the pool at lunch, despite the fact that the pool is very large. The beach area is small, I think it will be tense with places there too.
We had dinner at a restaurant, there are a lot of people, the staff can't cope, queues for food. The food is provided by the staff.Once again, I don't want to get in line. And queues despite the fact that the hotel shares rooms with even and odd rooms according to the time of visiting the restaurant. For example, odd numbers dine from 20-21.00.
There are no imported drinks!!! Ultra all inclusive is for advertising only.
There's nothing to do in the evening!!! The amphitheater is not working because of covid, and people are gathering in the restaurant! Musical equipment has been installed on the territory of the snack bar, which is small in size, and people are standing because there are not enough tables. Turks even sit on the playground, which is next to the snack bar.
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, you have to leave the hotel and walk past another hotel on the first line.

We rested from 16.08 to 25.08 (the pioneers after the opening of the borders).
The hotel has 4 strong stars. The territory is small, everything is old... the kids' club is not working (probably because of the coronavirus). The room stock is also old, the bed linen is washed, the towel is always stained and has a musty smell.
The hotel is on 2 lines, but it does not bother (traffic is life).
The food is normal, even I would say very good. Minus, in huge queues, because in the conditions of a pandemic, all the food is served by the hotel staff.
There is not much entertainment.
In general, the hotel is normal, for a strong 4.

Pulls a maximum of 3 stars- the room is dirty, the hotel itself is already falling apart (when we were there, the ceiling in the dining room almost collapsed) the cleaners don't care about you- leave it, don't leave it for tea anyway, they won't wash the floor, for more than a week the bed linen was only refilled and changed-this is probably not about this hotel) otherwise everything is super (no) besides - there are a lot of locals, because in all its glory at the hotel you will see what "Turkish patriotism" is (you are nobody to them- and they just brazenly may try to occupy your table, the waiter will not approach you until he bypasses "his own" and so on)

We were at the hotel in June 2019. The hotel is not bad in principle, but not 5 ual. The food is monotonous, there are few fruits, there were no cherries at all in the season. The pool is huge, at first we liked it, then we swam in masks, it's so dirty there!!! We have never seen it cleaned in 10 days. Cleaning before check-in is good, but then that's it! Dirt will be smeared in the corners and norms) there are no fruits on the beach at all, this is a big minus. The bar starts working there only at 11. The animation is primitive, contests from the 90s: a man and a woman beat a ladle against a pan between their legs. After a fish a la carte, the child began to vomit at 5 a.m. Soup with mussels with sand👌 towels are always 1 less than they should be. There is no foot at all. Shampoo in dispensers, soap too. The beach is nice! But you have to come early. Until everything is stirred up. What is the advantage of the sea: there are practically no waves, it is very comfortable. But this is a feature of the region.
In general, with regard to the hotel: It would be solid for 4 stars. It's a long way to 5.

Not a hotel, but a Shaitan's lair!! Apart from the appearance, the large pool and the territory there are no advantages! They caught stomatitis almost immediately!!! I do not recommend drinking from non-plastic (paper) glasses. The food was monotonous, there was almost nothing new, there was a catastrophic shortage of meat, and if there was, it was a quiet horror, although someone was eating and even smiling. There was one day out of 10 when we were fed shawarma!! That's all we remember about him. For those who are vacationing for the first time, it may seem like a chic kitchen, and in general a chic hotel, fortunately We have something to compare it with! The hotel is ultra all inclusive, as stated. The bar is terrible and the choice in it is the same, there are bottles of supposedly expensive imported alcohol, but they pour disgusting parasha, with a terrible taste, whiskey, rum, they can impressively open a new bottle of unknown origin with champagne)), again, it may seem like paradise to someone), But we advise you to bring alcohol with myself, so as not to be completely disappointed. Even the famous Ephesus (beer) it's not at all like in other hotels, for example, or in the store where we actually went to get it. Room cleaning, the guys specifically filon, the beds are not changed, but neatly made, allegedly changed, traces of oil are proof of this, the same story with towels, if they see that the towel is still pretty clean, they carefully take it from the balcony and put it on the Bed) of course we did not swear, we just survived as best we could! But once every 3-4 days, the linen was still changed to clean. We had a rest of 6 people, at the end of the rest two of us were poisoned, including me (minus two days of rest). The pharmacy across the street is expensive, prices are overstated by 3 times, in fact, as in all other stores, coffee shops, etc. Well, I have never seen such a dirty sea as in this region and in this hotel. Plasters, bottle labels, fish scales and some other seafood are floating, but no one was bothered by it, it looks like people were fishing and enjoying their rest further.) And the most delicious cherry on the cake, there is some kind of fish in the sea that bites (pinches), we met it on the very first day. People are diving with masks, looking for something, but they never told us what it is, it seems to bite when you stand in one place, a friend pinched so that blood oozed. This is also the first time I've seen this. We did not go into the sea anymore, we sunbathed on the sun beds, pushing a little into the water. The service in the restaurant is zero. As everyone already knows, who is not the first time vacationing in Turkey on an all-inclusive system, it is customary for waiters to come up to clean dirty plates, pour water when you just sat down at the table (large bottles are always on the table), ask what you will drink. They just didn't notice us in this hotel!!!! There were not enough forks, spoons and soup plates, we went , searched and took them ourselves. In 10 days, no one has ever approached us, except that a couple of times they removed the plates and asked (we know Turkish), why don't we eat, because they were almost untouched. Each time they came with the hope of having a snack, but they left hungry. We went across the street to a hookah bar, we ate there, it was very tasty, but expensive!!! Only a hookah is cheap. I have never written such detailed and great reviews, but I hope it will help someone not to spoil their vacation, as this hotel ruined it for us. And yes, people working near the hotel, in the hookah bar where we were every day and in the pharmacy where we were every other day, when they found out and asked which hotel we were from, they openly said that it was really as terrible as in my story, at the pharmacy they told me how often they come to them people with similar ailments like ours and it was from our hotel, in the hookah bar, that we were told that the owner of the hotel had changed, because for a long time everything had been very sad with his staff, managers and service, they simply did not pull him. And we are not the first who came to eat in a hookah bar, and not in the transatlantic ultra all inclusive! I will leave beautiful photos, beautiful pictures of the hotel, but not its component in any way!

For that kind of money, a normal hotel, only they have problems with cleanliness! The rooms are poorly cleaned, they need to be repaired! With shampoo, etc., it's not very good either, so if you eat everything with you, by eating.. it's more or less normal, but dirty glasses where juices and tea are, everything is bad with the waiters too, there is no such thing that someone came up and cleaned or poured wine or water.

Poor service. Bars are open only until 15.45. Towels are only for 2 people, there are no bathrobes, no glasses, rooms are poorly cleaned. For every little thing, you need to call the reception and demand. The food also leaves much to be desired. In short, the hotel does not deserve even 3 stars, although it is 5-star.
