We stayed at this hotel in the middle of June. The hotel cannot cope with so many tourists. At the reception, they try to put everyone in an additional room first. The building is a two-storey building along the pool. We spent the night after a hard flight and went to the reception to request relocation, because in this case. the housing is an old repair, no sound insulation (as if I sleep with the door open), the air conditioner does not work for cooling, stinks of sewage, old furniture and appliances. Of course, there is no kind. As a result, we were moved to the main building and the room was perfect - everything was new, clean and with sound insulation.
By food : There is a lot of food, we were not hungry. Always meat, fish, chicken. Vegetables, fruits, greens. Alcohol is local, imported - for an additional fee.
The beach is across the street - it takes about 5 minutes to walk. There is a pier, sun beds, umbrellas, a canopy, a bar on the beach. The sea is clean and warm.
There is a bus stop near the hotel in Kemer. It's a 10-minute drive. I would go back to this hotel again.

The beach is too small relative to the number of people staying at the hotel. It's hard to find places after 10:00. Great view of the mountains and the pool from the room.

In the trans Atlantic, they made us day visit bracelets for free, they were very nice. Very soulful animation, all the staff is extremely friendly. We went to a fish restaurant with a small surcharge of $ 5, we were very well fed in a very diverse way, we couldn't eat everything. At the buffet, my aunt really liked the way they were fed. It looks more budget-friendly than the Crystal prestige elit, where we rested, but it is very sincere.

The hotel is not bad. But!!! Beach towels are not washed, they are given out the next day. The floors are not cleaned in the room. Otherwise, it's not a bad hotel. There were crayfish, trout, beef, delicious ice cream. The territory is small, but cozy, cool slides.

Good afternoon! I'm resting at the hotel at the moment. The hotel, of course, is not 5 stars, four with a minus, no more. The rooms are in need of repair, we have curtains with holes in our room, the linen is old, washed and sooo dirty in the room. I have never seen such dirt before. Dirty dishes are found in the restaurant. I had a shock on arrival. We booked a room for three, me and the teenage children. They checked into a room with two single beds, asked for another bed and brought it.... Two mattresses! So I sleep on them, besides, they are not very comfortable. Also, upon arrival, I asked to wash the room, okay, sticky stains on the table, but traces of excrement on the wall in the toilet-this is too much! I must say that today I have resigned myself, I try to look for positive moments from rest. The sea, animation, food, staff - it's all decent.

The hotel is just terrible!you will serve yourself, there is a constant shortage of forks and spoons, the waiters do not have time to do anything.we ran around the restaurant and were always looking for our own appliances. There is no sound insulation , we had 2 rooms...one was near the reception, carts with dishes and some other equipment were being driven there until 4 a.m., vacuumed, the second room was in the other direction, there was some kind of local disc until 2 a.m.Food, drinks about nothing, no animation, boredom. SPA is generally a separate topic, we went for a massage, some young boy stretched his back, naturally tearing his upper body off the couch, at that time he was staring at his chest in the mirror that was on the wall.I will never go there again and I do not advise you.

We had a rest at the end of August. The hotel does not pull in 5 stars. We booked a suite, they tried to check us into the family, saying that the suites were occupied. Until they contacted the tour operator's hotline, the issue was not resolved. The hotel and rooms are dirty., the furniture is old. The Wi-Fi is terrible, even at the reception it barely works.
The hotel is not the first line. Go to the sea through the roadway and past garbage cans.
There was no seafood during the stay, the food was three-course.
I do not recommend this hotel!

For the dirty territory and rooms, old greasy furniture, leaky bed linen, gray washed towels!! The service sucks!! We were settled in a dirty room, consumables and a mini bar were NOT REPLENISHED!!!
