We were at the hotel from 30.06.24-07.9.24. I really liked the hotel, the staff was polite, no one was rude even once. The food is varied, there are a lot of pastries in the morning, porridges, various cereals, thoughts, balls, etc.. vegetables, fruits, a large selection of cheeses, sausages, a separate menu for children, a separate boiled menu. Eggs of different types: omelet, boiled, fried, desserts.
Lunch is even more diverse, there is enough food for everyone, a lot of meat turkey, chicken, beef, lamb cutlets, fish. sometimes there is a queue for the grill and for French fries, but who does not eat it is not scary at all.
Dinner, there is always fish, sometimes several types, there are seafood: shrimp, squid, but not often. 2-3 times a week. And also meat, vegetables, fruits. There are a lot of different desserts, just a lot.

are a lot of bars on the territory, where not only drinks, but also snacks, ice cream, sweets, gaslime, waffles, there is a free restaurant that is open 24 hours.
For children and adults who like sweet popsicle ice cream, and balls as much as you want, the bar has iced coffee as a separate drink.
The territory of the hotel is large, but the hotel is not small either. But there are enough places for everyone. As they told me at the reception there are 1000-1200 vacationers in the hotel.
There is a lot of entertainment for children, animations, several playgrounds on the street, inside the hotel on the 1st floor there is a large play area, several small pools, trampolines inflate, 4 slides in the pool.

Rooms. We have a room in the main building on the ground floor. At first, we slept in the room without air conditioning at all, since the weather was normal. Then it became very sad by the end of the race and the air conditioner was turned on well before going to bed, and early in the morning.
Room cleaning. We have it every day, yes, I leave tips, I think it's okay. Towels and linen were also changed every day. Hygiene products were brought every day. The room has a mini bar, water, mineral water, pepsi, sprite, fanta, beer - free of charge. The room is designed for 3 people, i.e. a large double bed and one single bed. It was just the two of us. It's not noisy in the room, you can't hear the neighbors, you can't hear the animation in the evening. You can only hear the daytime animation, as the balcony overlooked the pool.
I won't tell you about alcohol, since my husband and I don't drink. He had 3 kinds of wine, beer, cocktails.

The beach. The beach is clean pebbles, small pebbles to the shore, more like sand. Sun beds under a canopy, there is also a separate pier with sun beds and umbrellas and a shower. There are 2 tiers on the pier and there is a descent down the steps from each.

There is a bar on the beach with drinks and snacks from 12.00.
It is very important for me: a lifeguard and a security guard from the hotel are constantly walking on the beach, monitoring security.
For children on the beach there is a separate large sandbox under a canopy from the sun and water is carried there.
What would you like to improve: 1. there are moments where you can see that the hotel is starting to get tired, stains on furniture, scuffing.
There is no toilet on the beach from the hotel, only a public one and it leaves a very unpleasant impression. For me, I would like more seafood for lunch.
I also recommend that the hotel indicate on the signs that the dish is spicy, it was not indicated anywhere.

A wonderful 4 star hotel for your money. There is a lot of varied food, you will not stay hungry both in the main restaurant and in the cafes on the territory. The hotel evokes a two-sided opinion: on 5- location, availability of pools (children's and adult, slides. There are many cafes and bars, of different orientation.The beach is 300 meters away, there is a pier. The courtesy and responsiveness of the staff, they speak and understand several languages, including Russian, the rooms are very "tired", the availability of various services. The cuisine is diverse, but unfortunately, fast-cooking products (grill, omelet, scrambled eggs) are often without prior preparation, and it seems that the chefs do not quite know such processes. Salads, greens, herbs, olives, dressings, cheeses, ayran are excellent. Turkish and Oriental second courses are a variety, excellent. Vegetables and fruits are constantly the same (from seasonal ones- melon, watermelon, 1 time -nectarines (wooden), plum-cherry plum (green). Sweets and pastries for 5+++. Sleeping is of foreign production, however, they are often poured using a beaker (you have two double two - two double ones, so as not to walk 2 times). Bottled water is everywhere, no problem, including on the beach.
3+ is, unfortunately, a contingent of vacationers- residents (the hotel is also a place of transit travelers: I had a group of Uzbeks with me - 10 people, but not from Uzbekistan, they did not go to the beach and pool, huddled together, some smoked and puffed up unnoticed from others, talked a little in Russian. Obviously not tourists. There were Polish military men (haircut, no tan, age under 30) drinking, smoking, yelling. In 4 days, everyone was tired, including the hotel security service. In general, Poles, both military and tourists (both young and aged) behaved like pigs. Only because of the Poles, I will not recommend the hotel for visiting Russian speakers and vacationers with children. Even the elderly are sitting with us(my child and I are 10 years old) at the same table, smoking without permission from us. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel only indoors, please go to the terrace, but at the table with children is piggish. Apparently they consider themselves almost Americans.

We stayed at this hotel from 06/27/24 to 07/04/24. The hotel is interesting. We lived in room 3150, the view is gorgeous. The room is always cool, the air conditioner was turned on during the day, turned off at night. The sun does not enter the room. This is a big plus. The room is located on the 3rd floor, next to a large hall with sofas, very beautiful. Everything is fine in the bathroom, there was always water. There were no problems. They clean it every day. The bar was replenished on the day of arrival (local sodas, water and beer).
The territory of the hotel is huge. There is a huge swimming pool. I really liked the fact that the pool near the slides is only 1.10 deep. It's safe for children.
Unlimited drinks are served at the bar. The mojito is very tasty.
There is a children's playground in the hotel on -1 floor, where we waited out the intense heat, then ran back to the pool)))))
The staff is very friendly. Everyone is responsive and smiling.
The animators, girls and boys, are doing well, they are also trying.

I'll start with the cons, perhaps.
We flew at the very end of the season, which I don't recommend doing specifically.
Animations-0. The only bartenders and waiters entertained as best they could with a kind word and a delicious cocktail. All other additional establishments were closed: no tortillas, no ice cream, absolutely nothing except the main restaurant and not tasty French fries. The pier was dismantled, and the beach bar was also closed. In the last two days, they brazenly began to remove the deck chairs right in front of their noses and dismantle the canopy on the beach. The on-site swimming pool is ice-cold. The fun was only for Turks. As we understand it, they have blogging conventions. 500 people are yelling, the music is blaring, bowing. In general, nothing is clear, but it is very interesting.😅
And now about the advantages:
The beauty is incredible 😍what mountains 🏔️ The cuisine is varied, we liked it, we are not harmful 😄there are a lot of places, there are places to walk. The sea is great, the beach itself is nice and nearby. Deck chairs are free. The staff speaks Russian very well. There was a children's disco in the evening for the last 3 people.The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the theme is chic at the hotel. We cleaned every day. I liked the pool in the hotel itself, beautiful, warm, and clean. We got a massage, by the way, at a nice discount at the end of the season
In general , we liked it. I was just reviewing the photos and I would love to go back there again .
The only negative, unfortunately, is the end of the season (we were from 31.10 to 06.11). We took a 260 tour for three from St. Petersburg for 6 days. It seems like the price is normal, but for that kind of money and nothing, it's also like that. I recommend the hotel

We rested 12-20.10.24 with a small company. The method of rating hotels with stars has outlived its usefulness, so 5 stars, 4 or 3 does not matter at all. And the following matters:
Food. There is a lot of it. It's the same and not very tasty. By 4 with a minus.
Rooms. They are battered and battered. There is a feeling that there has been no renovation since the opening in 2007. And a lot of things can be easily and cheaply fixed, but no one does it. You can't put more than two.
Territory. It's not very big, but it's normal. For four.
Swimming pool. Big and good. I would rate it highly, but in the end, two out of five people have rotavirus. And it was these two who swam in the pool. A coincidence?
Beach. Sooo small, there are not enough sunbeds. So they also took and dismantled the pier for a whole week, thus depriving the normal entry into the water and at least 80 sunbeds. The sea is beautiful, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. In total, no more than two.
Staff. And here we will divide it so that it doesn't hurt.
Animation is 4 plus.
Restaurant 3 with a minus
Maids 3 with two cons, and maybe 2
Extortionists from the reception should be kicked out with filthy rags. Unit.

This hotel is very good for your first trip to Turkey. In general, everything is 5 stars out of 5. It turned out to be a great vacation and within walking distance (although it's a long way to go, but it's possible) Goynuk Canyon with beautiful views ...
The hotel serves delicious gozleme tortillas (with potatoes and meat the most delicious) and waffles, just for lovers of sweets.
Cocktails mix delicious in every bar... I do not recommend taking wine, it tastes strongly of alcohol.
All bars have tea bags, but if you want a very tasty tea or coffee, it is served there in a separate cafe on site...
The children's animation is very good.
There was a live keyboard playing in the lobby of the hotel, it was amazing...
On the ground floor at the tail of the ship, the view from the hotel to the neighboring building where the locals live is so-so, to put it mildly, but the big plus is that no one is yelling under the windows. Compared to taking a room from the hotel area.

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful, in the form of a ship. A huge swimming pool. The sea is nearby. The interior needs to be updated in some places, but this does not spoil the overall impression.
Just don't confuse this hotel with Transatlantic Beach! These are different hotels. We almost fell for it ourselves, but caught ourselves in time and rebooked.

We are leaving the hotel today, we were here from 14.10 to 24.10.
We really liked everything! Despite the fact that the end of October is no longer such a season, the weather is excellent during the day, the sea is warm, you can sunbathe steadily until 17:00. The hotel is family-run, but there was entertainment for us (a young couple) as well. The animation team is constantly around and will not let you get bored. Geo and Amina occupy a special place in our hearts - wonderful animators who will find a common language, help, orient and cheer up! In fact, the entire animation staff is just wonderful.
Food: there is a lot of food and it is varied. Many complain that there is not enough seafood, but I can say that in the evening there is always delicious fried fish, baked fish, pasta with seafood and so on. Snack bars are available both on the beach and by the pool. However, at the end of the season, the beach bar can work periodically, this did not prevent us, since we were going to Turkey to relax and swim!
Alcohol: we bought ultra all inclusive, during the day at any bar you can take both low-alcohol drinks (beer and wine of local production) and strong drinks (there is everything imported).
We were delighted!
Excursions: you can leave for Kemer directly from the bus stop near the hotel. Of those excursions that the guide offers, I highly recommend the church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and Kekova Island, but it is better to find out in advance where the best price will be, because the guide offers at an inflated price. When entering the city, there are a lot of agencies, you can find out from them (be careful and trust only trusted companies!)

A cool hotel, a cozy location, everything is nearby - you don't need to go anywhere (except for excursions). Sports activities are at a height, the animators work so I already felt pleasantly tired. A pool with slides is the best thing for children. He is well looked after (swimming pool) A feed is generally very good!!! There are 5 bars with good quality alcohol, there is a separate tea room!! There is a night restaurant and a bar. There is also a bar on the sea, the beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is good!!! A large hotel in a beautiful location, but for us the cons outweighed the pros.
1. All 4 had rotavirus there (1 child and 3 adults).
2. I had to change the room, begging, you might say, because the air conditioner did not work in the first one.
3. The bed linen has not been changed once in 7 days.
4. Towels are placed wet, they smell damp.
5. Beach towels are 100 years old, with holes and stains.
6. There are often queues in bars in the lobby, one bartender works.
7. There is no toilet on the beach, only a dirty public one.
8. The food is normal and different, but dinner is until 21h, and at 20.20 they are already starting to clean everything up.

The hotel is nice. A three-piece room by the pool with a stretch. Strong audibility, not all equipment is working properly, the door is solid cracks. The food is good, the selection is large, there is little fruit, there is practically no milk. The range of alcohol in bars is good. Cocktails make delicious. Turkish coffee is a myth, there is no trace of it anywhere. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. The entrance to the sea is comfortable only from the pier, feet get stuck from the shore and enter only in coral. The sea is clean and warm, but there are biting fish. There are practically no problems with sun beds, you can find a free one. Evening programs are bullshit. Drunken karaoke for an amateur.
The big problem with Poles and young people is they are very noisy and shameless. We had a rest at the end of September.

We had a rest in August, 2 adults and a child of 9 years old, we liked everything, if someone writes in the reviews about the shortcomings, I think these are "quibbles", and they are far-fetched.
The food is varied and for every taste, the children's menu was served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool is large and clean, of course there are not enough sun beds, but you can always find a place, there is animation, though I can't appreciate it, we did not participate in it, somehow it happened, we entertained ourselves. It's not far to the sea. The water in the sea is very warm and transparent, I didn't want to go out. However, maybe we got into such a period, there were waves, we did not find complete calm.
Our room was not in the main building, but by the pool, our balcony looked at the hotel opposite and onto the street, so there were no extraneous sounds. Room cleaning every day, towels and bed linen were not changed, of course, but it did not matter to us, but in general everything worked and was clean.
I had a birthday during my vacation, a bottle of wine and sweets were left in the room, an invitation was given to a fish restaurant, the food there is certainly better than in the common dining room. Russian Russian is spoken and understood by almost all the staff, although while we were on vacation, maybe it also coincided, I don't know, but Russians are not the majority, there are a lot of Europeans (Poles, Scandinavians) and apparently maybe Turks themselves, well, or similar nationalities.
I recommend the hotel, people come to relax, and not to look at the stains on plates and towels...try to be positive and, as a result, you will be happy....

Hello everyone, our experience of staying at the Transatlantik Hotel and Spa in Goyniuk may be useful.
In general, the picture is gorgeous, if you do not look closely at the details. And there are a lot of details. Firstly, obviously it has not been 5 * for a long time, it weakly pulls at 3 *. The following points indicate this:
1. The quality of the rooms themselves, we changed the standard to a bungalow overlooking the pool. Only the bathroom is in good condition. Everything else leaves much to be desired. TVs with a diagonal of 30, we have a tablet screen and even more. We read reviews, people wrote about comfortable beds, but sleeping on them is a torment. I woke up every morning with back pain. The furniture has not been updated since the 2000s.
2. The climate system deserves special attention. One night we woke up sweating because hot air was coming out of the air conditioner 😔
When it was set up for us, even at a temperature of 25 degrees, we froze in the room. At least with us, the conder blew straight into the bed.
3. The territory of the hotel is a huge swimming pool and the hotel building itself. And that's it. You can't go across the street to the sea, you can't send the children alone.
4. And perhaps the most important thing is the food. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired, everything is bland, dried or oiled on the contrary. There is almost no meat, the queue for it is a kilometer long. The children can eat overcooked cutlets and unleavened French fries.
5. Alcohol is the same as in any 3*bottle
6. And on the last day of our stay at the hotel, the cooks almost burned us, but there was not even a hint of evacuation, but then people like animals tried to grab food even faster
7. Well, for us, the experience turned into poisoning of children after swimming in the pool. Warn them or shut their mouths no matter what God
forbid 8. P.S. for those who also hope to access the Internet, then alas, wi-fi generally worked for 2 minutes and 2 seconds.
As a result: on a 5-point scale of 3 points, if not for the general appearance and location, I would put 1 or 2.

The hotel has 5 stars, but this is very controversial. Let's start with the fact that upon arrival at the reception, we were immediately asked if the view from the window was important to us, if so, then we should pay $ 100, but if the employee personally hands over $ 75. Let me clarify right away, one side of the hotel overlooks the pool and the mountains, the other the roadway and the neighboring hotel. I had to pay extra. When we checked in, we realized that those who have a view of the pool will be very loudly yelling music from the pool, starting from 10:00 to 17:00, if you sit in the room, you can go crazy, and sometimes speakers on the slides (main ones) play at the same time and when animators entertain people on the other side the pool. The room was clean, 2 beds, bedside tables, a table, a small refrigerator with water and drinks, a clean shower, toiletries, a balcony. Of the disadvantages, there are very few outlets, you can charge two phones and a night light works, you can forget about the laptop, tablets and power bank, or only take turns during the day. There was no blanket in the room, we were at the end of September, it was already cool at night, I had to go to the reception several times and ask for a blanket to be brought to our room. The pillows were bunched up, it was uncomfortable to sleep.
The pool is large, the water in it is cool but clean. It is impossible to ride on the slides, the water flow is small and my husband just pulled himself up on his hands to crawl to the end of the slide, I did not experiment. The children rode, but very little, apparently the same problem.
The animators entertained the people, there were dances, yoga, water polo, exercises, etc.
There is also a small volleyball field, a tennis court and an amphitheater (which sometimes hosted events in the evening).
As for the food. It was cooked a lot, but out of 100%, 15% was edible.
Chicken and cutlets were cooked on the grill, which had a giant layer of burning, the food was either charred or undercooked, chicken with blood.
There were a lot of vegetables, cakes, fruits: watermelon, melon, plums, nectarines, but most of them were green and not tasty. Sliced sausages and cheese are absolutely tasteless. In general, my diet was: fresh vegetables, stewed vegetables, stewed chicken, bolognese pasta and mashed potatoes-as safe as possible.
There are bars on site where you can get both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I will immediately clarify that the good alcohol was red label, egermaster and tequila, everything else is locally produced.
It was also possible to take snacks in the bar, hamburgers, potatoes, Viennese rolls, ice cream.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel, there is a pier, sun beds. The sea is beautiful and clean, but the beach is rocky, although we were told that it is covered with sand-this is not the case.
I give this hotel a solid 3, I would not return to it a second time.

The food is really monotonous, all the meat-no matter turkey or chicken or beef, it all tastes the same. Here are different cutlets. The first couple of days were delicious, and then it just turns me off, it's the same thing every day.
There was no seafood. Once in 2 weeks they gave Crayfish and questionable salads with squid and mussels.
The main disadvantage is, of course, cockroaches. Not to say that they are teeming, but I watched 1-2 every day. Both at the table and in vases with sugar. It's not pleasant.
The sea is beautiful, but the beach is very small, there are sun beds very close and there have never been enough of them

It is not clear who writes good reviews. On the plus side, daily room cleaning. And that's it. Towels in the room and beach towels have been in need of replacement for a long time. The furniture in the lobby is all "tired", and the rooms are so-so. Cleaning in other places leaves much to be desired. The food is generally good, but since the visit to the main restaurant is limited, and then there is little left, everyone goes to the opening and naturally there are not enough places. Of the cons: at the reception, the man met perfectly at first glance, they gave us a room with a view of the wall, when we refused to pay $ 60 extra, on our part the refusal was due to the fact that our flight was postponed a day ahead and we arrived at the hotel at the first hour of the night, and paid as per day. They led us by the nose for two days, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, there are no places, but they immediately check in with us. There are places for them to pay, and they are upset.

SOS!!! Get out of this hotel!!!
We visited this "five-star" hotel in October 2024. We chose a completely different hotel, but we had to stay in this one, because, unfortunately, there was a fire in our hotel.
I felt deeply disappointed as soon as I got to the reception. The hotel needs renovation. The front part of the ship is made of glass, but all the glass is dirty and it immediately catches the eye. First, we were settled in an annex, where already in the corridor we saw dirty floors with scattered bottles of alcohol, and in the room we were surprised by a huge outdoor speaker from which deafening music was playing, so that it was impossible to stay in the room because of vibration and noise. In addition, there was an unbearable smoky, stagnant smell in the room. The hotel administration did not respond to my outrages and complaints. And only after several calls to the tour operator in Moscow, the hotel administration went to meet us and changed the room. We were vacationing with friends and a dirty bed with traces of vomit was found in their room upon check-in. In general, I would like to note that the rooms were very poorly cleaned. Throughout the entire stay (8 nights), we never had our bed linen changed (although five-star hotels have to change bed linen and towels every day). At different times of the day, half-naked drunk people were lying in the corridor, but the administration ignored this.
The hotel's dining room was also completely unsanitary. All the dishes were not washed, with leftovers. I had to process it myself before each meal. But an extremely shocking fact was the discovery of a cockroach that crawled right out of a plate with lemon slices.
The hotel was unclean and extremely dirty, where you definitely do not need to go with small children (a child was severely poisoned by friends).
It should be noted that the hotel stops working in winter (from November 1). Despite the presence of a large number of tourists on the territory of the hotel, since October 20th, the number of meals has been significantly reduced at mealtimes, snack bars did not work completely on the beach, and the pier was partially dismantled.
I highly recommend not to visit this hotel, you can draw your own conclusions. The long-awaited vacation was ruined.

We rested with friends at the hotel for a week at the end of May - we were generally satisfied with the rest. Of course, there are drawbacks in the hotel, but for this budget price they did not expect anything more (they gave 70 thousand for 8 days, 7 nights). One of the main issues is that there is little animation for adults, including evening animation and there is only beer from alcohol at the beach bar, there are no cocktails. According to reviews, I read that the cleaning was bad - everything was fine in the central building with cleaning and rooms. We were asked to settle in the ship and they settled us without extra charges - which is very pleasant. Otherwise, everything that is stated is in good condition: food, pool, slides, pier, it takes literally 3 minutes to walk to the beach.
Due to the shortcomings, I can put a solid four.

The hotel is a little tired, but I am one of those people who only sees good, so I put a solid five and will definitely come back more than once here. By the way, I saw this hotel from the window of the Mirage hotel, which are considered higher in class, I liked the entourage so much that it's in the style of a ship, so I decided to come here. Excellent hotel in Kemer, mahalla Goynyuk.
On the plus side: good rooms, everything worked. It's just a great restaurant. They were fed for slaughter. There was no shortage of anything. I won't list it, it's a long time, but everything is very good: meat, fish, grilled, fried, steamed. There's even buckwheat. And even on the water, for those who have a diet. They call it "black wheat".
Not a bad animation, something happens all the time. Then water aerobics, then some kind of charging. We didn't go.
The pool is great, but a little chilly, although we were in September, but the sun shone well. The sea was clearly warmer.
There are a lot of cafes and other establishments on the territory where there is coffee, ice cream and so on.
The staff knows Russian quite well, so there were no questions about communication.
There are a lot of shops on the streets around the hotel, where everything is available. You can buy something. We took cotton robes and some cosmetics there. By the way, there are a couple of pharmacies, there are all sorts of interesting positions, the main thing is not to run into anything with cannabis, see the composition. The price tag and quality are reasonable. We took some kind of paracetamol for colds, so for some reason my wife was not allergic to it, but she has ours.
One of the disadvantages is the beach is 300 meters away, you need to walk a little, since the hotel is actually on the second line.
Well, the traditional need to interest the receptionist at the reception upon check-in in order to be given a better room. But it was worth it. The room was on the second floor of the main building. Yes, the main building has 4 residential floors, so there are elevators. There are 5 of them, in general, you can get there. But the second floor allows you to walk.
There are some billiards and other entertainment in the basement. People were playing. There are two bowling lanes, but they just didn't work. There seems to be some kind of disco in the same basement, but it starts at 23:30 and is so shabby that somehow we were not tempted. On Saturdays, they seem to take us to the city somewhere, but we decided not to strain ourselves.
Another disadvantage is that the hotel faces the pool on one side and the street on the other. During the day, music and a presenter yell by the pool all day, and crowds walk and cars drive on the street.
But if you choose, it's better to take a pool. Everything is turned off there after 18 and it's generally quiet. The amphitheater where the evening shows are held is located in the distance.
Separately, we can say on the plus side that it takes only about an hour to get to the hotel from Antalya airport.

A terrible vacation in August 2024! We were vacationing with my husband and children. The only advantage is the friendly staff. Everything else is a downside. The hotel requires urgent repairs and is extremely dirty, completely unsuitable for holidays with young children. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses are stained, and there is no Wi-Fi. There are angry cats on the territory of the hotel, one of which bit the child's hand. The food is monotonous, it's the same every day. The food is quite tasty, but very monotonous and the choice of hot dishes leaves much to be desired. The beach is located across the street from the hotel and this is generally not a problem, but it is very small and not cozy, people are really lying on each other's heads. An amazing place! Delicious, varied kitchen, large dining room, lots of seating. There is also excellent animation, a lot of entertainment - starting with entertainment in the pool, ending with various tournaments (volleyball, table tennis, shooting). It takes a couple of minutes to get to the beach, but this is a far plus, because you walk along a busy street, you can buy delicious inexpensive strawberries and ice cream.
Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, the cleanliness of the rooms is very well maintained. Those who love silence, it is better to ask to check in on the pool side, because the rooms on the other side overlook a busy street where the bar is noisy until 3 or 4 am and at 6 am shops open and cars drive. But the view from this room is gorgeous - on the mountains.

So, the hotel. In the photos, from the outside and without detailed consideration, the hotel certainly looks large-scale, grandiose and rich. According to the information, it was renovated, but we didn't really feel it - we often noticed tired, shabby, stripped parts. There was also a feeling that they did not have time to clean and clean in some passable places. And this is already at the end of the season. And what about the hot season?
In general, there is no hotel navigation system for incoming tourists (and not only). If you have been at sea all day and have not heard the information that is announced over the loudspeaker, then it is not clear about the event, whether, for example, you need to make an appointment or register in advance. For example, we got to a karaoke party like that and couldn't sing anything.
Perhaps because of the end of the season, but a lot of things just didn't work: the bowling alley doesn't work in the game room, it was just closed for one day, they don't make coffee on the sand.
Number. Upon check-in, we were immediately told that there is a more comfortable room for us if we agree to pay an additional $ 50-60 (this is a well-known practice). When buying the tour, a family room with two isolated rooms was paid for, but we were provided with one entrance, where the windows faced a noisy tourist street, and on high floors in the corridors it was terribly stuffy, as if the ventilation did not work at all. Yes, the first floor of the ship hotel is completely occupied by shopping visits. After paying the amount, we were settled on the second floor of the so-called villa, finally with the desired isolated rooms, a terrace with sun beds and a view of the pool. The room lacked some of the amenities that I used to see in the fives - a kettle, bathrobes, well, okay with them: all the windows were stained, broken blinds, a faulty refrigerator in one of the rooms (and the second one hardly opens, because it is not the size of the furniture), a broken shower head, falling off sockets, there were burned holes on the sun beds, a solid window in one of the rooms without the ability to ventilate, and also the lack of hot water (slightly warm constantly flowed) and very weak Wi-Fi disappointed.
Beach. Of course, the azure warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea smoothed out all the disadvantages of the hotel's beach, but I can't help but mention them. The beach of the hotel is very close, it is not big and even at the end of the season there was a shortage of sunbeds. The number of residents was many times higher. I had to circle and wait - who would be the first to make room under the canopy. There is a pier on the beach of the hotel. A very cool solution, if, of course, you take care of it. If you remove the rust from the steps and handrails, clean the pieces of wood, including nails, update the mats on the steps that are falling off and floating in the moss, then it would be a sight to see! You can't remember a beach toilet without tears.. Not only the hole in the floor was infected, but also the walls. Here you can say that all the guests are pigs. Agreeing with this, I note that as we arrived, he was in such a state, so we left - nothing has changed ..
The food. From the first glance, it seems that the choice of food is large. But in fact it turns out not quite so. The same dishes are repeated from time to time, often the shelves are duplicated, visually creating an assortment. If something interesting appears, then if you come half an hour after the start, you will not get it (so, we found out that they served crayfish). A small variety of first courses. There were dishes that were not the first freshness, frankly sour. Pickles are not tasty. At the first dinner, a cockroach was met on the table with the dried food. There are many desserts, but in fact they are all made of the same dough and cream, mixed in different proportions (except Turkish sweets). The coffee machines are in a dead state, they do not have time to serve.
A real pleasure was given to the gozleme, which a friendly and smiling woman makes on the territory of the hotel during the day. When we found this pastry, we only went to it for lunch and left it for tea every time!
Spa. This is a separate story that requires a separate narrator. In short, my friend who came with me is a massage therapist with experience and many years of experience, and for pleasure and professional growth I decided to go for a Turkish massage. According to her story, she had the procedure performed by a woman with no experience, who worked for 9 days at that time, who does not even know the basics. My friend couldn't stand it and in order to get at least some benefit (or at least not to get harm) for my own $ 40, I held a master class for her, pointed out her mistakes and showed her the basic techniques. Basta.
Summing up our vacation - the sea, the seals and the gozleme were amazing, I want to return to them again. But to the hotel..

Very close to Antalya. You can take local minibuses. We went to the mall and to the waterfall.
4 stars, not 5 for the fact that you have to go to the sea, not all the staff is friendly. The guys at the bar click on the bottom of a Coke glass and laugh, it's unpleasant. Very obsessive photographers and sellers of leather goods. I had to run away from them.

We were from September 27 to October 8, checked in at 14.00, the room is something. Firstly; the mini-bar is not replenished, secondly; wet cleaning is not done; the bed is made with what you slept on, not new linen; in the bathroom, the grill in the shower is not fixed, the toilet seat is not the size. There is dirt everywhere in the hotel itself, in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the toilets, on the pool. There are no paper toilet seats anywhere in the toilets. The doorways are falling off. Toilets are rarely cleaned. The number of staff is not enough to serve both in the restaurant and in the bars. And all the dissatisfied people walk around as if you owe them something. There are wires sticking out in the corridors! The elevators are old - there is no indication where they arrive, there are not enough buttons, dirty, people got stuck with us several times. The hammam is a separate story, there is black mold on the ceiling in the hammam, cockroaches in the pool, everything in the gym is old- worn-it's scary to go in. The food is monotonous, there are many queues, empty containers do not change, cockroaches crawl where the plates are. At the pool in the hotel, the dirt on the floors has not been washed for half a year, probably there are not enough urns, steers, cups, napkins, etc. all this is under the sun beds, the sun beds themselves are old like the mattresses that lie on them, half are torn and wiped, umbrellas also want to be better - half are torn or do not work, as well as on the beach. The beach is small, there is only beer and wine in the beach bar, no one cleans the beach itself, there are also not enough urns. Animation is weak in general, although they try (4 people), but you can say 3 people, one ran with a microphone (Zhora), the best animator was Amina, she has a separate respect, the rest are so-so. You can still write a lot, but in short: if you want to save money, take a good 3 or 4, but not this hotel. He's not worth the money. He needs a full reboot or a complete repair.

We had a family room, one of the beds creaked terribly. The closet door was very hard to close, one of the sockets did not work, the air conditioner was working very loudly, problems were reported at the reception, they promised that the master would come, but in 10 days, no one came.

There were a lot of guests at the hotel during this period, on the beach of the 5* hotel, people were sunbathing on small pebbles, lying on a towel.

Only the clean warm sea, a good Playground and a game room, a SPA save you. For that kind of money, you can go to a cooler hotel. The hotel does not justify its 5*. I will never come here again in my life. Plus, the hotel closed the pier, the dining room floor, and the snack bar on the beach, arguing that they have a closing season. If you close the season, then do not accept new visitors, I pay money for the amenities and services described on the hotel's website, but as a result, I did not see half of what is written there, and not a word about the closing of the season!!!
