We had a rest with my husband and child from 8.09 to 17.09.2024.
The hotel is wonderful, I was in it many years ago and now I'm back again!
The territory of the hotel is quite large, clean and beautiful, WiFi is available throughout the territory, except for the amphitheater, there is also a beach, but it works a little worse there.
The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds, you can find a place.
The staff, for the most part, speaks Russian. Upon check-in, they offered a choice of a view from the room (they chose the mountains)
Room cleaning was always on top.
The food at the hotel is varied, there is a lot of choice of meat, vegetables, herbs and side dishes, a separate children's buffet - everyone will find something to eat)
For children: there is a mini club (children are entertained there, almost from morning to evening); Aqua zone (water slides) - I couldn't get my child out of there); Mini Disco in the evening is also available.
For adults: Animation works from morning to night) The guys are just great, they spend interesting, interactive activities every day, special thanks to Amina and Geo, the child was also delighted with animator Fahri😅
In the evening, as always, the show is for those who want to have a good time and laugh, together with Ozkan (the host) in the amphitheater.
Manager Arthur is at the reception, special thanks to him too, we ordered a transfer to the airport, drove with comfort and Wi-FI))
In general, we did not regret anything and had a wonderful time!

Nice, big hotel, with a huge territory. It's a great concept. It's not exactly new, but it looks fine overall.. Without pathos, but clean and cozy, We were also satisfied with the food, drinks and service, The only drawback is that all the sun loungers are constantly occupied by the pool, there are a lot of them, but people put towels to take a place and leave.. They are occupied from the very early morning, so it is difficult to find a free one, but it is possible if you are lucky))
The beach is good, small pebbles, the bottom is flat , without any stones, the water is clear. There are always free sun beds, at any time. In general, we had a very good rest, we realized at home that this is the hotel that we want to return to))

We went on October 24. I really liked the hotel! Great big ship theme! A beautiful atmosphere, as if you are inside a large ship! Excellent location, lots of shops around, the sea is a two-minute walk away. There is a bar on the beach. Russian-speaking staff, decent food, lots of good alcoholic drinks! Coffee, cocoa, ice cream. There were no huge queues! The rooms are clean. There is a children's room where children really try to be interested! Good children's animation! Adult animation is also on top! Special Thanks to the animator George!!!! We are not very active guests, but he was very unobtrusively and competently able to persuade me to take part in their games! Darts, volleyball, water polo, dancing, karaoke, disco - everything is there! We were satisfied! Thanks a lot to everyone!

We had a rest from 12.10- 20.10.
The food is delicious and varied for me, I don't understand what many are not happy with.
The sea is clean, that's a fact.
The rest... Well, that's it. We arrived on 12.10.2024 in the evening, and
on 14.10.2024 the workers dismantled the pier with sun beds (literally dismantled: even the boards were removed, leaving only the iron), there were a lot of people, and they had a kind of closing season. I think Anex should warn about such stuff. Although piers were functioning in other hotels. The beach is small, the sun beds are close to each other, you turn around and there is a complete feeling of the beach in the Krasnodar Territory ....
They clean really badly, you check into the room, and there are some chips, pebbles, dust in the corners. In bars, the tables are often sticky, with spilled and dried drinks, the restaurant is relatively clean, by the way, we also saw cockroaches, which we wrote about here, by the way, we also saw running around the table in the bar in the main hall and in the restaurant in the area of honey and breakfast cereals...
When checking in, the reception staff for $ 100 tried to help us arrange three rooms are closer to each other... The staff did not bargain, and we refused. As a result, we were settled in three rooms located as far from each other as possible, but this did not bother us.
In the room, the refrigerator is in a drawer, due to this it does not get cold from the word at all, we had to remove it from this drawer...
There are really no urns on the beach. There are probably a dozen tables for the whole beach.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is 1.5 points out of 10 (I don't say anything about pictures at all, even messages don't load), good Wi-Fi in the farthest rooms, where the view is exclusively on the roof of the restaurant ...
The audibility in the rooms is simply phenomenal...Do you want to know how your neighbors live? You'll find out. Don't you want to? You'll find out anyway!
Two of our company caught something intestinal, these two were swimming in the pool... A coincidence? Well, maybe so.
Overall, 3*, not 5*, of course
PS. As a result, they forgot to pick us up from the hotel on the day of departure, here is a separate greeting to Anex))))))) after the call, the guide was taken away, but they didn't really mind the money for the "express delivery" to the airport)))))))

We rested from 08/25/22/10. Excellent hotel, despite the fact that the rooms are a little tired, everyone is cleaned, the food is delicious, a lot of variety. There are also different events every day. Also every day: water aerobics, step, shooting, discos. To go to the sea for 3 minutes at most, a hint, to go to the sea towards the bow of the ship) at 12 a snack at a bar by the sea. If you leave the hotel to the left, there are plenty of souvenir shops, and there you can also exchange money for their currency, if you go all the way to the traffic light, you can walk to the supermarket (Migros, payment only in lira)
The hotel itself has a large swimming pool, warm, and plenty of sun beds. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but it doesn't match the description at all. Yes, there are shortcomings, but they are not so global, so go, relax, I advise you.

A wonderful hotel. We had a family vacation. I liked everything. Responsive staff. The buffet. Interesting performances every evening. The sea is warm. It's very beautiful on the pier in the evening. The rooms are nice and large, but the child did not have enough beds, had to sleep on the couch. There are shops nearby, but if you want to go shopping, you need to go to the center of Kemer. We were with our family, two adults, a child of 13 years old + 3 years old from September 14 to 24, 24 years old.
The hotel is large, made in the concept of a transatlantic liner. It looks very cool inside and out, like a big ship with cabins inside. We had a large two-room family room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The pool is also right gorgeous, huge, spacious, clean, there are slides.
It was supposed to be the standard Turkish five, but there are huge disadvantages.
1. The beach is very small, just tiny. Because of this, people at sea and on the beach, like in Sochi in high season, stand on each other's heads. The beach is clearly not designed for the size of the hotel. There is no toilet on the beach.
2. There are cockroaches in an all-inclusive restaurant. I saw it right between the plates of food and on the floor between the tables. The staff does not react much to this information
Well, in general, the hotel requires a refreshing renovation at least, but this is an uncritical minus.

We were at the hotel in July. They lived in the main building. The rooms are clean, cozy and large. They clean well. The food is varied, for every taste. Very tasty ice cream, aim coffee and so on.
The only downside is that the music is playing too loudly by the pool. All issues that arise are resolved quickly. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach at most. The road is not tiring. A free sunbed can always be found, either on the beach or near the pool.
The sea is clear. Very beautiful fish swim at the end of the pier. There are always a lot of free sunbeds on the pier too. Despite the fact that there are a lot of vacationers in the hotel. There are 2 swimming pools. One is large with warm water, and the other is small - it has refreshing water in it.
We will be happy to come back again.

We were at the hotel in early August 2024.
From a distance, everything is very beautiful, original design, a chic swimming pool, enough additional areas: a cafeteria with Turkish coffee, tea, gozleme, a fast food bar, a point with ice cream and cakes, a playground on the street, a children's area with air conditioning on the 1st floor, a small water park, an amphitheater, a beach bar. Active animation. Alcohol of foreign production, cocktails for every taste.
Excellent location - the beach is 5 minutes away, in the very center of the town - near shops, pharmacies, local tourist offices.
Minuses:
1. In the vicinity, traces of time and active use over many years are visible everywhere. It's worn out, broken, and stained. But we must pay tribute to the fact that everything is functioning properly, cleanly.
2. During the peak season, the hotel is crowded, which is very noticeable in the dining room, on the beach and the lack of free sun beds by the pool.
3. The food is average, the choice is large, but without frills. Breakfast and lunch are standard, and a more delicious variety of dishes are added for dinner. Queues for an over-dried grill are not encouraging. On Tuesdays, seafood dinner is an appropriate hype. There are mutton, duck, and red fish, but only on certain days.
Considering that the price of the hotel is lower than that of other 5-star hotels, we can say that the price and quality correspond.

The rooms in the hotel are a little tired, there is not enough supervision for them. If you see any problems or shortcomings, tell me right away - they will fix it.
The food at the hotel is very good, you can choose something to your taste.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel, you can easily get to Kemer. It is better to pay in lira. There are stalls along the hotel. The quality is average and below average, you need to look, choose. There are some really good things. For the same ones in Kemer, the cost will be 10 dollars higher.
You can pay in both dollars and euros. Some stores accept payment with a Mir card. We tried it ourselves.
The beach of the hotel is small, but equipped: a changing room, a shower. The beach itself is sandy and pebbly, it is unpleasant to go into the water, it is better to have slippers for swimming.

We rested from 28.04 to 10.05.2024. Great location. Beautiful views, on one side the sea, on the other the mountains. The architecture of the hotel is fascinating!
Located on the shopping street of Goyniuk, everything is within walking distance. Right at the door of the hotel there is a bus stop to Kemer and Antalya.
The sea is 200 meters away. Clean beach, crystal clear water. There is no shortage of sun loungers at this time of the year, there is a beach bar with drinks and snacks.
Everything is fine at the hotel. Yes, there are nuances in the form of worn furniture (the chair on the balcony was also broken, it was immediately changed), but all this, I think, is insignificant against the background of general impressions.
The room is spacious, it was chosen with windows facing the street and the mountains. The views are gorgeous. The sun is almost all day on the other side (from the pool side), so the room is not hot when the sun is scorching. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly. Room cleaning is excellent! The minibar is replenished with water every day. Sugary drinks and beer only upon check-in. As a small minus, there is a lack of bathrobes for comfort.
Eleonora was very warmly welcomed upon check-in. A kind-hearted person, always friendly, maintains a dialogue, is interested in how the rest is going, what you like, what you don't like. You can make any request / wish / question, he will tell you everything in detail, show you.
Sometimes the spa staff is overly intrusive.
The animation is cool, a lot of different entertainment. Morning/afternoon sports events, evening dancing, karaoke, live music, parties. If desired, you can go to a club in Kemer. Good individual approach of the animators, cool unobtrusive communication, special respect to Georgy, Ozgur, Daria for a great time.
The pool turned out to be one of the largest in the entire Kemer area.
Delicious varied food, dishes from chefs for dinner. Seals come for breakfast/lunch/dinner) They are everywhere here (on the streets). All are fed, stroked) There are many different sweets. Very tasty coffee! There are many bars throughout the area. Ice cream, snacks, Viennese waffles, etc. Everyone will find it to their taste and discretion. There is a 24-hour restaurant and a bar open until 8 am. The drinks are varied, the bartenders do a good job (special thanks to Dursun). It was stated that the all-inclusive concept includes only locally produced alcohol, but there were, although not many, imported drinks as well.
In the hotel itself you can visit the hammam, sauna, warm pool, gym, several bars, disco. Everything is at the proper level!
There is a desire to come back here again!

We lived with our family in the main building on the 4th floor - with a view of the sea and mountains 🔥 We liked everything - the hotel itself, the room, the staff, the food (no poisoning happened to anyone), and the animation. My wife swims professionally, so she really liked the huge pool, where you could always find deserted places.
We can identify only three disadvantages:
1) It is very stuffy in the gym,
2) Unrealistic queues for food from the grill - not once in two weeks have they tried anything there,
3) It is impossible to find a free sunbed on the beach by the sea.
But these disadvantages are not critical, so I put a solid five 👍

1. The hotel is quite old, although it was renovated in 2023, I would like to see a fresher room and interior of the hotel.
2. The food does not correspond to 5 stars. Although the hotel has a very large buffet, desserts and sauces take up a lot of space, there are quite a few fruits (there are no bananas or grapes.) There is little meat, although there is meat on the grill, it is dry and there is a HUGE queue behind it. There are also few hot dishes, for example, mashed potatoes resemble powdered ones.French fries in the hotel restaurant and on the beach are prepared from blanks, which does not correspond to five stars at all.
3. We had a bad hotel guide. In the transfer, they told us to come to a meeting with the guide. They also told us "If you do not come to meet the guide, you will not know the time of transfer and departure," although at this hotel there was a folder with the departure time at the reception. And so, we come and the guide starts telling us information about the flight, and the guide asked us for vouchers, he had to pick up one voucher, took two. So it turned out even later that he gave us the wrong voucher from other people. We and TWO, TWO couples were at the meeting with the guide! So how could the vouchers be confused?! Also, the guide did not explain anything to us about the hotel, we generally found out about the amphitheater on the fifth day of arrival at the hotel.

The air conditioners are barely breathing in them. The sewers in the bathrooms stink. The cleaning is so-so. There was a feeling that beach towels are washed every other time. Sometimes you take it, it smells like a fresh towel, and other times it feels like you've dried something dirty. There are cockroaches. The coffee is disgusting. The juices are powdered. The scrambled eggs at breakfast are icy. If you are used to the normal five, then you are DEFINITELY not here.

A great hotel with good service and courteous staff. I rested here in September for 10 days. If there were minor problems, the staff solved them in a few minutes. Almost all the lobby staff speaks English and most of them speak Russian. You can also communicate with the technical staff through a translator on your phone. Clean, good location, excellent food. Not only Turkish alcohol is available in bars, but also foreign brands.

I had a vacation in June 2024 with 2 children. Among the advantages: food - a variety of delicious dishes, drinks. You can feed the children and the adult will not stay hungry. The alcohol is local, the cocktails are not strong, but people ask for double alcohol - no problem. We certainly didn't starve, but the huge plates over the edge are also not about our family.
Animation is beyond praise for both adults and children. It will not be boring in the pool area. Special thanks to the team of children's animators and the children's club, they could interest and captivate children.
The sea is close, 2-3 minutes on foot. There is a private pier with sun beds.
The staff is friendly, involved and dedicated to making your stay comfortable. I called an electrician at one o'clock in the morning, I couldn't figure out the light, he came in 5 minutes.
The rooms are large. The repair is not fresh. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, bed on request.
In terms of price-quality ratio, it is a good option.

We rested from May 2 to May 8. The weather was wonderful, the sea was warm. But we spent more time by the pool. The animation was Cool!!!!! Thanks to George and Dasha!! It was a lot of fun. Everyone got to know each other. The food is super, the products are all high-quality and delicious, a wide variety! Lots of fruits! A huge selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic . There were many bars on the premises. Plus a lot of snacks - delicious fruit waffles
The room was overlooking the pool, very clean, cleaned every day, it was quiet at night.
We took a bus to Antalya to the Migros shopping center (stop right at the entrance to the hotel)
In the evenings, there was live music in the lobby , and there was also a themed red party.

I really liked the hotel!!! A small area. Food-don't be hungry. A large swimming pool with slides, near which animation and entertainment take place during the day. Excellent staff. For $50, a room with a view of the sea, mountains and pool became ours. It is located among the streets with shops. The beach is 5 minutes away. Most of the guests hang out by the pool. Therefore, there are practically no people at sea, there are a lot of free sun loungers. The beach part of the hotel also includes a pier with sun loungers and umbrellas. It's fun to dive from the pier.

The rooms were rented for an additional fee on the upper floors with a view of the pool, very well. I had a rest here with my family, very polite staff, cleaning every day (very carefully). There is also a very cool Turkish bath, a huge swimming pool, there is also a pool for small children. My dad had a birthday, they gave us a free compliment from the hotel, we do not drink alcohol, and they brought us a soft drink. We really liked the slides, the emotions are the best, and the most important thing is the food, there is a huge selection of delicious poisons for different tastes, so here you will definitely find food to your liking. Honestly, I'm very glad that I chose this, I advise everyone!

Great hotel! Upon arrival, they immediately offer to give a room to the mountains for $ 40-50, but we did not upgrade the category of rooms with mountain views, since they are visible only in the morning, in the evening they merge with the black sky, we did not regret at all, the windows were on a quiet street. The food is at the highest level, an incredible variety, seafood, fruits, salads, fish and grilled meat. Delicious pastas and snacks. In the morning, cottage cheese, yogurt, honey in honeycombs, all kinds of buns, eggs.. A gorgeous pool, great animation: water polo, three types of exercises, darts, shooting, volleyball, step. There is a court, we brought our rackets, we played for free. We drank Tourette coffee and tea, everything is fine. We were from October 6 to 16. There were a lot of people, in the morning we could not lie down at the sea, we were not upset and came to the pool, after lunch there was no one at the sea, it was yours, jumped from the pier, watched the fish (buy masks in advance, it is three times more expensive here) admired the views and rested on sun loungers. The sea is very warm, the beach is clean. The staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian. Since October 15, the hotel is preparing for the closing of the season, there are fewer people, the Swede is shrinking, but there is more than enough. We liked it.

We were fed for 4. There were enough places in the restaurant, but there is always a long queue for grilled chicken and grilled fish. Good afternoon, everyone. We returned yesterday from this hotel. We had a good rest. Thanks to the sea and beautiful nature. But I can't recommend this hotel. There is practically no Internet, only at the reception and then only weakly. It doesn 't catch in the rooms . It's strange that no one writes about it in the reviews. Perhaps it's the same everywhere now due to the crisis in Turkey, but for the first time I was faced with terrible food and crowds of queues in all bars, in a restaurant. There was a queue for meat or fish, so the children returned to the table with a plate of rice or French fries. And everything is terribly tasteless, the meat and fish are burnt, even the pastries are all warmed up. An hour after the start of lunch and dinner, there are empty bowls and no one refills. The only plus is cleaning and ice cream for free. The staff are mostly boors. There are Russophobes at the reception. Upon check-in, we were offered to pay 50 euros extra for a "good room", we refused and out of spite they gave us a room with a view of the road, where there is a mini market. There's noise from music, people and traffic signals all night long. I went for 3 days and asked to change the room, but they made a fool of me, saying that there were no available rooms, although tourists were checking in every day. And on the 4th day, I came up again with a question whether the rooms with windows not facing the road had been vacated, but the manager was so rude to me that I almost burst into tears. So I had to live in this room and not sleep normally for 9 days. The situation in bars is no better, Russians are ignored to please foreigners and Turks. I stood in line for a bottle of water, and the bartender pointed to the tap tap with the words "here's the water" and continued to serve the next in line - a Pole. The horror! Paying 190 thousand only for accommodation in this hotel to be humiliated by the hotel staff is unacceptable. I hope the hotel management will take measures to improve the service and the attitude of the staff. But we will not take any more risks, we will not return to this hotel and we will not advise our friends.

1. We arrived at 7-30 in the morning, immediately sent for breakfast, check-in after 14-00, but we were checked in at 11-15, which we were very happy about, thanks to Venus, who works at the reception.

In my opinion, there are no complaints at all, you, the shower, the beds, the only minus is the level of the balcony wall at eye level, but the balcony is large, chairs, a table and a clothes dryer. I must say right away, we were almost not in the room.
4. We really liked the food, and fish and meat, vegetables, cheeses, and desserts are always a lot, I don't understand who is hungry there
5. The animation in the hotel is working all the time, Amina always goes, invites you to classes and workouts, and an evening show every day for both children and adults
6. The hotel is large, but everything is always clean and tidy everywhere, there have never been any comments to the staff.
7. There are a lot of drinks in bars, they did it perfectly, there were no questions. There is a lot of drinking water at every step, in the room, restaurant, bars.
8. Of the minuses, only for vacationers - behave adequately, and do not forget that besides you, there are many people on vacation.
8. The location of the hotel from the airport is ideal 45 minutes by bus.
