Pros: The masters work perfectly! Polite, technically literate, attentive to the aspirations of customers. Cons: The Toyota Relax program does not work completely! The "guarantee workers" do not try to consider the obvious factory malfunction, they refuse without explanation, without leaving the office! And this is not the first time. I recommend all my friends and acquaintances not to participate in this program, because it is obviously "non-working"!
