We had dinner here in early June of the 23rd year. We took chicken wings, Georgian salad and lamb. Everything is delicious, cooked quickly, served politely. It was already evening, I was cold, the waiter offered a clean sweater, because there are no blankets after the crown.
The restaurant looks very attractive from the street, so we decided to go in for dinner. There was an old woman at the entrance, as soon as we entered the restaurant, she rudely called out to us with the question "what do you want". We said we wanted to eat, she called someone in Georgian, another grandmother came out with the same stupid question. As a result, we were seated in front of the stage and turned on the music at full volume, so it was impossible to talk. The second grandmother turned out to be a waiter, when they started to make an order, she said "there is no such thing" for all the dishes. She said there would be no soups, no coffee, no bread. At the same time, many locals were sitting in the restaurant and for some reason everything was on the tables. As a result: they got up and left, the grandmother smiled after them with all her teeth
In general, the sensations are as unpleasant as possible from the service. It was as if we had come to a holiday where we were not expected and were offered only what other guests already have (apparently leftovers), but for some reason they did not want to cook for us 🤷♀️
The girl met me very positively and advised me on interesting dishes.
I just didn't mention that the dishes are big and hearty.
What is not finished, they collect with them without any problems.
Tips are embedded in the receipt.
Disgusting!
Maybe this place was beautiful once, but now it's terrible. We sat down ourselves, came with the menu in half an hour, then waited the same amount, the food was tasteless. It's very dirty.
They would have left , but the child wanted to eat and, in principle, she was happy with the soup.
I do not recommend it!
Upd2: Went for the third time. The waiter1 said you can only sit to the left of the tower on the street (they had dinner there) or inside. I sat down on the street. The waitress2 runs up and says, I'm sitting down, they won't waste time on me here, you can sit on the second floor or indoors. I went to the second floor (people were having dinner too). The waiter1 runs up and says, well, he said that you can't come here. She quarreled and left! At the exit, someone who looked like the manager asked what I wanted. And really, what can you want in a restaurant? Really sit down and eat?
Don't set foot in this place anymore.
1) The first visit. They didn't mix anything up!! Everyone heard and did not forget! the prices are reasonable, the toilet is clean and with paper, the food and wine are amazing, everything is fast! I took a kebab - it was magical!
And you can also climb the tower completely freely, even if you don't stay to eat.
2) Upd. On the second trip I took kharcho - it was very tasty, but with onions. Khachapuri in Adjarian is also good. A set of Georgian cheeses is overpriced, I think, because there are only 3 types of cheese, 9 large pieces. The entrance to the tower was closed this time. They were not allowed on the second floor.
Yes, the bill is in Georgian, 10% of the service is added on top (it is unclear what and to whom and why it is impossible to immediately include in the price), but this is not a tip, the waiter is not paid from them. Tips should be left over. So add 20% to the price +/-
Terrible service and quality of food.
We decided to come in because the open veranda beckoned. Total: we waited for the menu for half an hour, then waited another half hour for the order to be accepted. Mutton with adjika was brought floating in a ton of oil and the mutton itself was 30% of the whole dish. The mushrooms and cheese were generally brought raw, we said we were refusing the dish and asked for the bill, which we carried for another half hour, and eventually brought a hand-written bill in Georgian. At our request, they brought the bill, at least in English, and replied that this was impossible. As a result, we stood and checked the price according to the menu, then it turned out that we forgot to include something else in the bill and asked to wait until it was redone, but we automatically added 10% of the tip immediately to the bill. They refused to pay tips and left upset.
If there is a bottom in Batumi, this is it.
At the moment when all the people are waiting for the waiter to place an order, he is standing and eating a bun under the stairs. And this is with an almost complete landing.
Half of the menu is missing, the rest is 2 out of 5. Veal is not veal - rather aged beef, lamb ribs are such that they cannot be eaten…
The mushrooms were brought just raw.
One waiter girl was running and trying to do something, 2 waiter guys were "on low"
The service is disgusting
The kitchen is the same (but we are talking about Georgia now)
It's a long wait…
The view is beautiful. We had dinner once, we liked everything. Another time, the waiter let me down. I messed up everything. Although I could logically think a little. Why would I need three portions of mashed potatoes for a girl? The chicken salad is not very good. And my husband forgot to put meat in the dish. We are not offended, we have written off the language barrier. Tip: ask the waiter to repeat your order!
The food was brought quickly
The portions are good, most of the dishes are delicious
I don't understand all the Russian language, there are quibbles about the cleanliness of the tables
I give this place minus 10, in short: everything is messed up, we waited 50 minutes (fried cheese did not wait, by the way), hair and fat from meat in the salad, a bunch of potatoes and 3 pieces of dry chicken in ojahuri, tasteless as much as possible, we refused raw fish, we have been waiting for the bill for 20 minutes)))
It took a VERY LONG TIME!!!
Breakfast of 2 amlets was made for almost an hour.
The bill was waited for another 25 minutes.
In total, it took 30 GEL for breakfast.
And as much as 1.5 hours!!!
Do not waste time.
The waiter does not know the menu, instead of the branded lemonade, they brought the usual bottled duchess. The price in the menu and in the invoice differs by almost 2 times. The calves are terribly spicy, although before ordering they clarified that it was not a spicy dish. I do not recommend eating here, only photos) the view from the terrace is excellent. Trout fry are fresh and without salt at all
If you really want sour beer, you can also pay for it, well done.
Although their beer is delicious when it's not sour))

Very loud music, until 2 am there is no rest for the residents of the surrounding houses. It would be fine indoors, but half the city listens to this boom-boom.
Pros: polite, smiling staff. Delicious food and quick cooking. Beautiful view.
Cons: there was no wifi. Expensive price tag. The receipt is in Georgian. The satisfactory condition of the restaurant's appearance (cracks in the windows, chipped cladding of the tower). A menu with missing items and prices filled with a marker.
