I bought a grater for pancakes in the store, which broke down after a couple of months. I returned to the store, where the sellers were talking to me in raised tones, not wanting to accept the goods. As a result, the grater was taken away. The next day, I called the administration to find out when the money would be refunded. They also talked to me in raised tones. I got my money back a month later, but I'll never go to this store again. There is no respect for customers from both sellers and the administration. Only insults.

A good store, friendly sellers, almost always everything is there, reasonable prices . If something is missing, sellers will tell you when this or that product will be available.
